"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the bus station, Republic Square, and Knez Mihailova Street, making it super convenient for getting around.
Right opposite is the famous Hotel Moskva, which you definitely can't miss. Shopping and dining options are plentiful in the surrounding area.
You can take a free public bus to the train station, making it easy to catch a train to Subotica and Novi Sad.
The room has a European style, but there are too many tables, making the room feel a bit small. With two 28-inch suitcases open, it gets a bit crowded. If the long table under the TV could be removed, it might feel a bit better.
Breakfast offers a wide variety, but the quality is just so-so. The cucumbers were a bit spoiled and sour, and the coffee and juices (limited selection, only orange and apple juice, plus water) were nothing special.
The steps and floor in the lobby dining area are very similar in color, making it easy to miss the steps; I nearly tripped once.
When I checked in, I had a sprained ankle that was swollen and hot, requiring ice packs. The hotel restaurant provided me with ice twice a day. Many thanks to the hotel front desk and restaurant staff for their help!
If the breakfast could be slightly improved, the value for money would be even better."
