- The Wall is over 13,000 miles long, if you include all its branches.
- Built over 2,000 years, starting from the 7th century BC.
- Workers used sticky rice mixed with lime to bind the bricks together.

The mountains and rivers are magnificent, and the scenery is unparalleled, but with the holiday season in early April, it's incredibly crowded, making it impossible to properly appreciate the beauty.

5/5
Great experience. The admission starts at 6:30pm. Performance along the way from admission entrance to the actual Wall. When we started climbing the Wall, there was still daylight. While we climbing the Wall, the sun gradually set. The lights came on. It was beautiful. You actually get 3 states of the Great Wall in one tour. There's way less people there at night also. We only bought the admission tickets, didn't buy cable car tickets. We feel the cable car isn't necessary. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

4/5
Really pretty, just ended with a sour note of heavy rain in the end. But it truly is worth climbing and watch the scenery. The ice creams was really pretty but not worth it. Me and my friends had chocolate, milk/yoghurt and grape and honestly only the chocolate and milk one were decent. When you buy the ice creams it’s only for aesthetic not the taste.

5/5
This miracle is a must see!

5/5
Convenient transfer to and from the wall. We paid the guide 140 yuan per person for the roundtrip cable car ride on the bus. The section of the wall itself is very short, which I didn't expect. For a longer walk, choose the section beginning with the letter M.

A really lovely breakfast tour with Christy!! It was raining super heavy but it didn’t stop us from enjoying. Definitely a great way of trying authentic food all in one trip!! We loved it.
5/5
Fantastic tour with Roy, took us to some great spots and was a wonderful conversationalist. Got to learn both about the food and Shanghai in roughly 3hrs. Would recommend coming on an empty stomach as it was a lot of food!
5/5
Excellent tour of central Shanghai with Michael. It is more than a food tour as he gives a detailed history of China, Shanghai and the buildings we walk past. Food was all excellent. A good introduction to the city for our first day.
5/5
This tour is a great way to get to know Shanghai on your first full day in town. The food choices were unique, but tasty, and its a great balance of food. You also get to see a good amount of locations and learn a bit about the culture. I would recommend this for first time visitors who are in good enough health to walk around a decent distance. Our 7 year old daughter enjoyed it, although it was at the maximum of her tolerance for walking in the heat. 69 year old grandfather also enjoyed it.
5/5
Come with an empty stomach and leave with a full heart! You’ll eat the best food on this tour, and you’ll learn a lot about Shanghai from friendly and knowledgeable guides. Because it’s a private tour, we were able to have really good genuine conversations with the guides. We learned about life in Shanghai and China more generally. Every dish we ate is in competition for the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Definitely take this tour!

Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding
4.6/5
24910 reviewsThis is a truly amazing place. If you're ever in Chengdu, you absolutely must come! It doesn't matter what the weather is like—for example, it rained heavily this morning, then it was just a bit chilly—but even if the sun is blazing, come anyway. Arrive very early, right before opening, because I arrived at almost 10 a.m. and many of the pandas were already asleep. The park is huge, so you'll need at least two hours to explore it, and I didn't even cover it all.

Chimelong Safari Park

13585 reviewsLots of animals to see! Self-drive tour in is very good 👍🏻 However, it rains too much, watching animals can, eating inside is not recommended

Beijing Wildlife Park

5457 reviewsWe had an absolutely amazing time at Wildpark. Unlike traditional zoos, the spacious, natural enclosures here really give. The paths are clean and well-signposted, and there are plenty of great picnic spots and a fantastic playground for children. It’s the perfect, stress-free day out for families. We will definitely be coming back!
