Kent County Hotels with Pools

Came for an overnight stay with my son to see a concert at GLC. Spoke with a Charveletta(spelling might be all wrong)! She was AMAZING!! We wanted an early check in since we were driving from 3 hours away and we wanted to relax before the concert. She was so accommodating and a pleasure to talk to! Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, we are already looking for upcoming concerts to see so we can stay here again!

Super good experience, there are super delicious cookies at the front desk, breakfast is also good (standard white breakfast) hotel two beds are king size bed. The microwave coffee machine in the hotel is very complete. Service attitude is also very nice. The health is great and there is no taste. You can also make your own waffles for breakfast.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great and tasty. The pool, gym and basketball court were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is a bit hidden though so it's not so easy to find.

Completely wonderful hotel. It almost feels like a 4 star hotel with the exquisite furnishings they used from the lobby, hall way, and the room. The location is fantastic as you have almost everything you need in walking distance such as restaurant, supermarket, departmental store, theatre.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. My only complaint is that they do not serve breakfast until 6:30 AM. Many flights leave the airport at 8 o’clock, so I was unable to get the breakfast I had paid for.

The Pantlind Hotel is a Beaux-Art architectural style, which was a popular architectural style in France from the 1830s to the end of the 19th century. The hotel had the largest gilded ceiling in the world at that time, and a huge crystal chandelier and other luxurious decorations. In 1979, the Amway Group purchased the Pantlind Hotel, renovated it, and reopened on September 15, 1981. The Ford couple Ye, who lived in Grand Rapids, attended the opening ceremony. I have stayed here twice. I always choose this hotel every time I come here for a meeting. It is on the main road and close to the airport, so transportation is convenient. The lady at the front desk is very friendly.

The room was spacious and perfect for our little family get-away! Location is great! Staff were friendly and responsive. The pool and hot tub needed better up-keep but we were able to use it. Our room was recently remodeled with new bathroom tub, counters, etc. There was a new heat/air unit that also had a “dry” setting that worked really well to keep the room comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was clean and soft. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice locations, clean room. Only downside was the some breakfast items were missing and nothing offered as a replacement. They also allowed me to check out later than the usual time which was really appreciated

Had a comfortable stay. But left my jacket in the room after I checked out. I called a few times after and was told my jacket is not there and hasn’t been handed in to the lost and found. Very disappointing
