Chimelong Hotels

Start with the park you plan to visit most. Two of these hotels are in Guangzhou’s Panyu District, near Chimelong Safari Park, Paradise, Water Park and the International Circus. The other three are in Zhuhai’s Hengqin resort, near Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship. They are separate resort areas, so choosing the right city matters more than picking a room theme.

Chimelong Hotel Guangzhou: a base for several Panyu parks

Chimelong Hotel Guangzhou: a base for several Panyu parks

Chimelong Hotel Guangzhou: a base for several Panyu parks

The original Chimelong Hotel is inside Guangzhou’s Chimelong Tourist Resort. Its setting is greener and more resort-like than a standard city hotel, and it is close to several different parks. This is a practical pick if you plan to split your time between Safari Park, Paradise, Water Park and the International Circus.

Location and nearby attractions

The hotel is at No. 299 Hanxi Avenue East in Panyu District. Chimelong’s resort information places it next to Chimelong Paradise, Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Water Park and the International Circus. This makes it easier to combine more than one park during a stay.

Distances shown on booking pages can differ, so use the hotel’s current directions for the park you plan to visit rather than relying on one map estimate.

Rooms, dining and facilities

The hotel’s ecological theme runs through its resort grounds and room design. Trip.com lists around 1,500 rooms and suites, several restaurants, an indoor pool, a gym, a bowling alley and children’s facilities.

The White Tiger Buffet Restaurant is one of the hotel’s signature dining experiences. The hotel is also known for animal-themed viewing areas, including white tigers and flamingos. Check the restaurant’s current opening hours and reservation requirements before building your day around a meal there.

Pool operations can change by season. Check the hotel listing for current opening status, access rules and any extra charges.

Chimelong Panda Hotel Guangzhou: a family hotel with panda-themed rooms

Chimelong Panda Hotel Guangzhou: a family hotel with panda-themed rooms

Chimelong Panda Hotel Guangzhou: a family hotel with panda-themed rooms

The Panda Hotel is also in Guangzhou’s Panyu Chimelong resort, but the feel is different: it is designed around Chimelong’s panda characters and younger visitors. The rooms and public spaces lean into that theme, making the hotel an easy sell for families travelling with children.

Location and nearby attractions

The hotel is on Panyu Avenue inside the resort. Trip.com lists the International Circus nearby and describes an internal corridor connecting the hotel with Chimelong Paradise and the Circus. Confirm the route and current shuttle stops with the hotel when you book, especially if Safari Park is your first stop.

Panda rooms and family facilities

The hotel opened in 2018 and has more than 1,300 rooms, including panda-themed family rooms and suites. The property listing describes children’s interactive installations and an animal exhibition garden with birds and other animals.

Children’s amenities include items such as children’s slippers, toothbrushes and meals; specific items depend on the room and booking. The listing does not show a swimming pool, so families looking for pool time should compare the other Guangzhou or Zhuhai properties.

From €126

Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel Zhuhai: a larger resort stay

Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel Zhuhai: a larger resort stay

Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel Zhuhai: a larger resort stay

Hengqin Bay Hotel is on the Zhuhai side of the Chimelong resort, facing Macau across the water. It has more of a full-resort feel, with ocean-themed rooms, restaurants and water facilities. It is not the hotel right beside Ocean Kingdom’s entrance, so check the shuttle route if you expect to visit the park several times a day.

Location and nearby attractions

The hotel is in Fuxiang Bay, Hengqin New Area. Trip.com lists Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park nearby and shows a free shuttle service. Guest reviews also mention shuttles to the parks, but routes and schedules can change; confirm them with the hotel before you plan your day.

Ocean-themed rooms, pools and dining

The hotel has 1,888 rooms and suites, with ocean-inspired room names and decor. Facilities listed include restaurants, a spa, a gym, a children’s pool and outdoor swimming pools. The hotel also promotes dolphin-themed experiences.

The water park and outdoor facilities may not all be operating every day of the year. Check the current listing for opening status, age or height restrictions, and whether access is included with your room or costs extra.

