The hotel is very clean, it was recently apparently Japanese. The mattress and the mattress is new, the lingerie is good. The bathroom is good, the plumbing is fine. The TV is officially present. the location is good: from the airport it’s about half an hour by taxi (we arrived at night and departed early in the morning, so if you go during the day, it’s worth taking into account traffic jams), it’s about 15 minutes on foot to the Shwedagon Pagoda, on the road we immediately found a small place with local cuisine and both went there evenings that we were in Yangon. There is no noise from the street, because there are no establishments or shops around and the hotel is located sideways to the street. The reception was very friendly, they warned us about an early check-out in two days, prepared lunch boxes for us, called a taxi and were generally very nice. True, the money at the hotel does not change, as we expected, but we changed it upon arrival at the airport, although at a reduced rate, but we had money and this decision was correct - all two days that we were in Yangon were weekends , and all banks and other exchange offices were closed. We lived on the fifth floor, a nice spacious room with quality furniture. Very comfortable high bed, 4 pillows, which I always approve of. There is air conditioning, a safe, bathrobes and slippers. Cleaning every day, towels changed, bed linen changed every 2 days. They put a lot of supplies in the bathroom. The breakfast room is a little small, we came straight to the opening and did the right thing. However, there were a lot of people only on one day, on the second there was no one there, apparently the holidays were over and everyone had left. They give you local soup, different every day, noodles, fried eggs, toast, thoughts with cereal, sliced ​​fruit. Not very varied, but we got our fill.

Hotel is not new, breakfast is modest - rice with fried eggs and a cup of coffee. At the same time the rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, shower is good, besides the teapot in the room there is microwave and dishes. Staff super responsive, will help everything. The location is successful for tourism - near, 15 minutes walk are the Pagoda Sule and from it there are buses to the Pagoda Swedagon. When settled, the bonus is a delicious cocktail in the hotel bar. In general, a good option for a small price.

The facilities were all great, and the staff were very friendly. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited! The food at the restaurant in the evening was also delicious, but it's a shame they stop serving at 10 PM.

Breakfast is very rich every day, and every day is different, this must be liked. The environment is relatively good. Relatively many hotels in the same category say that it is much quieter. The service was not even said, the hotel waiter even put my dirty clothes in a neat stack and put them away. Thank you here. The tip was originally reserved for the waiter, but was rejected. One more thing, breakfast can be delivered to the room, which is not available in similar hotels.

While the building's exterior and interior aren't particularly luxurious, everything was kept extremely clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I was impressed by the meticulous daily cleaning, and even the fact that they washed the dishes after we used them. It's a little distance from downtown, but the surrounding area is so well-equipped that it's not inconvenient at all. • Inside the building: There's a coffee shop and a small convenience store on the first floor, and a gym is also available. • 2-3 minute walk: There's a supermarket and ”TeaHouse,” where you can get cheap and delicious set meals and dim sum. • 5 minute walk: You can reach a street lined with large supermarkets and restaurants. The room has a kitchen, allowing for simple self-catering, and best of all, it's equipped with a washing machine with a dryer, which was incredibly convenient. There was a problem with the washing machine during my stay, but the staff handled it quickly and appropriately, which was reassuring. Everything you need for daily life is close by, making this a highly recommended hotel. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Holly hotel is very convenient if you have to stay overnight between the Mingalar highway busstation and airport in Yangon. Hotel can arrange taxi but getting your own with Grab is cheaper. Also the restaurant on site is good for a meal but environment is not very inviting. The beds are comfortable and hot water is available 24/7. Nearby is Terminal shopping mall with Ocean supermarket . If you want to go to the city centre it will take you 45min. to an hour!

Pretty varied impressions of the hotel. The hotel is located in the city center, no big problems to get anywhere. Most of the staff is friendly, but the problem is that only one of the staff speaks good English. Also the owner of the place speaks English. It happens that under one type of room with one name there can be 2 types of rooms: you can easily be given a room without windows, or you can be given a smoky room. I do not recommend to take breakfast, as it is rather poor for this price and the choice of dishes is not great. Do not think of giving your clothes to the laundry. A few things were in disrepair afterwards. Overall, a normal hotel with a good location and friendly staff, if you are willing to sometimes long to explain your needs or fight for the paid level.

The room is very spacious, big and comfortable. Very clean, sleep well. Convenient location, next to Shwedagon Pagoda. Not expensive and includes breakfast.
