Room was good with a private pool and all accessories needed since we did not eat at the cafeteria. Public pools were great with warm water and a cool kid zone

AAnonymous UserWe had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

GGuest UserThe service is good, but the facilities are very old and the lights in the room are broken and the air conditioner is not working. The overall service attitude of the hotel is not bad, the room space is large. But the facilities are old and serious, the overall decoration is old, the room air conditioner cannot be used normally, the living room lamps are also damaged, the living experience is very poor, the price is not high, it is not recommended to stay.
