We entered from the West Gate at 7:30 am. There were very few people. Be sure to take the electric cart (30 yuan per person) to avoid walking a lot. The visit takes about 3 hours. The pandas were eating bamboo, which was very cute 😍 Visitors aged 60 and above can enter for free with their passports.

Beautiful views and a pleasant fatigue! I love to walk and observe a lot, even when it requires significant physical effort. My tips: 1. Don't neglect the bus at the beginning of the route to the entrance. You'll still need your strength, and in hot weather it will certainly be difficult. 2. Start the route from the cable car. This will save you a significant portion of the climb up the stairs. You'll mostly be descending. 3. Stop often, rest, and soak in the surrounding beauty and nature.

What a wonderful day!! It was amazing to discover one temple after another while climbing Mount Qingcheng. Considered one of the birthplaces of Taoism, it is also one of the most important religious sites in China. From the moment I arrived, I could immediately feel a special atmosphere, and I was struck by the beauty, colors, and intricate details of every building. If you have time to add this stop to your itinerary, it’s definitely worth it!!

It's definitely worth going if you like mountains and wild nature, but not in the summer and not during the day, because it's very hot, humid and crowded, especially on the cable car, where we stood for an hour.

An unusual place. Peace and tranquility reign all around. We managed to catch the monks chanting and reading sutras. It's very beautiful and, for us foreigners, unusual! You can have a snack and drink tea on the grounds. We accidentally found a place where you can drink tea and practice your typography skills. It was our first time writing hieroglyphs with brushes and ink. It was unforgettable.

The meaning of travel may never lie in how far we travel or how magnificent the scenery we see, but in how our hearts change along the way. When we walk on unfamiliar lands, those troubles we once thought we couldn't let go of become insignificant in the vastness of nature. We meet different people and hear their different stories, which, like twinkling stars, illuminate the corners of our hearts. We begin to understand that beauty isn't something placed in a certain place, but something etched in our hearts. The freedom and tranquility we experience on our journeys, the resonance we feel when communicating with others, become the most precious treasures in our hearts. They won't fade with the passage of time; instead, they will become richer and more profound with the sedimentation of years. We carry these beautiful memories with us as we continue to live, letting them become the warmest foundation of our souls.

It would be a shame to visit Wenshu Monastery just for a quick look and some Instagram-worthy photos. I was so glad I joined the guided tour with Shu Xiaojiang. Our guide, Xiong Yue, explained everything in great detail and had a deep understanding of the attractions and Buddhist teachings. I learned a lot from her, and it was a truly enriching journey for both my mind and soul.
