I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything organized perfectly. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options every morning. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the excellent customer service throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality service.

This hotel's location is incredibly convenient, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The hallways throughout the hotel are very pleasant, and the elevators are also exceptionally tidy. The housekeeping staff are very professional, making for an overall excellent experience. There's a restaurant right in the lobby downstairs, and the lobby staff and manager are very patient, friendly, and efficient. The area around the hotel is full of shops, dining, and great transportation options – it's truly fantastic. I'll definitely stay here every time I visit!

As an airport hotel, most guests are just passing through for a night. It's really inconvenient that breakfast only starts at 7 AM. I had to wolf down my meal in 15 minutes. They should really start breakfast by 6 or at least 6:30 AM. And for those with breakfast included, you even need to pre-order a sandwich if you can't make it to the main breakfast. Other than that, everything else is fine for an airport hotel; the shuttle to Tung Chung and the airport is quite convenient.

I booked this hotel for a good price. I was coming from mainland China to Hong Kong on business, and I wanted somewhere quiet so I can wind down, but also somewhere with good access to public transport so I can get on the move easily.
This hotel was in a good location, a couple hundred meters from the Quarry Bay station. There's a McDonald's and a few coffee shops nearby for a quick meal or breakfast. There is also a bridge by the sea where you can run, cycle or just take a walk.
The issue is the old carpets and furniture in the hotel. The first room I booked online looked old in the photos, but what I was not expecting was how it smelled. It really smelled moldy and bad. I couldn't even stay there for a couple of minutes. I just went back to reception and asked them if they can give me another room, and they did, but the other room had the same issue. I sat there for 5 minutes rethinking my decision to book this hotel and thinking about what solutions I can come up with to find somewhere clean where I can sleep.
Luckily I went back to reception and asked them to find me a newer room and I'm willing to pay the difference. They gave me one of the remodeled rooms on the top floor. Honestly I didn't have any problems with the hotel besides that.
I was on the move so I didn't try any of the food. I can tell you that you have to pay for your own water. The price is not ridiculous at HK$5 per 370ml bottle, and the fact that the reception is 24h makes it acceptable. However in most hotels I go to I'm generally used to getting free water in the room so it was a bit of a surprise on the first day.
The area is nice and the hotel is on King's Road, with access to the bus, the tram and a 30 second walk to Quarry Bay station as mentioned before. However, although the area is very well connected, if you are looking for a hotel where you can just walk downstairs and find things to do in the same area, this is not the hotel for you, but considering how well connected it is to all forms of transportation, just a 10 minute Subway ride will take you to Causeway Bay or Central or a little longer to go anywhere you would like in Hong Kong.
The hotel staff is respectful, and the cleaning service was always good. I think this hotel can get a much higher score if they just remodel all their rooms or at least clean the carpets in them thoroughly.

Great location! Just make sure to take the closest subway exit, as the path can be a bit rough with luggage. The staff were fantastic and helped me upgrade to a river view room. The room was newly renovated with a stunning river view. It had all the basic amenities like slippers, tea bags, and shower gel, but surprisingly no disposable items like toothbrushes or toothpaste, and no complimentary bottled water, which was a bit inconvenient. The pillows were also quite soft and thin. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

Our three-night stay at the Cordis Hotel in Mong Kok was exceptional in every way. The hotel staff, particularly those at the frontline and our room attendant Kaity, provided outstanding service. Additionally, the staff at the gym and pool area were warm and welcoming, always greet us with a smile. The pool staff, in particular, were diligent in their service, providing drinks and towels and ensuring the pool area doors were managed efficiently. The rooms were both spacious and comfortable, and the fitness facilities were of a high standard, featuring comprehensive gym equipment and an impressive spa pool. The hotel's connection to Langham Place shopping mall and proximity to a subway station further added to the excellence of our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Hong Kong.

The hotel lobby is opulent, but the rooms are tiny. The hallways are long, narrow, and feel very claustrophobic. Getting to the gym and pool involves walking down a distant, cramped corridor that feels like a maze, adding to the claustrophobia. Plus, the pool wasn't even open. The room itself was so small you could barely turn around, and the twin beds creaked loudly with every movement. I booked this room a week in advance for 900, but by check-in, the price had dropped to just over 600. The hotel refused my request to adjust the booking. To make matters worse, I was assigned what seemed to be one of the smallest rooms available. My request for a late check-out until 2 PM was also denied by the front desk. For this price, both the room and the service were extremely disappointing. Last week, I stayed at a Courtyard in Sha Tin for just over 700 and even got a free upgrade to a river view room, which was also very spacious. There's really no comparison. Eventually, Trip.com's concierge helped me get a 200 refund. Overall, this hotel has a 5-star lobby but 2-star rooms – definitely try to avoid it. It's fine if you just want to use the lobby, but I wouldn't recommend staying in the rooms.

“I had a great stay at Royal Plaza Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel’s direct connection to the MTR station and MOKO mall made traveling around Hong Kong extremely convenient. Staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities, especially the pool and gym, were excellent. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.”

