"The room was spacious and having three bathrooms was great. For check-in and check-out, we were seated and everything was handled for us. All the staff were incredibly kind. The lawn, facilities, and pool were all regularly maintained. When we checked in, the air conditioning was already running thanks to a power key, so it was wonderfully cool as soon as we entered. The tuk-tuk arrived quickly when called, and overall, I was very satisfied with the facilities. However, the food was a little disappointing, both room service and breakfast."

"This hotel is conveniently located right on the road from Cam Ranh Airport to Nha Trang city center. It's built in a long, narrow shape on a cliff overlooking Cam Ranh Beach, offering fantastic, expansive views of the South China Sea – truly top-notch! The villas, especially those with numbers starting with 5, have even better views. It's a perfect spot to relax and unwind, and also ideal for couples on their honeymoon. On the downside, the hotel isn't very deep, so rooms closer to the road might be noisy. Also, the restaurant menu is a bit pricey; it's actually more cost-effective to take a taxi into the city for meals. However, one of the waitresses at the restaurant, named DIEU, was very friendly, charming, and polite! The two female receptionists were also excellent, though I can't recall their names."

"Overall, I liked the hotel. The service at the reception was excellent. The ladies were very friendly and ready to help with any questions. The hotel grounds are very large and beautiful, with two huge pools, one of which has a jacuzzi. We only had breakfast, and I enjoyed the food. While there wasn't a massive variety of dishes, what was offered was tasty and of good quality. The restaurant area was beautifully and comfortably decorated. However, I didn't like the room itself. The rooms feel old and are in need of renovation. Generally, throughout the hotel and its grounds, there's a sense that things need an update and refresh. There was an old, musty smell in the room. I don't understand why there's carpet in the room; it really detracts from the appearance and contributes to the smell. On the beach, there aren't enough sun loungers, especially given how large the hotel is and how many guests it accommodates. Overall, the hotel is good, but next time I'd return to the neighboring Riviera, where I've also stayed. The Riviera is cleaner and cozier. The grounds there are smaller, but as a result, everything feels more well-maintained and beautiful."

"Our last hotel in Vietnam was the Movenpick, just a mile or two from the Westin, sharing the same beach. We arrived before 2 PM and they allowed us an early check-in, which was seamless and a great start. They have a chocolate hour at 3 PM; we walked quite a distance to get there. It was average, but the kids enjoyed it. There are lots of activities at the pool and on the beach, including a slide. I forgot to bring snorkeling shoes, so after sliding, you have to walk barefoot, meaning only one person could be holding the shoes at a time. Pros: In terms of value for money, I highly recommend this hotel. Although the room was a bit old, they provided many complimentary items like the mini-bar, chocolates, and cookies. For my son's birthday, they also sent a cake and fruit. All the essentials were there, and I particularly loved the lounge chair on the balcony. Cons: The breakfast was just average."

"This isn't the first time we've chosen this hotel for our vacation. We really love the warm welcome, the varied food options – everything from pastries to seafood. They also have kids' entertainment (our son absolutely adores it, and for us, it's a great way to relax without worrying about him, as they keep them entertained and fed). Upon check-in, we received a nice complimentary gift from the hotel for being repeat guests, which was a lovely surprise. Another plus was getting to check in without waiting until 2 PM; we were able to get our room right after arriving at 11 AM – though we might have just gotten lucky, and we even received a free room upgrade! They put the wristbands on you right away, so you can start using all the facilities as soon as you've checked in. The beach is one of the best, perfect for families with kids, with a gentle slope into the water, crystal clear blue water that's transparent and warm, and soft white sand. We also appreciated the abundance of sun loungers; you could always find a free one. We'd gladly come back here again."

"This all-inclusive hotel is awesome! The food variety is great; kids always have something to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have pasta, cutlets, mashed potatoes, and fries. There's a good selection of fruits too, like papaya, watermelon, bananas, apples, dragon fruit, and more. The only thing missing was mango. This is the first hotel we've stayed at on this trip that serves tea from a pot, not disposable bags. During breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there are various drinks available: Americano coffee, Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, green tea, black tea, and other beverages. There are no freshly squeezed juices or smoothies though. In the mornings, there are activities at the pools, including water polo, aqua aerobics, yoga by the pool, darts, and archery for kids every day. Everything runs on schedule. In the evenings, there are discos for children, followed by discos for adults. During the day, there's a foam party at the aqua park with music and drinks. Both pools offer a variety of drinks all day, including alcoholic ones. You can order food from the restaurant to your room. There's also a buffet at another restaurant. The beach has plenty of sun loungers, enough for everyone. The sand is soft, and the sea entry is shallow. About 90% of the guests are Russian. At the reception, there are always two staff members who speak fluent Russian daily. Even if you call reception from your room, they hear Russian speech and transfer you to Russian-speaking staff. The animators are Egyptian guys, but they speak Russian well. There's a shallow pool for toddlers, a large multi-depth pool with slides in the aqua park, and two other large pools on the property – one by the restaurant and another near the shore. The pool water is clean. Towels are provided at all pools and the beach using a card given at check-in. I loved everything! There's always a wide selection of food, including even crocodile and frogs. Kids have plenty to do, and in the evenings, there are discos for adults."