Chimelong Penguin Hotel Zhuhai: the shortest walk to Ocean Kingdom

Chimelong Penguin Hotel Zhuhai: the shortest walk to Ocean Kingdom

Chimelong Penguin Hotel Zhuhai: the shortest walk to Ocean Kingdom

Penguin Hotel is the most convenient choice if Ocean Kingdom is the main reason for your trip. Chimelong describes it as about a one-minute walk from the park entrance square through a connecting passage. That makes it easier to return to the room for a break than staying farther across the resort.

Location and Ocean Kingdom access

The hotel is in Fuxiang Bay, Hengqin. Its main advantage is the short walk to Ocean Kingdom. This is especially handy for families with young children, visitors planning a full park day or anyone who wants to leave the park and come back without arranging transport.

Penguin theme, dining and family services

The hotel uses penguin and polar themes in its rooms and public spaces. Its Emperor Penguin buffet restaurant is known for a penguin-viewing area; check current restaurant operations and booking details before visiting.

Trip.com lists children’s facilities such as a kids’ club, playground, stroller availability and children’s meals. Its listing does not show a guest swimming pool. If a pool is important, check Hengqin Bay or Spaceship Hotel instead.

Chimelong Spaceship Hotel Zhuhai: a hotel connected to Spaceship Park

Chimelong Spaceship Hotel Zhuhai: a hotel connected to Spaceship Park

Chimelong Spaceship Hotel Zhuhai: a hotel connected to Spaceship Park

Spaceship Hotel has a futuristic marine-science theme and is designed around Chimelong Spaceship. It suits visitors who plan to spend most of their time at Spaceship Park rather than treating the hotel only as a place to sleep between Ocean Kingdom visits.

Location and park access

The hotel is at No. 1 Fuxiang Bay in Hengqin. Chimelong describes the hotel as integrated with Spaceship Park, with Ocean Kingdom also nearby. Trip.com lists a free shuttle service and reviews mention transport to Ocean Kingdom; confirm current stops and timings with the hotel.

Rooms, dining and leisure facilities

The hotel has around 1,250 rooms, with themed options such as Spaceship, Moon and Planet rooms. Trip.com lists restaurants, a café, a gym, children’s facilities and outdoor or infinity-pool facilities.

Pool access and opening hours may be subject to extra charges or schedule changes. Check the room and facility details for your travel dates instead of assuming every amenity is included.

From €126

Which Chimelong hotel is closest to each park?

For Ocean Kingdom, Penguin Hotel is the easiest choice on foot. For Spaceship Park, Spaceship Hotel is the one directly connected to the park. For Guangzhou’s Safari Park, Paradise, Water Park and Circus, look at Chimelong Hotel or Panda Hotel in Panyu.

Hengqin Bay Hotel works better for guests who want a broader resort stay and do not mind using a shuttle or other transport for some park visits. Before booking, compare the park you care about with the hotel’s actual entrance route—not just the property’s “nearby attractions” list.

Are the Guangzhou and Zhuhai Chimelong hotels in the same resort?

No. The Guangzhou hotels are in Panyu, Guangzhou; the Hengqin hotels are in Zhuhai. They serve different Chimelong park clusters and are not interchangeable bases for a park day.

Choose Guangzhou if your plan centres on Safari Park, Paradise, Water Park or the International Circus. Choose Zhuhai if you are visiting Ocean Kingdom or Spaceship. If your itinerary includes both cities, allow for the intercity transfer rather than assuming you can move between the resorts like neighbouring hotels.

What should you check before booking a Chimelong hotel?

Room names and bundles can make the properties sound similar, so check the practical details before paying:

  • Park tickets: A hotel room does not automatically include park admission. Check whether your rate is room-only or a hotel-and-ticket package.
  • Hotel-to-park transport: Confirm the shuttle route, stop and operating hours. “Free shuttle” does not mean it runs whenever you need it.
  • Pools and water parks: Check the current opening status, seasonal schedule, guest access and extra charges.
  • Meals: Confirm whether breakfast is included and whether signature restaurants need a separate booking.
  • Room setup: Check the number and type of beds. A themed family room does not always mean it has a bunk bed or sleeps the number of people you expect.
  • Cancellation terms: Compare the room cancellation deadline with the date and refund rules for any park tickets you buy separately.

