This place is definitely worth visiting. On a clear day, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the city. At 3:00 PM, there was a themed performance featuring musicians and historical warriors. The only thing I'd remove from the description of how to get tickets to the observation deck is the description of the basement floor; it's misleading, as tickets are exchanged for 5F before you reach the elevator.
