Deluxe room is quite a space for a couple. We got our room on level 15 with the city view and it was a treat during NY fireworks! Staffs were friendly and service was prompt. Likely it will be our new place to stay in batam.

Overall is good. Only a bit disappointed is they forgot to decorate or provide birthday amenities for my son. When check in reception counter tell me there is birthday deco in my son room, in the end nothing. But I will be back again for my next visit. 😀

Room 706 I wanted to share that despite this is a really old hotel you can tell that they trying to make little improvements for example I noticed that the curtains are new. I believed the all of the staffs are well trained - bellboy, recept. waitresses and even housekeeping staffs keep smiling at you welcoming you and always helpful really thumbs up. I observed also every detail they have done to keep every corner of the hotel clean and tidy . Restaurant food is also delicious. Despite limited choice of food, the food taste really not bad. I like it that they keep their pastries in the warmer to keep it fresh, Again despite the smaller size room, it’s so nice to have a side table and chair to have our meals, dressing table and chair, a place for baggage, so many hangers a pair of slippers, fridge also working. All that we need for a short stat really thoughtful of them. I also find the pillows and bed very good and I slept very well . Hotel is unblocked so the feelings is good. Sound prove also ok. Doorway is also very bright. Just 5 mins walk to grand Batam mall and the wet market A2 and Batam city mall where we had dim sum so yummy 1-2 improvements is that the aircon is really noisy. Thought the towels smells good but there is a bit of stain 😬

Stayed at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence in a 3-bedroom unit. It comfortably fits 6 adults and 1 child. In fact, it can fit up to 7 or 8 adults comfortably, with 2 sleeping on the sofa. I don’t mind paying extra for one additional breakfast. The staff were excellent and very helpful. You can drop off kek lapis at the reception to have them sent to your room. The place was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was good — the desserts, pastries, and kueh were all delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall is really a beautiful plc to rest and get away from the busy city life. I would like to suggest more drinking water provided to guests (either provide a water dispenser or additional water given). Per room per day is only given 2 small bottles of mineral water. Believe me, in our climate it is really insufficient. I felt so dehydrated. The drinks I can order from the restaurant are sweetened drinks. So that was really a drawback for me. They have a shop but they do not sell any mineral water. Breakfast is quite sad too.. I was expecting a bit more options for this location since it is secluded frm other eateries. Room service food was much better than the breakfast provided so I'm not sure why such a big difference in quality and taste. Communications in the hotel can be better too. I had informed reception 4 hours before check out for use of a buggy as our unit is very far. Nobody came for us. They called to remind us to check out and I told them yes, we are waiting for the buggy we requested. Subsequently I had to call another 3 times before someone came and the person was also very rude.

We booked a 3D2N stay on the 17Dec25. From the moment we arrived Bintan ferry terminal we were met with the hotel staff for transfer, we were so impressed by the professional and warmth service received from the hotel staffs. Food was good at both Rempah & El Lagoi beach restaurant.the price are acceptable. Especially impressed by the breakfast we had for two days. So much choices. Spa service was good too. We went for couple massage. We want to give shoutout especially to two staffs, Dona from Rempah restaurant and Moel from housekeeping. So grateful for the friendliness and sincerity they showed in their service. We have made plans to come back in February. Thank you Four Points Sheraton for a memory that we will never forget.

This is our second time staying in Oakwood in 2025. We return for the 2nd time mainly because of its superb location (just next to Batam Grand Mall), lots of Spas nearby and because its a very nice hotel with excellent customer service. It is very popular with both local n foreign tourists. So, due to this, book early. You probably wont be able to get early check-in due to high volume of guests. We stayed in the standard room n studio premier. Studio premier is slightly bigger with a kitchen cabinet, fridge, hob n hood, sink, utensils. But the room tend to be warm in the day as the room windows are facing east. Very comfy bed n pillows. Lots of TV chanels and you can login to ur netflix acct. Inroom dining is better than their buffet bfast. Lots of varieties for their buffet bfast. Recommneded to go to Aespa if you would like to go for a massage. Oakwood guests recieve discount. Their massage is very good.

I had such an amazing experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — especially Agus, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He always greeted us with a big smile and was super helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was seriously impressive — there were so many options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. You can really tell they put effort into making sure guests start the day right. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while! The location is very strategic, close to everything — shopping, restaurants, and main attractions — which made it so convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, everything about this place was just perfect. Great service, great food, great location. A big thanks to Agus and the team for making our stay such a memorable one. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I chose this hotel because I saw reviews on various platforms stating that sauna facilities were available. I am looking for hotel/s with Sauna !! My real intention. Compared to other hotels with saunas, the price here was very reasonable given the luxurious facilities and surroundings, which made me choose this hotel. However, I was quite disappointed when I arrived and asked the reception, only to find out that the spa and sauna services had long been discontinued / are under renovation. I honestly don’t have any other reason to stay here. That being said, I was very satisfied with the room. It was clean, 5-star standard, had a bathtub, the TV worked perfectly, and overall I was very excited and happy. The hotel facilities and environment were also beautiful and impressive – the lobby was elegant and exclusive, the lift area leading to the rooms was spacious and luxurious, the swimming pool was large and beautiful, the café was wide with delicious food, and paid spa services were also available. To sum up, everything was beautiful and luxurious, and I was very satisfied – definitely a stay worth the money. The only downside was not being able to experience the sauna. That’s it. 4/5 stars. Tip top.

Always love this Hotel. Maybe repeated 10 times already. Good service, good massage spa. Loves the cozy pool with warm jacuzzi on sundeck w frangipani tree over. almost exclusive! However buffet although many varieties breakfast this time is not as great as before😢. Previous chefs retired. Hope Chef become better
