GGuest UserThis is the only hotel I stay in when visiting Yangon, the staff are super friendly and the facilities are very well maintained. The spa is a must visit, the gym is small but more than enough for your needs, and the large pool is very clean. The breakfast buffet have many options, dimsum, local burmese dishes, and western dishes. They also have an out deck bar with a decent view. There is a mall right next door with more food options and a convenience store.

The hotel exudes class, charm, and understated elegance. There is so much more that could be said, but some experiences are best felt rather than described. LLara ZhangMeliá has a very good location, just opposite Inya Lake. While the interior design is simple and not very modern, the facilities and service are great.
It would be nice if a sauna and jacuzzi were available and provide briefing while check in.
The breakfast is amazing. I was surprised to see both a café counter and an ice cream counter during the breakfast session.
However, they did not offer any complimentary service for birthday or anniversary requests.