I was a bit worried before checking in, but after checking in, I felt very relieved. Considering it was during the National Day holiday, being able to stay here at an economy hotel price, I believe it offers great value for money. Firstly, the hotel's location is very convenient; it's right opposite Guangzhou East Railway Station and PO Park shopping mall, very close to the subway station, and surrounded by many restaurants. Secondly, although the hotel rooms are a bit old, they are spacious, well-equipped, and relatively soundproof. There's a swimming pool, but no laundry room. The service was also quite good. I would choose to stay here again next time.

I've stayed at this apartment hotel several times now. Why do I love staying here when I'm in Guangzhou? Purely because the room has a washing machine! Guangzhou is so humid and hot; I just can't feel comfortable if I don't wash my clothes daily, haha. The only downside is that they only provide two bottles of water, which is far too little. I was so thirsty at night 🤣. But the small kitchen and large fridge are great additions.

The location is excellent, and the front desk staff were quite welcoming. My flight was delayed, so I didn't arrive until after midnight, but they kindly extended my check-out time, which I really appreciated. The room size was decent, and there were many foreign guests staying. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old. I was taking a shower when three or four staff members knocked on my door asking if I had been smoking and triggered the smoke alarm. It was truly speechless. I hope they improve the facilities and service quality.

Very close to the East Station, which was convenient for catching an early train the next morning. The room's amenities were excellent, clean and tidy. The only downside was the lack of windows, so no ventilation. The breakfast tasted great, with many freshly made items and a wide variety to choose from.

An Unforgettable Honeymoon Stay at Sheraton Guangzhou! We had a truly wonderful stay at Sheraton Guangzhou for our honeymoon. The hotel kindly provided a room upgrade with a stunning city view. Upon entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised and deeply moved by all the thoughtful anniversary details—adorable towel art on the bed, cute teddy bears, and a heartwarming handwritten card. A huge special thanks to Chloe Li and Zoey Liang from the Sheraton Club. Their warm hospitality, professional attention, and extraordinary care made our honeymoon feel so unique and memorable. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and perfect. We will definitely choose Sheraton Guangzhou again on our next visit to the city. Highly recommended for couples and honeymooners!

Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) From the moment I stepped through the doors of Baiyun Hotel, I knew this was going to be a special stay. Everything—from the service to the room to the food—was flawless. I honestly cannot find a single thing to complain about. First Impressions: The lobby is stunning—elegant, warm, and beautifully lit, with a subtle signature scent that made the whole place feel luxurious. A staff member greeted me by name before I even reached the front desk. Check-in took less than five minutes, and I was offered a welcome drink and a cold towel while I waited. The Room: I was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite, and it was incredible. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a separate living area, a huge comfortable bed, and a marble bathroom featuring both a rain shower and a deep soaking tub. The amenities were top-tier, and the turndown service included a small local dessert and a handwritten note. The view from my window was spectacular, especially at sunset. The Food: Breakfast was a feast—an extensive buffet with everything from fresh sushi to made-to-order waffles, plus a barista who made a perfect flat white. I also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and it was genuinely one of the best meals of my trip. The chef even came out to check on the guests, which was a lovely touch. The Service: This is where Baiyun Hotel truly shines. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. The concierge arranged last-minute tickets for me, the housekeeping team remembered I preferred extra pillows, and the front desk followed up to make sure everything was perfect. It felt personal, not scripted.

