Cheap Hotels in Brussels

"This is the third hotel I've stayed at in Brussels, and it's by far my favorite. The location is excellent, just a four-minute walk from Schuman station, right near the EU headquarters. Before this, I was always staying near the central station, but this area is a world apart – no mess or chaos, and the security is top-notch, both in the neighborhood and at the hotel itself. It’s quiet with fewer crowds, which is a real plus. Regrettably, I only remembered to take photos just before checking out. I booked the cheapest room type, but it was incredibly spacious. There was plenty of room to open two 28-inch suitcases without any hassle. The bed was huge too; two people could easily roll around without bumping into each other. All the amenities were spotlessly clean. The TV even had sports channels, so watching the World Cup in the room was no problem at all. The soundproofing was excellent; I only occasionally heard doors opening outside. Within a 10 to 15-minute walk from the hotel, there are various food options. While not as numerous as in the city center, they more than suffice for daily needs. There are also three supermarkets nearby. And even though it’s not in the city center, getting to the airport, Leuven, Ghent, and Antwerp is incredibly convenient from here. I have to mention that the hotel staff’s service attitude was truly exceptional. A big thank you to every staff member; they were always more than happy to help with any request we had. The hotel lobby offers unlimited flavored iced water, and the lobby itself is very cozy, with a large comfortable area for relaxing. There's also a small bar where you can enjoy a drink in the evening. The whole environment is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Plus, there's a laundry room on the third floor. For just 7€, you get both washing and drying, which is a fantastic deal. This great hotel deserves to be known by more people."

"Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels."

"Good value for money and the location is quite good. It's only a 3-minute walk to a large shopping mall - City2. The room isn't very big, and it's like a beehive with no view at all. However, the cleanliness is acceptable, and the breakfast is just okay. There's no variety even after staying for three days, so don't expect someone to cook you an omelet or fried eggs. The breakfast selection is very average."

"This beautiful boutique hotel gets five stars from us all round. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We had an amazing stay — everything was spotlessly clean, from the floor to the taps. The gym was brand new and immaculate. I loved the interior design of the hotel, from the colour scheme and décor to the furniture, coffee machine, cup and room amenities. It's clear that they pay attention to every little detail. Our room was quiet, which allowed us to recharge after our long-haul flight. We would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to go back."

"Hygiene: I found bloodstains on the sheets and had to call the staff to change them. All the bathroom towels were also replaced. Ambiance: The window couldn't be opened, so the room felt a bit stuffy. There was also renovation noise during the day. However, it was very quiet at night. Location: Excellent location, close to the city center. Service: Average. The main entrance wasn't automatic."

"We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The room was beautifully decorated that day, and it brought tears to my eyes. There were heart-shaped decorations and flower petals on the bed, and a bottle of sparkling wine was provided. The decorations were also on the table and in the bathroom, which was very touching. We are truly grateful for the warm hospitality of everyone at the hotel.
