Had a truly great experience here! The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The bedding was cozy, and they even provided kids' toiletries, which my child loved. A pleasant environment always makes for a happy stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and proactive with their service. The resort shuttle buses were frequent and convenient, and the drivers were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hallway on our floor was wonderfully quiet. The room's facilities were complete, and the bedding was spotlessly clean and super comfortable to sleep in. The large balcony with a drying rack for clothes was a huge plus. Toiletries were comprehensive, the Wi-Fi was fast, and there were even coffee and tea packets. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a distinct theme. The housekeeping staff were professional and attentive, always ready to assist. The Chimelong Show was fantastic – exciting and spectacular! The dining options at the resort were delicious and diverse. The concierge's luggage storage service was thoughtful and impeccable, with excellent service. The shuttle to Ocean Kingdom was frequent, and the drivers were friendly, welcoming, and meticulous. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a nice touch. Room service for deliveries was prompt and efficient. The entertainment facilities were novel and fun, and the evening light show was dazzling. The location is convenient, with pleasant scenery nearby. The hotel's hygiene was impeccable, and the environment was elegant and serene. The provided toiletries were complete and very good quality. In terms of convenience, the hotel is located very close to the Spaceship Theme Park, which was incredibly convenient and thoughtful. My children loved it! It's also next to the high-speed rail station and very close to the airport. The hotel's ocean-themed design is perfect for kids, and they even gave my child a souvenir. To my surprise, this hotel turned out to be an amazing discovery! I brought my child to Zhuhai for a weekend trip from out of town, and our itinerary changed unexpectedly. We only managed to book this hotel late in the afternoon, without much research, purely by chance. The moment I walked into the room after checking in, all my worries disappeared. Our entire five-day stay, from the cleanliness and facilities to the staff's service, exceeded all my expectations. The cleanliness, which I prioritize the most, was absolutely flawless. When traveling with a child, I dread dust, hair, and lingering stains. Here, the entire floor was meticulously mopped and cleaned. Even the commonly overlooked corners like under the bed, cabinet crevices, and window sills were completely dust-free. All the bedding was changed for each new guest; the duvet was fluffy and dry, with no damp or stuffy smell. The sheets and pillowcases were crisp and clean, with no hair or stains. The bathroom was a definite highlight of the room. The vanity mirror was spotless and shiny, without any watermarks or limescale. The shower glass was perfectly clean, free from accumulated soap scum, and there wasn't a single hair around the drain. The toilet was scrubbed thoroughly inside and out, with no yellow stains or unpleasant odors in the corners. The disposable toothbrushes and toiletries were neatly arranged. Every day, the housekeeping staff would knock before entering to clean, never barging in. They would tidily organize any scattered toys or snacks belonging to my child, and proactively replenish mineral water and disposable items. When my child accidentally spilled a drink, a cleaning lady immediately came with a cloth to clean it up and even brought two extra clean towels as spares. Overall, the hotel's living environment was incredibly comfortable. The lobby was spacious and bright, adorned with many green plants, ensuring good air circulation without any smoky or stuffy odors. Public areas and every hallway were regularly cleaned and disinfected daily; the floors were tidy with no clutter. The soundproofing in the hallways was excellent; after my child fell asleep at night, I barely heard any noise from people walking or opening/closing doors in the corridor. The hotel also has a small courtyard with neatly trimmed greenery and clean, tidy pathways. It was perfect for taking a leisurely stroll or playing with my child. The location is also excellent; there are restaurants and convenience stores a short walk away, and seaside attractions are just a fifteen-minute drive, making it very convenient for dining and sightseeing. Guest room amenities were well-maintained. The air conditioning was responsive and allowed for smooth temperature adjustments. Hot water came out instantly when I turned on the tap, and the water pressure was stable, so I didn't have to wait long for a shower. The in-room Wi-Fi was stable; my child could attend online classes and watch cartoons without any buffering. The wardrobe offered ample space, and there was a small mini-fridge, perfect for storing fruits and cold drinks we bought. The hotel elevators were regularly inspected and disinfected, running smoothly without any shaking. On the ground floor, there was a self-service water dispenser and a casual seating area, where we could rest while waiting to check in. The service throughout our stay was genuinely warm and natural, without any forced politeness. When we first arrived at the hotel, we were struggling with various suitcases and my mischievous child in my arms. Ms. Liang and Mr. He from the front desk immediately came forward to help with our luggage, processed our check-in quickly, and even thoughtfully shared recommendations for local, affordable seafood restaurants and free family-friendly attractions. When a nightlight in our room malfunctioned during our stay, I called the front desk, and a maintenance technician arrived within ten minutes to fix it. After the repair, he even checked other appliances in the room. Whenever we wanted extra pillows or drinking water, a call to room service would result in quick delivery. We would often encounter cleaning and security staff who would greet us with a smile and patiently and thoroughly answer any questions we had about directions or local travel. This unexpectedly chosen hotel became the biggest surprise of our trip. I've already saved it, and the next time I bring my child to Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose this place again. I sincerely recommend it to all families traveling with children.

