TTamimWe were a family of four, 2 adults, one six year old and one 1 year old baby, apartment served us well, and we managed to cook something simple the next morning. Everything was nice and clean. The location was good because of a good sized grocery story at walking distance. Only issue was that the entrance isn’t clearly marked, we parked our car and unloaded a bunch of suitcases at one entrance only to find out that that entrance that has the Novel Inn logo is locked and unmonitored. We had to walk around the building to discover the proper entrance, go back to reload our suitcase into the car, drive around to the other side and unload again, a bit annoying when you’ve been traveling for 18 hours and having arrived late at night with a kid and a baby. All in all it was nice and comfortable and they even gave us a room upgrade and a baby cot free of of charge.

VVladislavХорошее расположение, но можно запутаться в расположении, находиться в здание где кафешке вход, если кто будет искать и щемиться в запасную дверь :D все удобно, света не много не хватало в номерах, кому важно, будет темновато. Не хватает шампуня и кондиционера, был лишь гель для душа или все в одном, но это так себе... Мусор выкидывали ежедневно, кровать заправляли так же))

SStephenL09I gave a thumbs down it is uniquely because personal preference . It is my fault that I have mistakenly chosen a hostel. We had a room with private bathroom. But awkwardly, the room is literally right next to the reception desk. From inside de room, the laughter and conversations of the young people at the desk is a non stop. Due to many other concurrent circumstances, I chose to keep the room but immediately seek another accommodation somewhere else. So basically, I left the room unused. The staff is friendly and the location is perfect. The room is spotless.

SSutra MentahNice location. Close to pretty much everything in the center by foot. Reception is 24 hours and ready to help you. We got a taxi at 3 in the morning to go to the airport. Everything was good. I wish they would have more vegan options available for breakfast but you will still be able to eat something...but overall, good experience.

If you want to be introduced to a true spirit of Belgrade, this building of historical significance with its glorious architecture will have you feel like you have been accommodated by a family. It’s so beautiful, the staff is very friendly and warm, they will assist you with anything you need and welcome you with great enthusiasm! The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped and with a lovely furniture that follows the spirit of the place. Location is amazing, just 20 minutes away from the city center. The garden within the object is lovely and a great place to hang out with your friends and family, get a good cup of coffee or a nice meal with a low price. Thank you so much for being such a perfect host and we will surely choose the same stay again when we come to Belgrade ☀️ ❤️

GGuest UserAlthough the location is a bit remote, about three kilometers from the center of Zemun, it is very cost-effective and the room is simple and comfortable. You can take bus 707 to Zemun at the door, and take a taxi to the airport in more than ten minutes. The apartment is very quiet and the boss is very nice. We couldn't find the location when we took a taxi and couldn't understand, and the boss took the initiative to come out in the middle of the night to help us communicate.

Но в целом в номере чисто, постельное бельё и полотенца чистые, кондиционер работает, холодильник работает. Персонал доброжелательный и приветливый. Ночью было тихо, высыпался хорошл. Подойдёт для непритязательных гостей.

GGuest UserInitially, I came to the address, went to the reception where they gave me a WhatsApp of a person who redirected me to another address. They did not answer my email before check-in, but they answered quickly in WhatsApp upon arrival. The apartments are comfortable, everything you need is inside. But they asked me for more money than was written in the reservation, I had to sort it out with trip.com support and the owner in the WhatsApp chat. On the last day of checking, we agreed on the amount that was written in the reservation. The heating was bad in early April 2025. There were no accessories for cleaning the room.

GGuest UserHotel location was great as very near and central to popular tourist attractions. Room itself was very basic and lack cleanliness greatly as found hair all over on the bedcover and on the bed. The room floor was cleaned after the complaint was made about the hair on the bed. Reception staff was helpful and available all the time. The room lack the basic amenities such as kettle and tea and coffee sachets etc. Toiletries were of very low quality as well. Room size was okay for one or max two people. View from the room was okay looking over the centre of the street. Overall very budget hotel okay inly to spend a night or two if you are on a tight budget or need something very basic.