Overall, it exceeded my expectations. For a price of 600+ in this location, it's quite good, especially since it includes breakfast and afternoon tea. This Ctrip voucher deal offered incredible value for money. It was Mother's Day on the day of check-in, and although there wasn't any special gesture, the sweet young lady at the front desk seemed to have upgraded my room. It was on a high floor and very quiet, with a spacious room and a large bed. The pillows were also very comfortable – excellent! 👌
First, the positives: The location is superb, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the afternoon tea is better than breakfast. Plus, the 30th floor was a pleasant surprise with drinks, coffee, and toys. Both adults and children were thrilled! On the first day, a toy lost a leg, and on the second day, we found that the hotel had replaced it with a new one – truly fantastic! 👍
Now, for the negatives: The breakfast really isn't worth it; I'd rather book a room-only rate and eat out, perhaps at Sister Hua. The restaurant seriously needs an overhaul, especially since it's on the first floor and the lighting isn't great, which spoiled the breakfast experience. Also, the TV in the room was exceptionally dim. With my aging eyes, I could barely see the screen, and I couldn't figure out how to adjust the brightness, so I barely watched it.
Overall, the value for money is good, and the service is also quite decent. Keep up the good work!

Even though it wasn't a weekend or a holiday, the hotel upgraded me to a sea-view suite for free. The view was absolutely stunning, and the room was incredibly spacious. The only downside was that the room was really damp, which couldn't be helped. On a side note, the toothpaste quality was excellent, unlike the powdery taste you often get in mainland hotels. The lobby staff were very attentive, and the employee who handled my luggage storage was very dedicated.

BbeibeiloveseaComing to Hong Kong this time, I searched for many hotels on Trip.com, but most rooms were tiny and the facilities were outdated. I finally decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong, and as soon as I entered, I was blown away by the sea-view room on the first floor with a large balcony! Stepping out, you're greeted by an endless expanse of clear blue sea – the view is absolutely stunning! 🌊
At night, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the balcony, watching the starry sky, eating fruit, and having drinks. It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient; there's a free shuttle bus directly to the MTR station, making it easy to go shopping, explore, and try out all the amazing local food.
The buffet breakfast was a bit simple, so don't have high expectations. Once you're near the MTR station, there are so many Hong Kong delicacies that you'll wish you had more stomachs to try them all.
The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with a healing sea view and excellent value for money. The experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my must-stay list for my next visit to Hong Kong. I'll definitely be back!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were warm and professional. The front desk attendant was particularly helpful; we were a group hoping to stay on the same floor, and he really went out of his way to accommodate us. What truly stands out is finding such a reasonably priced hotel in a place like Hong Kong, where space is at a premium – it's truly a rare find! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to Tuen Mun MTR Station, which is a terminal station, making it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Light Rail stop nearby, and multiple bus routes just below the MTR station. It's convenient, affordable, and offers great value for money! 👍👍👍
GGuest UserThis hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! For a price over HKD 1,000, I was expecting a tiny room in Hong Kong, but to my surprise, it was a suite. It had a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table, and the bedroom had a super large bed. Plus, all the details in the bathroom were very clean.
The hotel staff were very nice, and their Mandarin was good. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, where you could order one set meal, and all four I tried were delicious. You could even see parrots flying outside the window while having breakfast.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It's about two bus stops from Admiralty Station (or walkable, really), a 200-meter walk from the Peak Tram Macdonnell Road Station, and within walking distance of Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Highly recommend!
RRyonChenThe location is super convenient, with direct subway access. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel right at home. While the room wasn't huge, it was clean and comfortable, and the sea view from my room was spectacular. Overall, it's great value for money, perfect for business trips or short getaways. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

TTop_xinThis hotel is quite remote, primarily chosen for its low price, as it's convenient for catching a flight the next day. The special MTR line from Tsing Yi station costs HKD 73 and gets you there in under 30 minutes. However, the service is just average. We checked in at 2 PM, and they had already arranged for us to pick up the key cards from a machine. They promised one large bed but gave us a twin room. The room is 'eco-friendly' with no toiletries, only a broken, integrated shampoo dispenser. The swimming pool is out of service. On the bright side, there are two minibuses downstairs that go to Kwai Fong and Tsing Yi, which is fairly convenient.
XXiangshoulvtudexiaohaiFacilities: For a family-friendly hotel, the pool is perfect for toddlers and young children! There's also a small play area that costs HKD 110.
Cleanliness: Very clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Environment: Built by the sea and next to Ocean Park, the scenery is beautiful, and the sea view is top-notch.
Service: We drove there, and overnight parking cost HKD 500, which is quite expensive. Aside from the front desk staff, who weren't great, the rest of the service was good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good. At great location, with spacious rooms and helpfull personnel. We enjoyed our stay and they accommodate most of the request.
In all the negative reviews, the complaint is cleaningness and too worn out facilities. It is true. There are small things that the hotel could do, like renewing the sealant silicone in the bathrooms and clean better around the windows and the air ducts. Simple stuff. Don't expect it though and it shouldn't affect your decision to stay. The place is good.
There were two things which were annoying to me, to affect the stay. First it was the non-option to stop the bathroom ventilation fan which was noisy and normally stops when you turn off the bathroom lights. Eitherway you have the A/C to ventilate the room. Second was that the bed frame was slightly smaller than the matress which made the mattress bend at the sides. It was like fitting a queen size mattress to a double bed size frame.
I am adding picture of the items that caught my eye and are the main reasons for complaints but not to discourage people to book this hotel. The photos are mostly for the hotel to see and make small improvements which can improve the reviews. The photo of the messy bed is only for room reference and not a comment :)
Thank you for the stay.
GGuest UserAbsolutely loved our stay! The 45th-floor family level is such a unique feature, and we could even check in directly there. They gave the kids so many little gifts, and the view from our room was absolutely incredible, with a breathtaking panoramic of Victoria Harbour. Plus, the 'grab and go' healthy snacks were a fantastic touch, and the quality of all the food was really impressive. Highly recommend!