"We stayed at Ana Mandara Resort with my mother for a few days. Unfortunately, although the resort is advertised as a five-star property, it did not meet our expectations. Overall, I would personally rate it closer to four stars. Our check-in was strictly at 3:00 p.m., which wasn’t a problem, but our first impression of the room was underwhelming. We booked a Garden View room, and while it was comfortable and clean, it didn’t feel worth the price. My advice is to spend a little more and book a room with a better view, as it will make your stay much more enjoyable. The resort itself is very green and well-maintained, but it’s much smaller than it appears in the promotional photos. There is one main swimming pool, but it was always full of children, making it difficult to relax. When I entered the pool, I also noticed an unpleasant smell, so we decided not to swim there. We ordered drinks at the beach bar, but the service was quite slow—they even forgot about my coconut, and I had to remind the staff about my order. The beach is beautiful, and it’s easy to take stunning photos there. However, in the afternoon and evening it becomes very crowded, and finding an available sunbed is difficult unless you reserve one in advance. Personally, I don’t think guests at a five-star resort should have to reserve beach beds just to have somewhere to relax. We also noticed that some of the beach mattresses had visible stains, and a few of the towels looked old and slightly yellow, which was disappointing. Our first day was honestly frustrating, and I felt that the resort did not justify its price. Thankfully, I contacted the manager, who handled the situation professionally. He arranged reserved beach beds for us every day, made sure we received clean towels, and genuinely tried to improve our experience. We also decided to upgrade our room to one with a better view, which made our stay much more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the manager’s efforts because he really turned the experience around. One thing to keep in mind is the location. Cam Ranh is quite far from Nha Trang city—about a 35-40 minute taxi ride each way. While there are a few local seafood restaurants nearby, you’ll need to budget for transportation if you plan to visit Nha Trang or its attractions. Cam Ranh itself is still developing, and there is a lot of construction along the coastline. Overall, while we enjoyed the beautiful beach and appreciated the excellent service from the manager, I don’t feel the resort offers good value for the price. If you’re considering staying here, I would recommend booking a room with a sea view and being prepared for the extra costs and the resort’s location. For us, it simply wasn’t the five-star experience we were expecting."

"The Anam was, as expected, a truly wonderful place! It was beautiful everywhere I went. 😊 I was so grateful to be assigned 'Mi' as my contact person. I could reach her via KakaoTalk and get immediate answers to all my questions and concerns. 😆 Her kindness and daily attentiveness truly touched me! ❗️ The beach is directly accessible, and you can walk to any destination within 10 minutes or less! The two main pools are both fantastic: one with a jungle vibe and the other with an ocean view. ✈️ There are two restaurants, offering Western and Vietnamese cuisine. For Western, I highly recommend The Anam Burger + Burrata Salad (note: it's a fruit salad, not a vegetable one) – absolutely delicious! For Vietnamese, you must try the Beef Pho + Banh Xeo (it's packed with seafood)! (Just a heads-up, both have a 13.8% tax added. If you're staying at the hotel, you can charge it to your room and pay later!) Overall review: I'll definitely be back when I have a boyfriend! 💨💨💨"

"The hotel's public areas are stunning; you'll get great photos as long as the weather isn't too bad. The farm is perfect for kids – every morning, we'd go collect two eggs from under the chickens and take them to the breakfast restaurant to be cooked, which was a lovely ritual. Many of the children's crafts are free, and there's a free ice cream hour daily. Plus, they'll occasionally bring watermelons to the pool. The daily complimentary spa is also great value, and the experience would be even better if you go during the off-peak season. Honestly, the overall experience here is much better than the Anantara next door, where every little detail feels designed to make you spend more money. The biggest drawback at The Fusion is that the food is quite mediocre."

"Staying in room 5026, the three elevators in the main building felt a bit slow. From the room, facing an unfinished building, you could still catch a partial sea view. Odd-numbered rooms face the pool and sea, offering a great environment. The room decor was a little dated with faux wood-grain floor tiles, and the bath towels were a bit rough, but still usable. There was a front desk staff member who spoke Mandarin. The all-inclusive dining was a great value. Over two days, we ate at both restaurants and tried all the bars. With free-flowing drinks, I eventually just wanted water! There were many Russians and Koreans, a few locals, and very few English speakers. The absence of American tourists meant much less noise, particularly the loud videos during meals and people rushing for food. However, some of the local guests were quite noisy. I even encountered local children who didn't want to return my swimming float. Despite the crowd, the restaurant was well-organized. We happened to be there for the Wednesday pool party, which was lively, and there was a mini disco at night, perfect for kids. The beach environment was also excellent. This place is highly recommended for families, and I'd definitely consider coming back with friends and family."
