Our stay was incredibly satisfying. First off, the location is fantastic – just a two-minute walk to the Three Confucius Caves scenic area, where you can catch the gate opening and closing ceremonies. We opted for the family villa, which was perfect for traveling with seniors. There's a king room on the first floor and two twin beds on the second, ensuring everyone was very comfortable. The hygiene was impeccable, and they provided a wide range of amenities. Even small details, like having two alcohol wipes for the toilet, really impressed us and earned major bonus points. The breakfast was plentiful, and we also had lunch here, which was absolutely delicious.

At the beginning, the temperature of hot water supply was very low, so, I requested the receptionst to check, which was immediately attended. Later, they may increase the power of boiler and the hot water temperature became quite normal particularly from around 19:00. The variety of breakfast was very good to start the day and I enjoyed. They also delivered to serve 2 sets of yogrut, 2 pieces of banana etc. on free of charge basis.

The environment is quiet and comfortable, and the guest room facilities are new and complete. The XiaoDu voice assistant is convenient and quick to use, and the cleaning is meticulous. The staff are professional and polite. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. It's very convenient for travel and sightseeing, making for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Their front desk service was absolutely fantastic! They showed us to our room, gave us a free upgrade, and were so welcoming. They even helped us with our luggage all the way to the underground parking, which was incredibly thoughtful. We loved their service so much that we came back to stay again today!

The room was very satisfactory! Especially for breakfast, we could eat sweet potatoes from Sishui, which were really delicious. They were the best sweet potatoes I have ever eaten in my life, sweet and sticky. In the evening, the hotel not only provided fruits, but also provided some longan and white fungus health porridge. Although I was afraid of getting fat, I couldn't resist the temptation and ate it.

From the hotel lobby, elevators, public spaces on the floors to the outdoor gardens, and even the scrolling information on the welcome electronic screen, the traditional culture is everywhere, showing the profound heritage of the hometown of Confucius and Mencius. The hotel's buffet breakfast has all the local delicacies, which is unique in Jining! This is also the only reason that has attracted us to stay for more than ten years, although in terms of hardware, the hotel is no longer the best in the area. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the parking attendant was also very welcoming. The front desk even gave me a special gift from Qufu when I checked out, which was a nice touch to remember the city by. The hotel's location is fantastic, right near the Three Confucius Sites and a pedestrian street. While the room decor showed a little wear and tear and wasn't spectacular, and the bathroom was a bit small, and the elevator felt a little cramped, none of these minor points affected a good, restful stay.

The main reason for our stay in Qufu was, of course, Confucius, and this hotel has a good location: we could easily walk to the Temple, envy as in with the mansion, then ride a horse pulled cart to the cemetery. This hotel’s location is superb, just a stone throw walk to the old city gates, leading to Memorial Temple of Confucius built and re-improved over several dynasties.