The day before our check-in, Nana called to ask about our preferences. Learning that we were traveling with a child, she proactively offered children's slippers and toiletries, and provided a bed guard as requested. She also informed us about the Link Privilege Club membership benefits, mentioning that a room upgrade would be subject to availability upon check-in. Furthermore, she added us on WeChat and proactively reached out during our stay to check on us, even guiding us to the kids' club via WeChat. At check-in, Lena provided excellent service. She kindly informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite, offered complimentary welcome fruits, introduced the Executive Lounge, and arranged a late check-out to suit our schedule. Right after checking in, we visited the Executive Lounge, where Karan mixed a delicious non-alcoholic mocktail for our child and even gave her an adorable magic wand, which instantly turned around the fatigue and minor frustrations from the first leg of our journey. Visiting the museum inside the hotel was a unique experience. Staff members were on hand to guide us in the lobby and elevator lobbies. Breakfast at the 30th-floor revolving restaurant offered a great variety of choices. Room service was remarkably prompt; when we returned after 30 minutes, our room had already been thoroughly cleaned, with amenities and bottled water replenished—impressively efficient! While some areas of the hotel show a bit of historical charm, the guest rooms appear to have been recently renovated. They were spotlessly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. On our second morning, some municipal construction noise caused a slight disturbance, but closing the blackout curtains helped muffle the sound significantly. Overall, the entire staff was warm and demonstrated exceptional service awareness and attitude. Before we even checked out, our child was already reluctant to leave, and my husband is already planning to bring the rest of our family back to stay at The Garden Hotel during the Chinese New Year.

We stayed here during the National Day holiday. There weren't enough cleaning staff, and even though check-in was delayed until 3 PM, our room still wasn't ready. It finally got cleaned around 4 PM. They blamed it on the large crowds during the holiday, but the room rate also doubled. For 3700 a night, this check-in experience was definitely a drawback. The positive side is that the hotel offers great recreational experiences. Guests have unlimited access to both parks, and the water park even has express pass access, though the forest park doesn't. Many of the outdoor hot springs require climbing stairs, which isn't ideal for older guests, and the pools are quite small. Ironically, the in-room private pool is much larger, and the two pools of water are sufficient. This hotel is more suitable for families with slightly older children. If you're traveling with elderly people, the hot springs might not be a highlight. The butler's responses were quite prompt.

The room is quite large and features a balcony. Although the decor feels a bit dated, it is very clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. Both the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The shampoo and conditioner are quite nice, and the hairdryer is surprisingly good—it has a pleasant airflow. Bathrobes are provided in the room, which you can wear directly to the hot springs area since it's just a short walk away. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a huge variety! In addition to Western options, they serve Cantonese dim sum like siu mai, phoenix claws, and pan-fried dumplings, plus eggs fried to order, freshly steamed rice rolls (changfen), and made-to-order noodles. Best of all, the service is fantastic; the staff promptly replenish the food, so you never have to worry about empty trays or a lack of hot dishes if you arrive late. They proactively pour tea as soon as you sit down, and if they notice you using your phone, they'll even bring you a phone stand. The surroundings are lovely too, featuring a greenway along the river and a country park nearby for hiking. The hot springs are also amazing! Since access is unlimited, we went once on the day of check-in and again on the day of check-out, trying out all the soaking pools, massage pools, steam rooms, and more. It’s incredible value for money! The staff at the hot springs also provide top-notch service. Besides actively serving tea and water, everyone was exceptionally polite and attentive—we didn't encounter a single staff member slacking off or giving a cold attitude, which is truly rare. The changing and shower facilities at the hot springs are also very well-designed: the shower area is spacious, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and each locker room provides clean slippers, hangers, and ample storage space, along with a row of vanities for drying hair or applying makeup. I recommend showering directly in the hot spring area, throwing on your bathrobe to grab some snacks in the lounge, and then heading back to your room.

The room was very spacious, and the courtyard environment was quite pleasant with almost no insects, making evenings quite comfortable. However, could the bed linen, living room pillowcases, and chair cushions be changed more frequently? They were a bit dirty; I didn't even dare to sit on them. The hot spring bath was very comfortable; the water could be refilled endlessly without extra charge, which was great. The pool was also quite clean. The restaurant food was just so-so, nothing special to mention. I'd recommend eating at a nearby farmhouse instead.

