Staying in the Jacuzzi Villa was an absolute delight! The Naxi-style courtyard was elegant and peaceful, and the private, temperature-controlled Jacuzzi was clean and comfortable. Soaking under the stars at night melted away all my travel fatigue. I must commend Elin, our butler, for her outstanding service. From coordinating before our arrival to her attentive care during our stay, she was always quick to respond to any needs. She was thoughtful and professional, never intrusive, which truly enhanced the relaxing vacation vibe. The facilities were excellent, and the service was an added bonus – a perfect Lijiang getaway! Highly recommended!

Returning to Dali from Jizu Mountain, I temporarily chose to stay at Jinsuo Island. I have been to Dali many times, and this is my first time on the island. This hotel is indeed the most satisfactory one. The room has an unbeatable sea view. You can see the sea and the sunrise while lying on the bed. The facilities are very smart and the hygiene is also very clean. Super cost-effective! The breakfast in the sea view restaurant is also a little surprise.

Stayed here in end Aug where there wasn’t much snow cap on the mountains and a lot of clouds blocking the mountain peaks, but I’d say that the room view is still really nice because there’s sun, lake, mountain, clouds all in one! What we appreciated from this hotel: 1. The views: on day 1, we had afternoon tea (complimentary with our booking) and just enjoyed the view. We also tried to catch sunrise from our bed, and also enjoyed the view over complimentary breakfast at Level 1. 2. The service: this is the most supportive service we’ve ever had among all the hotels in China and other countries we have been to. - transport: They helped us to schedule complimentary pickup transfers from Lijiang train station to the hotel on our first day and from hotel to Lijiang Sanyi airport on our last day. - Taobao: They also helped me a lot with my many Taobao orders, across communicating with the delivery people, collecting (1x a day) from the collection point, returning some items as they weren’t fitting, applying for refund as my parcels still didn’t arrive on the last day etc. - other advice: getting used to higher altitude in Lijiang, how to use the washing machine & dryer, recovering from diarrhoea, whether we can still visit Lijiang Ancient City at night - other hotel items: gave us makeup remover and cotton pads when we had our photoshoot etc. - food: packed breakfast for us when we had day tours that started from 6am and asked us to pick our breakfast if we’re eating at hotel a day before. - housekeeping: they’d ask us if we’d like housekeeping when we waited for our didi to come. For the 6am day tours when reception wasn’t open yet, we texted them for help to tidy the room and we came back to a tidied room when we returned. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super comprehensive service, we highly appreciated this. 3. Toilet: this toilet has a bidet! We were pleasantly surprised by this. While the area around the hotel is generally still developing, to which one of our Didi drivers said there was growing interest in real estate around the area, among the 3 hotels we stayed in Yunnan so far across Kunming, Dali and Lijiang, this is the best one we have had 😊

Truly beyond my expectations This hotel genuinely exceeded every expectation I had. The service was not just good the staff went above and beyond in ways that I honestly did not expect, even from a five-star hotel. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive and meticulous. You can really feel that they care about the little details and the overall guest experience. One thing that really amazed me was the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The shower area was spotless every single time we returned to the hotel. Even when there were water marks and spots on the shower taps and head before we left the room, we would come back to find everything sparkling clean again. It was such a small detail, but it showed just how much effort the housekeeping team puts into maintaining the room. Honestly, this is the kind of attention to detail that you don’t even always expect from a five-star hotel. What impressed me even more was how thoughtfully they considered the needs of travellers. Knowing that guests would likely spend the entire day walking and exploring Dali, the hotel thoughtfully prepared soaking basins for guests to soak their legs after a long day. After hours of walking, coming back to the hotel and having this little comfort prepared for us was such a lovely touch. It showed that they weren’t simply providing a room, they were thinking about the entire experience of their guests. The food and drinks were another pleasant surprise. Breakfast had a wonderful variety, including their homemade yoghurt and soy milk, which were both delicious. During lunchtime, they also provided coffee and tea such a thoughtful touch when you’re out exploring for the day. And dinner was another highlight. Their homemade rose vinegar and wine were such unexpected and memorable touches. Everything felt carefully prepared and had a sense of warmth and authenticity that you don’t often find in hotels. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail throughout the entire stay. From the spotless room, thoughtful amenities and food, to the genuinely warm service, you could tell that the team truly cares about their guests. After travelling and staying in different hotels, I can honestly say this stay left a very strong impression on me. The combination of exceptional service, meticulous cleanliness, thoughtful details, wonderful food and genuinely friendly staff made this hotel stand out far beyond what I expected. If I ever return to Dali, I wouldn’t even need to think twice about where to stay. This would be my first choice, without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable, memorable and special. You truly went above and beyond. ❤️ 一次真正超出期待的入住体验 这次在大理入住这家酒店，真的让我非常惊喜。 酒店的服务完全超出了我的预期。每一位工作人员都非常亲切、热情，而且特别细心。最让我感动的是，他们对客人的照顾不是停留在“做好本职工作”，而是真的会去观察和理解客人的需求，把很多细节都提前想到了。 首先必须夸一下酒店的卫生和客房细节。 房间每天都保持得非常干净，尤其是浴室，真的让我印象深刻。前一天离开房间的时候，淋浴头和水龙头上明明还有一些水渍和水印，但我们每次回到酒店，看到的都是已经擦拭得闪闪发亮的淋浴头和水龙头，干净到几乎看不到一点痕迹。 这种程度的细致，说实话，甚至不是每一家五星级酒店都能做到。 另外一个让我觉得特别贴心的地方，是酒店真的有站在旅客的角度去想。 大理旅行每天走路的时间非常长，走一整天下来腿真的会很累。酒店竟然还提前准备了泡脚盆，让客人晚上回来可以泡泡腿、放松一下。这个细节真的让我觉得很暖心。因为这已经不只是“提供一个房间”了，而是在认真考虑客人整个旅程中的体验。 早餐也非常丰富，选择很多，而且还有酒店自制的酸奶和豆浆，都很好喝。中午还有咖啡和茶可以享用，让人觉得非常舒服、贴心。 晚餐同样让我有惊喜，酒店还有自制的玫瑰醋自制葡萄酒。这些小小的细节其实非常难得，也让整个入住体验多了一份温度和自己的特色。 整趟入住下来，我最深的感受就是：这家酒店真的很用心。 从房间的卫生、工作人员的态度，到餐饮、泡脚盆这些看似不起眼的小细节，每一样都能感受到他们是在认真对待客人，而不是单纯把服务流程做完而已。 这次入住让我觉得，酒店真正厉害的地方并不只是硬件，而是愿意站在客人的角度，把很多客人甚至没有开口说出来的需求都提前想到了。 如果以后还有机会再来大理，我完全不会需要考虑住哪一家酒店。 这里一定会是我的第一选择。 非常感谢酒店的每一位工作人员，让我们这次的大理之旅多了一份舒适、放松和温暖。这样的服务，真的值得五星好评！❤️

