The location of hotel is proximity the best. It is short walking (5-10minutes) distance to very authentic local wet market (Penuine market), accessible to A2 foodcourt, and Grant Batam Mall. It is also short driving distance (grab) to various attractions at around 10minutes. The room is spacious, clean and nice smell. There are capsule coffee, spray fragrance, slipper and toileteries assesoriea supplying. Staff are friendly and very nice. Breakfast is very good too. Overall the best staying experience.

Our 4 days, 3 nights at the resort, felt like a perfect escape from reality. From the moment we arrived, the beautiful surroundings, ocean views, and peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax. We enjoyed a mix of activities like sight seeings, seafood and quiet moments by the pool. The spa experience was especially rejuvenating and very good service from Rempah Kitchen. Kudos to the service team, especially Jenni (5-star service), along with Farren, Naufal, Nicho, Indra (Manager), Yusa, and Saga. As well as the front desk and housekeeping teams. Your professionalism and dedication made the experience truly exceptional. By the time we left, we felt refreshed, happy, and already wishing we could stay longer.

We haven't stayed here for quite a while as we constantly stay at the BCC. As Aston Gideon Penuin maintains a high standard across the border for cleanliness and service. Breakfast is a wide variety of prepared foods and also Ala minute food stalls. Menu does change each day with different dishes. Breakfast is not chaotic and we'll maintained with big crowds as dishes are topped up constantly. Hot water for the shower is food with shampoo and shower gel.

I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Batam and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

The room was very clean, and the bed was spacious enough for two people. The location is convenient, with several restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. Although there was a slight odor in the room, it was still tolerable. The gym had just opened and was well-equipped with a variety of machines. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The overall guest service is excellent with smile and willing to help upon request. One of the room got stains on bedsheets and office change for us in short time. Breakfast is ok for the price paid, don't expect too high.Swimming pool under maintenance, can't use. Overall satisfactory for a budget stay.

The hotel is awesome. The front desk staff Salsa is very warmth and friendly, she is definitely an asset to the company, can see that she loves her job very well as her interaction with me makes me feel that. The 2 bedroom suites is excellent, very clean and comfy, the view is nice, the breakfast is fantastic. The location is good, just next to the mall, and just walking distance to the local snack market where I always buy lots of snacks. Overall, I’ll be back again to stay here if I visit Batam again

The hotel is comfortable and well located, close to many restaurants, cafés, and spas. It is convenient to travel to nearby attractions. The room is clean with basic amenities provided. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Overall, it is a good choice for travelers who want a strategic location and easy access to food and sightseeing.

This is a first time I’m staying here, perfect location as for family can walk to the one Batam mall and opp there’s a lotus supermarket.  Pool and gym just nearby, convenient for parents to workout while kids having good time in the pool. The hotel is in a great location and it’s fine if you are on a short budget trip. It’s a 5 minute walk to Grand Batam Mall with a pet store on the way if you need to stock up on pet treats. It is also walking distance to various social media popular cafes. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. However, there was no hot water in the bathroom and the air con was warm. There is some pink mould on the bathroom walls as well. If I was staying more than one night, I would’ve asked to change rooms because of the cold water.
