By far this is The BEST hotel in this area. Great space, big bathroom and all facilities are new. The Best warm welcoming staff and services, they are super helpful. Cosy friendly environment with the cleanest pool. I love this hotel and definitely am gunna come back. Umut, one of the staff gave us a brunch of turkish soft drink to try once we mentioned we couldn’t find them 😍😍😍 also help us with the laundry 🧺😍😍 Love the Soul house 🏠🥳🥳🥳🙏🙏🙏 Will definitely recommend to all my Thai friends and family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the counter staff to the bellboy, the cleaning lady and the cafe staff were all friendly. It's a place where you can see who you are without meeting the boss. The staff were all comfortable and attentive. All the staff helped me like a baby hahahahaha The room was ok. However, toiletries should be taken. There was a separate pool and a beach so I had a leisurely time. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were so friendly that I wanted to come back.

Clean and comfortable apartment. There were dishes, a fridge, and a stove, which was very convenient. The sea view was excellent. There was also a shop and the beach nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Ladies Beach in Kusadasi mit einer fantastischem Ausblick und wunderschönem Strand. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr klein aber das Frühstück ist reichlich und mit viel Auswahl.Alles in allem sehr gute Preis Leistung.

Очень удобное расположение отеля возле марины и набережной. При этом есть своя парковка. Большая, красивая территория с множеством деревьев. Номера - милые домики. В самом номере достаточно чисто, но нам забыли положить полотенца (пришлось снова идти на ресепшн - выдали). Из минусов: в ванной нет крючков для полотенец/одежды, на завтраке кофе из автомата (3 в 1 , невкусный).

Although there was some misunderstanding during the check-in, I communicated with the little brother at the front desk in English with their respective accents for a long time, but in the end it was solved perfectly. Downstairs of the hotel is the seaside and you can watch the sea while lying in the room. The room layout is good, and the pink bed is my favorite type.

The proximity to the beach and the breakfast were good. The rooms are falling apart. They're mediocre, hostel-quality rooms. The shower is broken, the fridge is broken, and there's no sea view.

Stop at this hotel in May 2026. Excellent location, delicious kitchen, polite staff. Good price/quality ratio.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the window is the sea, the hotel is next to the pigeon island, there is a bar restaurant nearby, a good choice for leisure and entertainment, and it is also close to Kushadaser Pedestrian Street, there is parking place, but there are few parking spaces. By the way, the room facilities are a bit old, the room size is not big, and the balcony is not big.
