Overall, it's a good park. It's best to arrive early in the morning before opening. I was there at lunchtime. Most of the pandas were sleeping under the air conditioner. Red pandas were running around the park.

The panda reserve is absolutely worth visiting, whether you're visiting Chengdu or China in general. That said, it's incredibly crowded. Arriving at 8:00 AM, we encountered countless groups of people, and some areas were completely packed. However, once past the most crowded spots, we were able to see pandas without so many people. The park is enormous. The price is unbeatable for Europeans.

The panda research base is extremely huge and visiting in the afternoon would be a tad bit too hot so it’s still recommended to visit in the morning when the pandas are more active too! Pandas here are all super cute and it’s a joy to see them playing with one another and devouring their bamboo shoots! Highly recommended to visit!

Well, we were definitely not prepared for that 🤣 we came to the site at 17:00 and realized that to get till the cable line we had to walk over 2 km upstairs!! So we did our best and returned without reaching any of those high temples. To be honest that isn’t family challange. However, despite all that it is one of the most beautiful places on earth. The nature is fascinating and breathtaking. I managed to climb alone till one temple and felt that monk’s experience from inside. For those who is planning to go there, do not take any staff and bags with you, rent those bamboo walking sticks and be ready to burn all calories that you gained over last several days🤣

We often think that life is a one-way street trodden smooth by those who came before, and that only by following the paths others have taken can we avoid getting lost and falling. So, we lock away the part of ourselves that once dared to leap off cliffs into office drawers, dividing our lives into neat squares with calendars and to-do lists. But life is more than just the present struggles; it also includes poetry and distant horizons. The true meaning of travel isn't exercise, but rather stirring your soul to find the springtime of life. When you truly stand in a deserted wilderness, as the wind whispers in your ear, carrying the scent of distant earth, you'll find something long suppressed awakening within you. Travel is that key; it unlocks our shell of pretense, allowing us to rediscover our own invincible rhythm beyond the paths others have taken. It's a reboot of the soul, allowing us to embrace the world in a different way. You no longer need to live according to anyone's script; you can choose to run in the rain or sit quietly under the stars.

We often assume that understanding someone only requires sufficient communication and listening. But we forget that some words only the wind knows; some choices only the scenery can explain. Sometimes, we don't understand the life choices someone has made because we haven't seen the scenery they've seen. He once felt the freezing cold on a snow-capped mountain peak, yet at sunrise, he saw the entire mountain range bathed in gold. At that moment, he decided to live as steadfastly as the mountain. Travel is a silent revelation; it doesn't preach, but teaches us what perseverance and passion are through the most authentic experiences. Only when we walk the path he has walked will we understand that his choices were not rebellion, but a deeper loyalty—loyalty to himself. We will eventually understand that everyone's choices are a contract they sign with the world, and travel is the most honest witness to that contract.

We always thought youth would fade with time, but on the road, we discovered that youth is actually a choice. A choice to set off, a choice to be brave, a choice to remain curious about the world. When we're on our journey, we're no longer bound by worldly rules, no longer swayed by the opinions of others, but true to our own hearts, pursuing the happiness that truly belongs to us. We see the tranquility under the starry sky, the hope at sunrise, the warmth of strangers—moments that bring tears to our eyes. Not because of loneliness, but because we finally understand that the beauty of life lies not in how much we possess, but in how much we experience. On the road, we learn to let go, to cherish, and to encounter a better version of ourselves with each departure. This youth is a yearning for freedom, a love for life, and courage in the face of the unknown. We are forever young because we are forever on the road, forever moved to tears.

The allure of travel lies in its ability to allow us to temporarily escape our familiar surroundings and step into a completely new world. In this world, we shed all labels and identities, experiencing everything around us with the purest of hearts. We witness the magnificence of mountains and rivers, the gentleness of waterways, and the smiles on people's faces—scenes that bring tears to our eyes. We begin to understand that beauty isn't something placed in a specific location, but rather something etched in our hearts. The tranquility and freedom we experience on our journeys, the sincerity and kindness we encounter in our interactions with others, become the warmest memories in our hearts. They don't fade with time; instead, they become even more precious with the passage of years. We carry these beautiful memories with us as we live, letting them remain the softest corner of our souls, offering warmth and comfort in every moment when we need strength.

We chose the shuttle bus to Taikoo Li instead of the Chunxi Road pickup because it was cheaper, and the pickup point was still within walking distance. Everything was very well organized once we arrived, the person in charge was already there waiting at around 6:45 AM.The journey was smooth and enjoyable. The view along the way was absolutely fantastic, and the bus was very comfortable. Overall, it was an affordable and convenient option. Highly recommended!

The meaning of travel may never lie in how far we travel or how magnificent the scenery we see, but in how our hearts change along the way. When we walk on unfamiliar lands, those troubles we once thought we couldn't let go of become insignificant in the vastness of nature. We meet different people and hear their different stories, which, like twinkling stars, illuminate the corners of our hearts. We begin to understand that beauty isn't something placed in a certain place, but something etched in our hearts. The freedom and tranquility we experience on our journeys, the resonance we feel when communicating with others, become the most precious treasures in our hearts. They won't fade with the passage of time; instead, they will become richer and more profound with the sedimentation of years. We carry these beautiful memories with us as we continue to live, letting them become the warmest foundation of our souls.

Our guide, Xiong Yue, explained everything in great detail and had a deep understanding of the attractions and Buddhist teachings. I learned a lot from her, and it was a truly enriching journey for both my mind and soul.
