"I booked a room on Trip.com and requested a 'fireworks view' in the comments, if possible. I received the booking confirmation → OK. To ensure I got the right room, I went to the hotel's website to chat and confirm the view. I had to pay an additional €34 to get this view. WHY? The requested room was in the same category and was already more expensive that day (Dec 31). At that point, I really felt like I was dealing with a low-cost airline. I'm the sucker! Upon arriving at the hotel, we received the key and went to our room… on the 3rd floor… with absolutely no fireworks view. We went back down to the reception, and our room was changed to 1205. Upon entering the room, it was very cold, and we were genuinely surprised by the noise coming from the boulevard → a nasty surprise, we'll need earplugs. After dinner, we returned to the room at 11:30 PM and heard music coming from outside?? We realized there must be a party somewhere. We didn't sleep until 7 AM when the music finally stopped. What a nightmare. Once we left, we realized there was indeed a nightclub right next door, and we were hearing their music. I spent €400, had a VERY bad experience that I will share with my friends, and will probably never return — which is a shame, because the last time we came, we had a good experience. I hope this is helpful. Positive points: the cocktails and breakfast are very good, and the rooms are small but comfortable."

"It was okay, the front desk weren’t the most helpful. Upon arrival I was told to pay a €50 deposit which could only be paid on a credit card or cash. When I then said I’ll have to go find somewhere to withdraw money I was told I can now use my debit card. Upon leaving they wouldn’t give me my deposit back via card and insisted on cash despite explaining I was leaving the country to which the front desk attendant said I can’t claim I wasn’t given a refund which felt like a motivated statement.  The room was okay, however the heating didn’t work properly and during a cold winter it wasn’t nice. There was a view from outside the window but not as nice as the booking page displayed it. Overall it was a fine hotel to stay at for one night however I would not be inclined to stay longer, next time I travel I will make note to avoid it."

"Location is 300m from Grand palace and easily accessible by walk (700m)from central, midi. AC, heater, clean and enough light. Be prepared to walk. if you have luggage it can be uncomfortable. No toiletries, tea pot kettle or body wash. TV not working. Most charge points are not working. Some did not allow chargers to go in due to small circles. However, the receptionist did provide us with a spare charger. Overall a good stay."

"The sanitation is basically clean, the environment is simple and spacious, like the domestic Hanting. There is a slight dust accumulation on the small countertops such as the toilet. The environment is OK, next to the road but not noisy at night, the heating is warm, the door card lock has an insurance function, someone will call when they open the door, and they are more at ease. In addition to the hotel's basic no toothbrush slippers: no mineral water (to go to the front desk to buy) and tea bags, coffee machines or glasses, toilet paper is very thin and easy to fall off; bath towels and hair dryers are not used, but I feel that the hair dryer is also old and may be hot. The service is no problem 👌, the Indian brother at the front desk is very patient and willing to borrow you to convert the plug. It is worth mentioning that although their home is Italian: I feel that Indian cuisine will be corrected, and the store also has a special signboard. With small bars and restaurants, I didn't go in a hurry."

Aside from the breakfast being a bit pricey and the room being smaller than what you'd typically find in a 4-star hotel in China, everything else was great. Especially the bed and pillows – super comfortable!"

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Central Station, which made traveling to other cities incredibly convenient. Brussels is quite lively at night, so coming back to the hotel a bit later was never an issue. We stayed on the fourth floor and had a lovely view of a church right outside our window – waking up to see its spires every morning was wonderful. We also slept very well; the mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm."