**Excellent Stay with Outstanding Hospitality** I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Liqiang. From the moment I arrived, the level of service exceeded my expectations. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional hospitality provided by our host, Mr. Sing, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was incredibly caring and attentive throughout our stay, taking the time to help arrange our itinerary and providing valuable local insights. Mr. Sing's assistance was invaluable - he personally helped us with our luggage from the main entrance all the way up to the hotel, which we greatly appreciated. His local knowledge really enhanced our trip, as he introduced us to excellent dining options and guided us to the best shopping areas in the vicinity. The genuine care and attention to detail shown by our host Mr. Sing made our stay not just comfortable, but truly memorable. I would highly recommend Liqiang to anyone looking for a place that combines good accommodations with outstanding personal service. Thank you to Mr. Sing for making our visit so enjoyable!

Took my mom out for a trip and saw Aling's live stream on Douyin. She came across as very practical, genuine, and unpretentious, so we decided to stay for a few days. Overall, it was a really good experience. As soon as you enter the courtyard, there's a water feature with koi fish, which gives a vibrant and lively feel. The two young men working there were incredibly attentive and patient in answering our questions, and their demeanor was very refined. We also had the good fortune to meet a compatible travel couple, Sister Liu and her husband, at Aling's place. It felt like such a serendipitous encounter for people from the north and south to meet here. In the evening, we gathered in Aling's courtyard to chat, drink tea, and share our travel experiences. It was truly delightful. Thank you, Aling, for bringing us all together!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A 10-Star Stay in Lijiang If you’re planning a trip to Lijiang, this is absolutely the place you should choose. I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect accommodation, and I’m so glad I did — because this place exceeded all my expectations. The location and the view are simply unbeatable. From the hotel, you get a breathtaking panoramic view over Lijiang Old Town and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Honestly, I don’t think you could ask for a better view. It’s the kind of scenery where you can take beautiful photos without even having to leave the hotel. Even the charming little slope right in front of the entrance is already a perfect photo spot. The location is also extremely convenient. It’s very easy to get a taxi, and you can quickly reach the main roads to go shopping, explore other parts of Lijiang, or travel to the airport and train station. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always making sure everything was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the whole stay was genuinely wonderful from beginning to end. For me, this was a 10-star experience on my first trip to Lijiang. And considering the very reasonable price for such an exceptional location, view, service, and overall quality, I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here. If you’re coming to Lijiang, don’t hesitate — book this place. You won’t regret it. ❤️

From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Because a room upgrade was available, he kindly offered us a better room, which was a wonderful surprise. He also helped us purchase the tea we were looking for, something we truly appreciated. When we arrived at the entrance of the ancient town, Mr. Afei came to pick us up and helped us get to the hotel with our luggage. Upon arrival, he welcomed us with tea and fresh fruit, almost like a welcome drink, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. He even sent us a message on WeChat with the most important places to visit in Lijiang, making sure we wouldn't miss the city's key highlights. Throughout our trip in China, we had never felt as warmly welcomed anywhere as we did here. Lijiang itself felt like a city that embraced us with warmth, and a great part of that feeling came from the exceptional care and hospitality provided by Mr. Afei. If you're visiting Lijiang's Shuhe Ancient Town, you absolutely cannot miss the amazing Guanxin Inn! The environment here is beautiful, with lush greenery in the courtyard and fresh air that instantly helps you relax. The bedding in the rooms is exceptionally comfortable – a good night's sleep here will leave you feeling completely refreshed! The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive; no matter what you need, they'll help you out, making you feel as warm and welcome as if you were at home. Step outside the inn and you can immediately experience the ancient town's unique charm and leisurely pace of life, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation and capturing some great photos! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and immersive experience of Lijiang's culture!

We love it here, it was our highlight in Lijiang Ancient Town, the hosts were all friendly, the rooms were as advertised, free airport pickup, complimentary tea and fruits, cleanliness was spotless, spacious and advanced. Had a small cute rooftop for the view. The hosts however were our highlight, we felt genuinely cared for, they ensured our safety and comfort. Every time we are clueless they never fail to give their best to help us, ensure we have a good time, provided all relevant information, gave tips so we don’t get scammed by extreme high prices. At the end of the journey we felt like we made friends along the way, would definitely recommend and come again. Big thanks to Ah Azhong for being our host, we were grateful for your service. The place is located near the north gate but there is a closer exit/shortcut about 10 - 15 mins that is more accessible towards the didi areas in comparison to the main location entrances in the map.
