"We checked in early and got a room right away, which was great because I wasn't feeling well and could rest immediately. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. There's a large shopping mall across the street, and it's only a 15-minute walk along the shopping street to the Old Town, where you'll find attractions like Manneken Pis and the City Hall."

But just one expectation, we don’t know well how to use the microwave and washing machines in the room, it will be better if instruction provided."

"I was in Brussels for a conference, staying a total of 5 nights for both work and leisure. The room rate averaged out to 1000 per night. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Rogier metro station and very close to Gare du Nord (North Station), though due to safety concerns, taking the metro is recommended. It's about a 20-minute walk to Grand Place and other attractions. Honestly, the room wasn't new, but it was exceptionally clean, and the window view was nice. My only complaint is the constant sirens from police cars and ambulances on Botanique street, which were quite loud. The overall service attitude at the hotel was great. I left something behind when I checked out and came back to look for it; they diligently helped me search, and I eventually found it. A hotel can significantly improve one's impression of a city, and my very positive impression of Brussels is largely thanks to this hotel."

"Great location! It's about a 12-minute walk from the Central Station, and the walk to the hotel is pleasant. We enjoyed looking around as we walked. The soundproofing was decent; we booked two rooms, and both were facing the road, but thankfully, the sound insulation held up. Breakfast is definitely worth getting, as they offer hot food. The rooms are spacious but the facilities are just average. Cleanliness was good. Overall, excellent value for money."

"I really liked everything about the hotel. It was clean, and the service was 10000% perfect! All the amenities were there too. It even reminded me of a competing chain hotel whose name starts with 'I' and ends with 'BIS'. But, as you know, the neighborhood plays a significant role. It's best not to stroll around there in the evening unless you're a 'marginal' type of person. If you are, though, you'll easily find company and maybe even best friends, as they're sleeping everywhere there. Since Brussels isn't a very big city, it's only a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the Manneken Pis. So, everything was great! I recommend it."

"A wonderful hotel right next to the Botanical Gardens. Quiet rooms. Sadly, however, the doors are quite thin and have a gap at the bottom, so you can hear everything that is happening outside of your room and also can hear everything that’s happening inside the rooms when you are in the hallway. Besides, the bathroom door is incredibly thin and the bathrooms are very echoey, so travelling not solo might introduce some awkwardness if you are one of the people with shy bladders. Other than that, everything was great. Clean, friendly, top service."

"The nicest budget hotel I ever stayed in. 24/7 free hot drinks, microwave and room size is big enough for 2 people. Hotel staff all are so friendly. Very close to the tram station Bailly. Just one note the way reaching to the hotel is quite a hike, so if you hate hassle with luggage, consider take taxi. But we are totally fine and very satisfied with this hotel. Thanks for making our stay very memorable in Brussels."

"I loved staying at this hotel! Having the station so close was fantastic. The double room with a private bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. You can tell the bathrooms are a bit dated, but for a two-night stay, I have no complaints."
