Outstanding
GGuest UserWe stayed in Alexa villa just for one night as a quick get away, and the whole time we had wished to stay longer. Beautiful calm resort, on a beautiful beach. The resort was very well maintained with beautiful clean gardens, we ate in both the pool and buffet restaurants which we enjoyed. The villa itself was wonderful. Clean modern homely. A nice little private pool, comfortable furniture, amazing bed and bedding. The 3 bedroom villa was very spacious for the 3 of us who stayed. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. Were already planning our next visit.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at this hotel. Having lived in Vietnam for over 10 years and visited numerous hotels during that time, we have a good basis for comparison. The grounds are beautiful and spacious, and the villas are excellent, each with its own private pool. We especially loved the mango trees throughout the property – they create a truly tropical atmosphere. For first-time visitors to Vietnam, this would be a real exotic treat. However, there were some aspects that were disappointing. The pool near the beach is too small for the number of guests, and finding available sun loungers is difficult, both at the beach and by the pool. The food variety is good, but we wished the quality of some dishes was higher. What surprised us most was having to pay for ice. In all our years of traveling across Vietnam, this is the first time we've encountered a charge for ice, and the price seemed clearly excessive. Overall, the hotel is good, and the staff are polite and friendly, but we couldn't shake the feeling of a certain formality. Everything seemed to be in place, but we didn't feel that atmosphere that makes you want to return again. For a first introduction to Vietnam, the hotel is perfectly suitable, but personally, we'll choose a different place next time.

SShanghai zhangThe room design is a bit old-fashioned and the lighting is dim, but I still quite liked it. There was one drawback though. I stayed in Villa 336. The room had two AC vents, but only the one directly above the bed was blowing air. This meant that if I turned on the AC while sleeping, it would get very cold, but if I turned it off, it was too hot. The other AC vent, not directly over the bed, wasn't blowing any air at all. The hotel's exterior environment is elegant, especially the large lawn at sunrise – it's perfect for photos. The breakfast was good, and the weekend buffet dinner was excellent. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and there were no issues communicating in English. There were quite a few Koreans, especially Korean couples. They seemed to enjoy cuddling in the public pool, which was a bit of an eyeful. Overall, it's still a good place, especially for girls who love taking photos.

GGuest UserAlthough it's a bit far from the city center, I decided to visit since it's a relatively new resort. The layout felt a bit cramped with all the resort buildings clustered together, and the double rows of sunbeds by the pool made it feel a bit busy. However, the breakfast was great, featuring Banh Xeo, and dinner was delicious with grilled pork belly, grilled shrimp, and galbi jjim. One area for improvement would be the pool area's cleanliness (trash, tidying up the pool bar, etc.) and the nearby smoking. Overall, two adults and one child had a comfortable stay in a Hollywood bed.

MMin Min 269We recently had a wonderful stay at The Westin Cam Ranh Resort, and overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience for my parents and me. One of the most impressive aspects of the resort was the staff service. The staff members were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. What stood out the most was how proactive they were — whenever we looked a little unsure or confused about directions or facilities, someone would quickly approach us and kindly offer assistance. Their attitude made us feel very welcomed and well taken care of. Our room (2325 on the 3rd floor) had a beautiful sea view, which was a great way to start the morning and end the evening. The room itself was nicely designed with good quality furniture and tasteful decoration, giving it a modern yet relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and the room felt spacious and clean. However, one small issue we noticed was that the toilet exhaust fan in the bathroom was quite weak, which sometimes allowed the toilet smell to leak into the room. It wasn’t a major problem for us, but improving the ventilation would definitely make the room experience even better. The swimming pool was truly amazing. It is a 50-meter pool, which is quite rare for resort pools. This makes it perfect not only for relaxing but also for people who enjoy serious lap swimming. If you are someone who likes to exercise while on vacation, you will definitely appreciate this feature. The breakfast buffet was excellent and exceeded our expectations. There was a wide variety of food options including both international and local dishes. Everything we tried tasted great and the quality was consistently good. Considering the variety and taste, the breakfast offered very good value compared to many other resorts. Another thing we appreciated was how clean, tidy, and well-maintained the entire resort campus was. Walking around the property felt very pleasant. The landscaping, pathways, and common areas were clearly taken care of with great attention. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth, efficient, and professional. The staff handled everything quickly while still being friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and memorable stay, especially because it was a trip with my parents. The combination of friendly staff, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and a fantastic swimming pool made this resort a great place to relax and unwind. We would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

AAnonymous UserGood value for money Lumina Villa (Wyndham Garden Resort). What you need is to contact Butler by Katok, which is convenient to respond immediately. The facilities are as good as the photos. The private pool and public pool were all good. The poolside bar hamburger is delicious. Breakfast was added when I checked in, but I was so satisfied. It's a rice noodle restaurant. But there's one thing that's the worst. The rotten smell of the sewer vibrated in the sink. I contacted Butler and the staff came and took action. It was a little better, and eventually it was accompanied by a subtle sewer smell throughout 3 days and 2 nights. If this is improved, this is the accommodation I want to take my baby back.

