I recently stayed one night at the Mayflower Grand Suite in Phitsanulok and overall had a fantastic experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spacious room. It was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable daybed and a relaxing bathtub that made the stay feel extra luxurious. The cleanliness throughout the suite and the attention to detail were impressive, contributing to a very pleasant atmosphere. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the mattress. While it wasn’t uncomfortable, it could be a bit more supportive for an even better night’s sleep.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Holatel in Phitsanulok and was impressed from the moment I arrived. The hotel is newly built, and the rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, and tastefully designed. The décor feels contemporary yet cozy, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The bed and pillows are of high quality, and the in-room amenities are well provided ideal for both leisure and business stays. The location is excellent, situated in the heart of the city right next to Wat Nang Phaya. It is also within walking distance of Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat Woramahawihan (commonly known as Wat Yai), one of the most important and iconic temples in Phitsanulok. The surrounding area offers easy access to local attractions and plenty of dining options. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for its new facilities, comfort, and prime location. I highly recommend Holatel to anyone visiting Phitsanulok.

The hotel stands out with its charming, unique contemporary vintage design. The staff and owner are attentive and friendly, and a major highlight is their delicious coffee, which guests absolutely love. Although breakfast is a simple boarding meal, they provide high-quality butter to go with the bread, making the breakfast seem more impressive, especially considering the very affordable room rate. Room and Actual Stay Experience: While the overall exterior and bed linen appeared clean, the room itself had issues that didn't match the photos shown on the booking system. The room was older and more run-down than expected. The lighting system in the room was quite dim due to insufficient lights, making the room feel gloomy and inconvenient to use. Sleep Quality: Regarding rest, the mattress was quite firm, and the bed frame creaked loudly with every movement, which could disturb sleep. Overall, the quality of the rooms seemed inconsistent. If the hotel were to renovate and upgrade the room furnishings to match the displayed photos, it would greatly enhance the stay experience.

The hotel is located near an intersection, just outside of the city centre of Phitsanulok. It is close to suoermarkets, restaurants, coffee and Makro. The room is basic with a firm bed, 2 bottles of water, effective air conditioner and fridge. The wifi is good. While the hotel is quiet, sound can carry between rooms. The breakfast is very basic - waternelon, salad and Thai rice porridge with instant coffee. It would be good if there was filter coffee, juice and toast. The staff are excellent! There was good communication prior to my stay (you can contact them on line) and they greeted me with smiles. The restaurant recommendation was awesome.

 The hotel is very clean. Good location. And everyone has service mind. I will choose this hotel in the next time. Good place. Moreover., breakfast is very good. The hotel upgraded my room to super deluxe. I really appreciate .

Spacious large room with a large LEDTV. There is a sofa you can sit and relax and watch TV. There are international TV channels but reception quality is poor. The view from the balcony is good looking into a park. There is no safety box and no electric kettle to make coffee. The bed mattress is good and firm. I had a good sleep. Breakfast is ABF. You get fry eggs, mini pork sausages, 2 slices of ham, 2 half white toast and a boil rice with pork. All was pretty good

I stayed 2 nights there but on the 2nd day housekeeping staffs nocked the door ask me You would like to extend stay for tonight? What??!??! My booking is 2 nights stay ! 🤔 That means front desk staffs are not in communication with housekeeping staffs?!

A taxi from the train station costs about 90 baht. The room is clean, but sparse. There's no tea or coffee. There are two bottles of water. The reception staff is super friendly. The girl tried to carry my suitcase up to the 4th floor herself. I barely talked her out of it. Their English isn't very good, so a translator is helpful. Upon check-in, they take a 200 baht deposit for a key card. Breakfast: tea/coffee, two slices of toast. There's condensed milk and, I think, butter. There's also meat and rice soup, very tasty. There are private houses nearby, and the roosters add a touch of charm. 7-11 kilometers away, about 1.5 kilometers. There are no cafes nearby. But nearby is the huge Central Phitsanulok, which offers a ton of food, entertainment, Tops, and currency exchange. There's a laundromat nearby; wash and dry for 100 baht. The laundry worker is very kind and sweet. The main drawback is the location is far from the city center, and there's not much food nearby in the evening. But delivery solves this problem.

I didn't take any photos of the actual place, but the room I got was as shown in the photos posted by the hotel. Breakfast included chicken congee and coffee. The lobby downstairs was beautifully decorated. There was a bit less parking, but there was parking if you arrived not too late. There was a bit of noise because it was on the road.

Very good hotel with nice and friendly staff. Rooms are very creative and clean. I love the privacy and creativity of the hotel. Highly recommended to stay here ❤️👍🙏
