"We chose this hotel for our trip to Istanbul. The location is excellent; trams run until midnight, and it's just a 3-minute walk from the tram stop. We drove and left our car in the hotel's parking lot for three days. The parking area can accommodate about 7-8 vehicles. The cleanliness was impressive; we had absolutely no issues regarding hygiene, even though my wife is quite particular about such things. For initial entry, staff open a locked door, and then guests use their room key cards, which provides a great sense of security."

"This is, so far, the coolest hotel we've stayed at in Istanbul. It's newly renovated, very stylish, yet still cozy. The overall atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and very friendly. You truly feel like a welcomed guest. The gym was a great bonus. It was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it had everything needed for a full workout (to classical music, excellent!). The spa area seems to still be under development; we went to check it out in the evening. Everything was freely accessible, but only the Finnish sauna was fully functional. The hammam was barely warm, and the shower wasn't set up yet, so we didn't use the pool. There are massage rooms available; you can get a massage if you wish, though we didn't inquire about the cost. The breakfast was wonderful. The setting was pleasant, and everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. A truly elegant buffet. Room (#303): Very spacious, functionally well-designed, and with comfortable beds. Clean and beautiful! However! 1) It was very noisy from the street. The windows didn't block out any sound at all. I had to sleep with headphones on... yes, we went to bed early because we were tired. But it was noisy at 9 PM, 12 AM, 2 AM, and 5 AM)))... 2) The beds are great, but the linen smelled strongly of fabric softener, which had a very (for me) intrusive scent. (And the towels in the gym also smelled strongly of fabric softener... in my opinion, linen should just smell like fresh linen, that's all). So, I couldn't get a full night's sleep... 3) The toilet cistern (in our room) – you had to make sure the water stopped running by pressing the flush button several times, otherwise, it would run endlessly. Basically, if these three points were addressed, this would be an absolutely perfect hotel! I will definitely continue to stay here, but I'll need to choose a room with a different location, not one facing the noisy street."

"The facilities are a bit old, but the location is excellent. It's about a 200-meter walk to the subway station entrance. There's also a currency exchange shop very close by, just a two or three-minute walk. You can easily walk to places like Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue. Walking downhill to the seaside takes about 15 minutes. The view from the rooftop restaurant is fantastic, offering a panoramic view of both sides of the Bosphorus. The best time to go is around 8 PM. Breakfast is also good, with a decent variety of options. However, the service really falls short. The room type I booked well in advance wasn't held, and my request for a high-floor room was also not met."

"Good day! Overall, this is a very good hotel for the price! The only thing I didn't like was that the walls felt like drywall, and the noise insulation was very poor. If someone was talking near your door, you'd be unlikely to sleep, and if someone closed a door, the bang would practically echo in your ears! We eventually got used to it. However, the soundproofing from the street was generally quite good. They have those French-style balconies. Breakfast was different almost every day, but there were also some consistent items. The staff were friendly. Housekeeping was daily or on request and they did a good job. The hotel's location is excellent, with a metro station right outside, a tram stop within walking distance, and a ferry just a short walk down. Major attractions are all within easy reach. It felt safe; we visited many areas, including some 'ghettos'. There are several good places to eat nearby. There's a currency exchange on the way to the ferry, and the rates were always good, among the best we saw while traveling around the city. Thank you!"

"The cleanliness was acceptable. However, the breakfast was significantly worse compared to Hampton Inns of similar price in Berlin. The soundproofing wasn't great, and my room even shared a connecting structure with the next door room, separated only by two doors. Of course, the most crucial factor for me was the location, which I found inconvenient. Although it was advertised as not far from the square, the route was very convoluted. It was quite a hassle with luggage, involving uphill climbs and stairs – a real test of stamina. If you're using transportation like taxis for your entire trip, then it might not be an issue. But if you're also an avid walker, you should definitely consider this."

"This hotel is great for a layover when flying to Italy. It's about 20 minutes from the airport, and there's a beautiful mosque nearby, which is a nice bonus. Eating out is convenient, and there's a supermarket close by too. While the location is a bit out of the way with not much to see or do, it's perfectly suitable as a transit hotel."

"The hotel itself is decent, but way too expensive. The location is excellent; you can hop on a tram just a few steps away. It's also very close to the Old City attractions, and being set back a bit from the main street, it's relatively quiet. The front desk staff were nice; they helped store my luggage when I arrived early and provided extra water when requested. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the panoramic restaurant is absolutely beautiful. Overall, there aren't any major flaws, but honestly, this room feels more like a 3-star in China, yet it costs nearly 800 per night, which is more expensive than some 5-star hotels. Perhaps that's just how Istanbul is."

"Hotel is on a great location. Amazing cafe and restaurants by walking distance and few tourists spots on walking discuss the rest by public transport very easy to commute. Hotel had a great vintage vibe with amazing staff working always smiling and their eager to provide customer service is exceptional. Guest relationship officer his name was saif who helped me throughout my stay and guided us marvellously which made our trip smooth and the way he talks with respectful tone I was amazed. Thanks saif and thanks everyone working day and nights"

"I stumbled upon this hotel in what they call their 'Asian district,' and for the same quality, hotels across the river would cost a lot more. The public transport options around here are excellent — light rail, buses, ferries, and the subway are all very convenient. It's a great choice, especially since we booked a sea-view room. The ocean view is absolutely stunning; you just want to take pictures every time you look up. It would be perfect if the hotel windows were a bit cleaner, but otherwise, it's wonderful, and there are plenty of dining options nearby too."

"It was quite nice. Although the hotel was a bit old, the facilities were well-maintained. It's located right next to the Bosphorus Strait, a great location with beautiful views from the windows. The hotel staff were very welcoming; since the hotel wasn't fully booked that day, they proactively upgraded our room."