GGuest UserThe hotel's public areas are stunning; you'll get great photos as long as the weather isn't too bad. The farm is perfect for kids – every morning, we'd go collect two eggs from under the chickens and take them to the breakfast restaurant to be cooked, which was a lovely ritual. Many of the children's crafts are free, and there's a free ice cream hour daily. Plus, they'll occasionally bring watermelons to the pool. The daily complimentary spa is also great value, and the experience would be even better if you go during the off-peak season. Honestly, the overall experience here is much better than the Anantara next door, where every little detail feels designed to make you spend more money. The biggest drawback at The Fusion is that the food is quite mediocre.

XXinxincoralThe high-rise views are stunning, with an expansive sea stretching to the horizon. The beach is of high quality, perfect for swimming and playing in the water, and the sand is incredibly fine. The swimming pool area has a dedicated kids' slide and play pool, as well as four extra-long water slides suitable for both adults and children, offering great entertainment. The kids' club is divided into indoor and outdoor sections, both with excellent facilities. On the downside: there are many small flies outdoors; ordering food is inconvenient and takes a long time; the breakfast restaurant is crowded and chaotic, though the breakfast itself is decent; and there's not much to explore nearby, so you're pretty much confined to the hotel.

NNadezhda ArtemevaI traveled alone on vacation and booked a villa with a garden – it was one of my best trips ever! The resort consists of rooms in a multi-story building, two-story blocks, and private villas. The property has 2 amazing pools: large, comfortable, and packed with cool features for kids. There’s also a shop in the main building where you can buy everything from instant noodles and ice cream to shampoo and umbrellas. Two restaurants offer very reasonable prices if you’re on a breakfast-only plan. The resort is literally a 6-minute drive from the airport and, in my opinion, the greenest, shadiest, and most comfortable among nearby options. They provide a shuttle to Nha Trang twice a day, dropping you off at the shopping mall opposite the Lotus Temple on the waterfront, with return shuttles from the same spot twice daily. The ride to Nha Trang takes about 40 minutes. To get around Nha Trang, I used GRAB taxis – just install the app and set ”cash” as the payment method; it worked perfectly. By the way, the resort exchanges Vietnamese dong (VND) at a slightly better rate than the airport. More about the resort: I booked via Trip.com and handled all communication with the resort through the app. Upon arrival, a free pre-arranged transfer (requested via a form they sent) was waiting. The driver met me at the exit with a sign bearing my name. Check-in was quick since it wasn’t busy. The resort is large and handles multiple check-ins/check-outs smoothly. My villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you could need (even a flashlight, umbrella, ironing board, and all imaginable toiletries). Housekeeping came daily and provided ample bottled water, so no issues there. There were a few mosquitoes, but the in-room fumigator handled them well. My package included breakfast, served for villa guests at the beachfront restaurant. They also offer afternoon tea (2–4 PM) with drinks, fruit, and pastries – perfect for a midday snack. I chose this resort specifically for its lush greenery, and it was a 100% success! The landscape design, variety of plants, and flowers are indescribably beautiful – you must see it! Waterfalls, ponds, and streams with fish create total relaxation. The grounds are expansive: walking the full loop is nearly 2 km. There’s also a golf course, tennis courts, and a small but well-equipped gym. The resort’s private beach is excellent: plenty of loungers, easy entry into the sea, a lifeguard on duty from 6 AM to 6 PM, and it’s very clean. Note: abandoned construction sites flank the resort, and the sea washes debris onto their shores (naturally, no one cleans it), but it’s not excessive. The coastline itself is huge – 17 km long – perfect for endless walks with very few people. The spa is stunning (private lakeside cabins, skilled masseuses), and the Japanese restaurant on the 20th floor of the main building offers incredible views. In summary: This resort suits any type of vacation. For peace and quiet (choose a villa – serene with greenery right outside), or for families/friends with kids (great entertainment, pools, beach, and restaurant menus). I highly recommend it and will return with my family!

GGrigoreva_psThis isn't a bad hotel, considering it's in the middle of nowhere. The views from the hotel are wonderful, but the cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired. The furniture is slightly old but well-maintained. There's nothing around the hotel; you can't walk to a shop, and it's a 20-30 minute drive to get anywhere. The beach is dirty and unkempt, and there are no sunbeds. There is a pool. On the positive side, the service is very responsive and helpful.
