"I had a long layover in Istanbul and needed to stay a night outside the airport. I booked this hotel through Trip.com and it was excellent value for money. While the facilities are a bit dated, its proximity to the airport, just a 10-minute drive, is a huge plus. The hotel offers airport transfers for 20 Euros one way, which is super convenient if you have an early flight – just book the shuttle in advance. The 20 Euro fee applies regardless of whether it's one adult or an adult and a child, as was our case. The restaurant across from the hotel is very authentic and reasonably priced, unlike the inflated prices you find in the city center."

"The hotel left me with mixed feelings. On its own, it's genuinely good: spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, daily housekeeping, no issues with shower water, and stable Wi-Fi throughout the property. The staff is very polite and responsive, and there are Russian-speaking employees. When we asked to change rooms, it was done quickly and without any hassle. However, there's one huge drawback that ruined the entire stay. For the first three nights, we stayed in room 1001 on the first floor. Directly beneath the windows is the 'Gagarin' bar, where music and noise continue practically until five in the morning. It was impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. Furthermore, due to its proximity to the reception, everything happening in the corridor was perfectly audible. In the room itself, the toilet was also slightly leaking. After moving to a different building, it became noticeably quieter, but complete silence was still elusive. For those who come for an active vacation and just want a good night's sleep in the evening, this could be a serious problem. The breakfasts are quite decent, but without much variety – a solid 4 out of 5 in my opinion. Overall, I'd rate the hotel a 4 out of 5. It has an excellent location, good rooms, and wonderful staff. But I personally won't return for one reason only: I couldn't get a decent night's sleep here. It's a real shame, because in all other respects, the hotel truly deserves a high rating. The photos only show the bed from the first room, it's definitely half a meter high, very tall and comfortable 😅 and everything else is from the other building, right next to the descent to the dining hall, where all the cooking was perfectly audible from around 6 AM :("

"The location is fantastic! It's a 10-minute walk to the Blue Mosque. If you head downhill, away from the tourist areas, you'll find the old European residential district, which has a ton of amazing and affordable food! I randomly tried a few places near the hotel, and everything was so cheap! Picture 1 shows a bakery very close to the hotel, where a sesame bagel only cost 20 Lira – that's 5 Lira cheaper than the stalls in the tourist area! Pictures 2 and 3 are from just a short walk downhill from the hotel. The meat roll in picture 2 was only 25 Lira, and both baklavas in picture 3 were a total of 20 Lira. I remember the kebabs were around 250 Lira too. What I'm trying to say is that this hotel is surrounded by a residential area, and there's even a primary school nearby. So, everything is genuinely inexpensive, not artificially inflated like in tourist spots, and it's all delicious! 😋"

"This is our second time staying at this hotel. We chose it for its location (the Galata area is our favorite) and stylish design. The first time, the hotel made an excellent impression. This time, we didn't book in advance; we made the reservation directly at the hotel, which might be why the room was cleaned in a hurry. Upon entering, we found a clump of hair on the floor. The toilet flush button was cracked. And when I looked up, I saw a dead fly inside the lamp shade. But these minor issues didn't spoil our stay. Last time, we had breakfast – it was quite varied and everything was fresh."

"I rarely write reviews, but the gap between expectation and reality here was just too wide. We were assigned a room on the first floor overlooking a construction site or a work yard, where staff were fixing things, making it impossible to open the window. But the worst part was the complete lack of soundproofing in the room! We could hear the service staff talking in the hallway and our neighbors checking out and closing their doors. The bathroom door was also just for show; you could hear every movement. And considering the toilet broke on the second day and started leaking water, we slept to the sound of running water. Neither the toilet lid, nor two towels placed on it, nor even a closed door helped to muffle the sound. The BIGGEST disappointment was that the hotel advertises breakfast on the terrace, but in reality, when we went to get our plates to go out to the open summer terrace, the staff told us we couldn't have breakfast there and they don't serve it there. When I asked 'why?', the manager replied that 'everyone would want to go there then.' I said, 'Great, it has a beautiful view!' to which I was told, 'It's against the rules, we don't serve there.' At the reception, they just shrugged, as if to say 'we don't know anything, take it up with the restaurant manager.' Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. The only pleasant things about it are its view and location."