I slept soundly until morning. The WiFi was stable, no buffering when streaming videos. Shower water pressure was consistent, and hot water came on in seconds. The bathtub was pristine. Toiletries had a subtle, pleasant scent. The body lotion was a thoughtful touch. Plenty of amenities for children. The pool water was clear and heated, and there was a lifeguard on duty, which was reassuring. The kids' play area had slides and a ball pit – my child didn't want to leave! Breakfast was extensive, and the freshly made noodles were delicious. The shrimp dumplings in the Chinese restaurant were authentic. The waitstaff proactively brought a high chair for my child. Checkout was simple; just drop the room key card into the express checkout box and go. Very convenient. The parking lot had ample free spaces and was easy to access. The lobby was bright with high ceilings, and the marine-themed decor was lovely. The elevators were responsive, and the corridors were quiet. The room had great natural light and was spacious enough. The air conditioning was cool, and the mini-fridge worked well. The kettle was clean, and the towels were thick. The bathrobes were comfortable. A stroll in the garden was delightful. The gym was well-equipped. It's close to the amusement park, and there are frequent shuttle buses. Great value for money. I'll definitely come back.

The sea was so calming. The weather in summer can be a bit unpredictable, but waking up to the ocean view and the sound of the waves washing ashore really brought a sense of peace. The breakfast was simple but good, especially the rice noodles with minced pork. The butler service was excellent, and they even helped us take some great photos! The parking lot is quite steep, so you need to be careful, but the butler helped guide us to ground-level parking, which was free – a big plus.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel faces the ocean directly, and you can walk straight out to the beach, which was super convenient for our little one to play in the sand. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. What truly stood out was the hotel's excellent service. We accidentally left a small item behind, and when we contacted them, they were incredibly helpful in locating it and arranging to mail it back to us. We're so grateful! We have enjoyed very much the stay at the guesthouse, it is just in front of the beach, very convenient. We stayed at the 5 rooms and the view was great in all the rooms. They provided all the amenities and more. Their staffs are all very attentive and polite. Food at the restaurant is super. The pizza is much more tasty than famous pizza shops in HK. Highly recimment their pizzas. Breakfast very good, Western and Chinese both tasty and abundat. We will come back.

The sea was lovely, but the weather was really unpredictable. We drove to the hotel in a huge downpour late at night and didn't check in until after midnight. The front desk still gave us a room with a fantastic sea view and even let us check out at 2 PM. Waking up to the ocean right outside, I could watch the sea from bed through the wide floor-to-ceiling windows. Listening to the ebb and flow of the waves really calmed me. The parking lot has both surface and underground spots, and the underground parking connects directly to the rooms, which is super convenient for getting around. The value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

The location is super convenient, close to both the commercial street and the main entrance. The beach is right downstairs, which my kids absolutely loved. The room has a fantastic view; I could see the sea right from my bed. The large balcony and open kitchen made barbecuing a breeze, making Xiaojing Bay the perfect spot for our friends' gathering. Service: The owner's service was excellent, very responsive, and any small issues we had were promptly resolved.

This is an excellent family-friendly hotel. You can see the beach right from your window, and the hotel facilities are very comprehensive. The kids' play area is huge, perfect for children to enjoy themselves. Ms. Yoyo at the front desk was also very thoughtful, always responding to and resolving issues promptly. If I go to Hailing Island again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.
