Our family trip to Chaoshan included a stopover in Zhangzhou Old Town on the way back, and choosing to stay at the Xiyue Minnan Courtyard Hotel within the old town was an absolutely brilliant decision. We had an immersive experience of the red-brick Minnan courtyard style. The entire hotel was filled with thoughtful details and craftsmanship everywhere. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony sipping tea, practicing a couple of sets of Baduanjin on the Nanyang-style terrace in the morning, and taking a brisk walk around the old town after dinner in the evening. It was truly serene. Although there isn't a private free parking lot, parking was still extremely convenient with a shuttle service. The hotel's staff (the 'xiaogēgē' and 'xiǎojiějie' – brothers and sisters) even vied to help us with our luggage and shared recommendations for food and sightseeing routes. They made us feel right at home while also giving us ample private space and time. Right outside the hotel is a food street, and the鷺嫂灌蛋 (Lù Sǎo Guàn Dàn) across the street, as well as the 'runbing' (spring rolls), 'sanjiaoguo' (triangle粿), and 'lúmiàn' (braised noodles) nearby, were all delicious. If we ever get the chance to visit Zhangzhou again, we'll definitely book this hotel.

The hotel is very close to CATL, which is very convenient for business trips. There are many types of breakfast, which suits your taste. There is also a small gym on the fourth floor, which is very convenient for working out after get off work in the evening.

This hotel is strategically located in the Zhongshan walking street area. There are two entrances, one for the Didi's car to drop off, and it has a lift to go to the front desk at 2nd Floor. The other one with an escalator, I always used to go down to the walking street. If you turn right you can see many eating shops, varieties of food. Nit only the same shacha noodles but there are also seafood restaurants. There are also many shops selling tea leaves at the exit to the normal shops out of the walking street. Calling and waiting for the Didi's car is easier here. If you are a Buddhist, you would regret if you don't go to the South Pu Tuo Temple 南普陀寺。This is out of the topic, excuse me, please.

I had a great stay in this property, got the room for a very affordable price, the location is very accessible to all, there is a mall, coffee shop, restaurant and convenience store downstairs and also the room had a nice view. The host is very accommodating, they have a cleaning service everyday and most importantly for me is the cleanliness of the room, the room is well maintained that's why i felt comfortable on my entire stay. In the past year I have been to many hotels, all over China. This hotel is one of the best ones. We were staying in the Executive Room - Sea-View and our experience was marvelous. The 24th floor room has amazing views, just a stone's throw away from Gulangyu island. The hotel itself is high end, a real 5 stars hotel in every aspect, including the excellent gym. I recommend you to book one of the executive rooms because you will get access to the Executive Lounge which allows you to enjoy delicious food and beverages all day long while accompanied by very few other guests. The executive lounge made our stay even more enjoyable and unforgettable. Of course I should mention the prime location of the hotel: a short walk away from the metro station and Lujiang night Cruise pier. There's no doubt that if I visit Xiamen again I will return to Swiss Grand.

The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom took up a bit too much space, making the room feel a little smaller than it actually was. Fortunately, the hotel is newly opened, so the decor, facilities, and all the equipment are brand new and in excellent condition, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is great, and the price is reasonable. The food quality is also good, with delicious flavors and a wide variety of options. The service attitude was exceptional, especially the lobby manager, a young lady who was incredibly diligent, responsible, and very proficient in her work. She was kind, thoughtful, and comprehensive in her approach to guests. Overall, I think it was a great experience, and I'm very satisfied. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time. Facilities: This is a 10-year-old brand, and the facilities and equipment are very well maintained. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy. The hotel has its own laundry room, so we felt very comfortable using the bedding and towels. Environment: The hotel's outdoor garden in winter is bathed in sunshine, making it very pleasant for an afternoon tea. Service: The staff were warm and helpful. Special thanks to Bill for upgrading us to a garden view room. The hotel staff's attitude was excellent. This is definitely one of the top hotel choices in Fuzhou. We were lucky enough to catch the hotel's Christmas tree lighting ceremony during our stay, which added greatly to the festive atmosphere.

Conveniently located in the city. Going to scenic places using taxi is fast and easy. The hotel has many facilities; swimming pool & gym for working out. Lots of restaurants nearby if you don't want to travel far.

Booked this hotel for a get-together with friends and it turned out to be fantastic! They even had a shuttle car to pick us up at the intersection. The staff at the hotel were super enthusiastic, giving us great recommendations for food and activities. The hotel is located right in the ancient town, so there are tons of dining options nearby. We booked a balcony room, and it was spacious enough with a really lovely, big balcony. The only minor drawback was the absence of hand soap at the sink in the room.
