"Travel makes it easy with a train station nearby hotels. This hotel is perfect. Just opposite the train station. With lots of attractions within walking distance and shopping like zara.
The staff are were nice. we left our passport in the hotel and left for shopping. We called and the receptionists quickly checked our room and found our passport. We got back our passport with a cute and friendly advice from the male receptionists and left to the airport.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Fresh bedsheets are very important which they had. Very safe and nice location. A big thank you to the receptionists

It was my first time in Brussels, so I was looking for a hotel in a convenient location — and Alma Grand Place Hotel turned out to be the perfect choice. It’s just a short walk from Grand Place, surrounded by restaurants and many popular attractions.
From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Ms. Alejandra was especially friendly and helpful. She took the time to recommend great local restaurants and patiently helped us find more places to explore during our stay.
The breakfast was also very good, offering a nice start to each day.
Overall, I’m very happy we chose Alma Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Brussels for the first time.

GGuest UserHotel was in a great location and just outside the grand place and center square, walking distance of about 8-10mins. I walked everywhere from this location and was convenient with subway tram nearby and easy access to and from the central station. The hotel foyer and entrance was large and welcoming, service staff were helpful, there was also a gym on premise. The hotel room was a little dated and old although fairly large. The bathroom was fairly old and could need an upgrade soon although was functional and clean. The door and walls were thin and I could hear the doors slamming all the time (from guests coming in and out of their rooms) at all hours and in the morning, I got woken up by the cleaning lady vacuuming and always hitting the sides of the wall which was a little irritating. On one of the late evenings, I could hear the couple in the next room ****** *** as she was ******* ******. So yes, the walls/ceiling are thin.

AANA__STASIIAIt is really an amazing hotel . Location is perfect and almost all attractions can be reached on foot . Rooms are clean and beds are so soft. You also can find some toiletries (that is actually good because some hotels don’t have it ) .Breakfast was so delicious, and actually quite big choice of different dishes. In the evening you actually don’t need to look for some restaurant or the bar because you can already find it on the first floor of hotel ( but if course it’s quite in room so no worries). Definitely will return to this hotel .

HHaPpY JeAnThe staff provided good service, especially at the restaurant in the morning. However, the carpet in the room was quite dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been changed for a long time. The mattress was okay and comfortable enough, and the bathroom was fine. The only downside was the dirty carpet, which made the whole room look unclean. The breakfast was decent — not very diverse, but it included the main items that should be there.

AAnonymous UserIt is a small but well-equipped hotel. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the subway station. Unfortunately, there are no shops or convenience stores nearby, so it is not convenient for purchasing supplies. There are some snacks and snacks sold on the first floor of the hotel. Frozen pizza, there is a water dispenser on the first floor of the hotel, and it is a sparkling water machine, which is a plus.

BBibu_Janeit was a nice hotel. However, the corridor area and elevator had so much visible trash. Also, it was not possible to lock the door from inside.
Besides that, it was all good. The receptionists were super friendly!