Pros: 1. The breakfast offers a mix of traditional Turkish breakfast and Western options, with a great variety of cheeses and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. 2. Although the room is small, it's very tidy and clean. It gets cleaned daily, and the bed sheets are changed every day. 3. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Yedikule Fortress and Marble Tower, and only an 8-minute walk to the sea. 4. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with schools, making it very quiet. 5. The hotel's Wi-Fi is super fast and never lags. Areas for improvement: 1. It would be great if there was an airport shuttle service.

Wonderful location. It's tough with luggage going up and down the stairs, so a transfer is definitely needed. The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning, especially in the evening. We booked this hotel specifically for that view. The pool is small, and a swim cap is mandatory; you'll have to buy one if you don't have one. I wasn't a fan of the massage; it was given by a man, and the price was steep. The sauna and hammam were a nice bonus. The pillows and bed were very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend!

The hotel has an incredibly convenient location: the tram stop is just a three-minute walk away, the metro is also nearby, and the ferry terminals are about ten minutes away. Everything you might need is close by, including currency exchange offices with good rates, sweet shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The hotel itself and our room were excellent. The interior was pleasant, clean, and modern, and there was enough space for two people. The room was cleaned every day, and the service and staff were great. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable. Our room was on the third floor and overlooked a lovely little street. There is a mosque nearby, so the call to prayer can be heard quite loudly—something to keep in mind. A buffet breakfast is available and can be paid for at the hotel. The food was fresh and tasty, with a good selection. However, you can also find breakfast for about half the price at cafés near the hotel :) The only downside was the swimming pool. The pool itself was nice, although not very large. However, wearing a swimming cap is mandatory :( You can buy one at the hotel for €5, but swimming in one is not particularly comfortable. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace with a restaurant. The views of the city and the Bosphorus are fantastic, but unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the food, as the kitchen doesn’t open until 6 p.m. The hotel has entrances from two different streets, which is very convenient. It is also split between two buildings located right next to each other, so don’t get confused :) I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit :)

Good day. We stayed at this hotel from July 9th to 12th. We were able to check in an hour earlier than the stated check-in time. The location is excellent; all attractions are within walking distance or a short tram ride away. There's a tram and metro stop nearby, and the Galata Tower is just a three-minute walk. The rooms are clean, cozy, and beautiful. Housekeeping is daily, and the staff are responsive and friendly. The rooms are quiet. Breakfasts are decent, buffet style. I especially want to mention the hotel's Russian-speaking representative (unfortunately, I can't remember her name, she's the only one). She is polite, sincere, and competent with tourists, resolving any issues. Every day, she requests feedback from guests about their stay: if everything is satisfactory, if they have any questions, etc. I definitely recommend this hotel; it's great value for money.

Very outdated hotel - the interior felt eerie. We stayed in a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke at night. Our shower drain was clogged and would flood (this was fixed however it is not expected of any hotel, let alone a 5 star). Gym was small and equipment is old. Sauna wasn’t working properly - not hot enough. However, staff were friendly and welcoming, and hotel location was convenient if you want to take the tram to tourist sites or walk around the shops, restaurants, etc. Overall, I don’t think this is a 5 star hotel. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone looking for a 5 star hotel.

For a three-star hotel, it's good. The location is opposite the Kadikoy pier, which is also the terminal for many buses. There's a beautiful promenade nearby, perfect for a walk to Moda Park. The food at the hotel is good. Several types of cheeses, cold cuts, and vegetables. Delicious pastries and cake, strawberries and other fruits. Tea, coffee.

The hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are very small, the adaptation is cool and hot, it's what they control. I booked for breakfast, and the breakfast was delicious. Lunch was kind of good, but it was overpriced.

Great location in the historic district, everything is within walking distance! Very polite reception staff: Gilfidan, Imamcan, Umut. We especially liked one lady whose name we didn't catch! Delicious breakfast with several types of cheese, omelets, boiled eggs, a large selection of fruits, vegetables – everything was tasty, including the pastries! The rooms are small. Our air conditioning wasn't working; we asked them to fix it, and it seemed to work for a bit, but then broke down again at night. Get a room with a balcony, otherwise, your clothes won't dry in the room. Other than that, everything was great! There are inexpensive restaurants nearby!

My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
