"It is a new hotel next to Brussels-Midi station. The decor is very modern. The staffs are super friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed it. They have a small cafe in the lobby and there are many place to hang out. There is also a small gym in the basement which is quite nice. Overall, it was a good stay."

"Service: I'm about to give the worst service review. On my first stay, your hotel's front desk had a Caucasian female employee who initially gave me half of a family suite. Only after I emphasized the room type I booked did she change it for me. The hotel wasn't so fully booked that she couldn't have assigned me the room I pre-booked. Why would you try to pass off a partitioned room as a full one, treating customers like fools? I was extremely angry about this. And it wasn't just the room assignment; the room card she gave me was just a plain power card. Couldn't she provide a proper, decent room card? It's hard for me not to suspect some malicious intent. I hope you can give me a satisfactory explanation. Otherwise, my overall review of this hotel is very positive. The accommodation environment is good, the room facilities are sufficient, the location is great, and transportation is convenient. The room design is also beautiful, and I took many photos. I highly recommend staying here. If I come to Brussels again, I would indeed choose Cardo again. However, the subtle malice from your front desk and the unpleasant check-in experience disappointed me so much that it nearly ruined my entire stay, even though everything else was perfect."

"This is an airport hotel, offering a shuttle bus service and featuring a flight information screen in the lobby, clearly catering to airport travelers. It wasn't very crowded; the whole hotel felt quite empty. It's close to Diegem station, about a 12-minute walk, but it's mostly uphill and downhill, so it can be a bit tiring. The hotel breakfast was great, very rich and satisfying. There's a shuttle bus schedule in the lobby; I took the 8:45 AM bus, which arrived at the airport around 9 AM."

"Best location you can ask for - quiet street, but right next to all the major landmarks, 2 min walk from Brussels train station, hundreds of restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance, 8-10 min walking distance from both Asian and local supermarkets. The room itself is a classic design, but a bit dated. The best was the 2 closets. there’s one next to the bed and one next to the bathroom. The bathtub shower is a disaster as water splashes out everywhere with the glass pane and the air ventilation is nonexistent. Hot showers mean everything will be fogged up and bathroom smells stay for a longer period of time. The gym is decent with a self-checkout snack bar. Weights are a little wonky. The adjustable dumbbell was half broken, only fixed by a very nice guest. The front desk staff were friendly and tried their best to meet our needs. The housekeeping was not. We called the front desk for a missing floor towel and the housekeeping never delivered it for 4 hours until I went down to complain. We also called for a tissue box since it was finished and It was also never delivered despite calling 4-5 times over the course of 2 days. We called in the morning, afternoon and night. Never delivered. That is the worst housekeeping staff I have ever met in my years of traveling around the world in 4 star hotels. It is either they are lazy as hell or the front desk never followed up on whether the items are delivered or not. That’s the reason why I wrote this detailed review."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with enough choice. The location is quiet, it’s easy to get to the city center and the airport. Overall, good value for money. I would recommend it."

"I was in Brussels for a conference, staying a total of 5 nights for both work and leisure. The room rate averaged out to 1000 per night. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Rogier metro station and very close to Gare du Nord (North Station), though due to safety concerns, taking the metro is recommended. It's about a 20-minute walk to Grand Place and other attractions. Honestly, the room wasn't new, but it was exceptionally clean, and the window view was nice. My only complaint is the constant sirens from police cars and ambulances on Botanique street, which were quite loud. The overall service attitude at the hotel was great. I left something behind when I checked out and came back to look for it; they diligently helped me search, and I eventually found it. A hotel can significantly improve one's impression of a city, and my very positive impression of Brussels is largely thanks to this hotel."

"It's close to the station and the area feels safe, so I felt secure even when coming back late at night. Being the hub of the EU, the area is very clean. The hotel itself was reassuring with its keycard-operated elevator, and they also offered luggage storage. It was a bit disappointing that I needed two room keys to use the power and air conditioning, especially since a sudden cold snap hit. However, small details like power outlets by the bed and complimentary water made the room very convenient and pleasant."

"Top location with a view over beautiful Merode, just next to the metro station and the famous park a throw away from the EU institution's neighborhood. The hotel is ok for Brussels, staff is nice, rooms offer good space and the breakfast is simple, but has enough to offer for different tastes."
