Though the external building block appeared pretty rundown, the unit that we stayed was exquisite in furnishings for a very comfortable stay. No food was provided but the two canteens within the compound offered economical and nice food at great convenience. "

The homestay is large spacious but the dining table furniture is outdated. The toilet is not clean. The shower water is slow and small. The shower is not satisfied and slow. When going to check in, it was a bit difficult to find the right block because it was dark at night outside the lobby.

Very excellent location! Just right next to Paradigm mall and if you are driving in from Singapore like me, the Shell Petrol Station is right there and where you can also do a quick clean up and polish. The house is slightly dusty with some stains and we contacted the owner so they managed to get someone down to clean it. We had a visitor that required an extra carpark lot and the request was accommodated. Delayed response on app at night hence better to call or get the WhatsApp contact after check in which starts from 4pm.