The dining environment at [Dian Cui Fang · Lingnan Handmade Dim Sum · Tea Ceremony] on the 27th floor of the hotel is excellent! The decor is beautiful and stylish, yet it retains the rich cultural heritage of a hotel with 40 years of history! I arrived at 7:30 PM and was warmly greeted by a middle-aged (actually quite young) lady in a black suit uniform, Ms. [0573 Hu Baodi]! Other restaurant staff informed me that hotel guests receive a 10% discount on dining, and on Teachers' Day, September 10th, teachers with relevant identification would also receive a discount. After dinner, I suddenly had a craving for mooncakes... I saw that mooncakes were on the menu... After inquiring with the staff, I learned that mooncakes were selling fast, in high demand, and some varieties were already out of stock... The restaurant manager, upon learning of this, quickly provided a solution – to check the inventory records in the warehouse and help me find the relevant products... It was already 9:15 PM, only 15 minutes before closing time at 9:30 PM. The restaurant manager could have easily brushed me off with excuses like ”out of stock” or ”sold out”... However, this manager did not! Instead, she responsibly handled the issue and tried her best to meet the customer's needs! She personally plated the mooncakes, brought cutlery, and thoughtfully said, ”Closing time is 9:30 PM, but we can extend it by 10-15 minutes if needed!” I couldn't help but ask, ”Why is your restaurant service so good?! Won't this delay your off-duty time?” She replied, ”15 minutes is definitely not enough to eat mooncakes... that would be too rushed...” This manager also enthusiastically helped us change to a fresh pot of tea! When she learned that we were hotel guests, the manager said, ”Then you should enjoy your meals and drinks even more at the hotel restaurant!”... ”Coming to the restaurant is like coming home for a meal!” I never expected such a broad mind and high-level perspective from this restaurant manager! This service philosophy of ”leaving convenience for guests and trouble for oneself” is truly touching! What's more, I never expected a hotel restaurant manager to treat hotel guests like family! I believe this restaurant is not only dedicated to serving in-house guests but also provides a ”home away from home” experience for every customer who dines there! The entire team at [Dian Cui Fang · Lingnan Handmade Dim Sum · Tea Ceremony] on the 27th floor of [Guangzhou Ocean Hotel] provides excellent service! The waiter, waitress, and even the auntie who serves dishes are all very nice! I won't list all the four-digit employee numbers here! I've been so busy praising the restaurant's service... In fact, the dishes and dim sum from the hotel restaurant on the 27th floor are also delicious... Additionally, this restaurant offers unique dishes that cannot be found elsewhere! Thankful for this encounter! Thank you for meeting such wonderful people! The entire team at the 27th-floor hotel restaurant! I can only say that the leaders of the relevant management team are excellent leaders! They provide a perfect stay experience for in-house guests! Wishing everyone a bright future! Thank you all!

My child had such a wonderful experience at the Mandarin Oriental Sanya that they decided to visit all Mandarin Oriental hotels in China, starting with Guangzhou. Upon check-in, we found leftover takeaway packaging from the previous guest in our room. However, the hotel's housekeeping staff responded immediately, presented a small panda toy for my child in the family room, and cleaned thoroughly afterward, providing an ample supply of amenities. The room design is beautiful, though the floor-to-ceiling window view wasn't particularly scenic (lots of tall, drab buildings). My child said it looked like the clouds were learning to shapeshift when viewed from the bed. The gym is exceptionally well-maintained, and the pool water temperature is very comfortable. As soon as you exit the pool, an attendant offers a towel – a service experience not even found at the Four Seasons. Breakfast is semi-buffet style, which is great because too many choices can be overwhelming. I highly recommend the freshly made congee and French toast. By the way, there's an incredibly delicious Bing Sheng restaurant right across the street. And, don't go to Lei Garden; it's terrible.

First off, a huge thank you to Ctrip for the complimentary room upgrade via the WOW benefits! The hotel's location is fantastic—just cross the pedestrian bridge and you're right at Huacheng Square, with tons of great restaurants within a 1-kilometer radius. The two hanging fuchsia displays in the lobby are gorgeous and carry a lovely symbolic meaning. The room layout is well-thought-out, flowing seamlessly from the living room to the walk-in closet and into the bedroom. The attention to detail is remarkable: there’s a shower stool in the bathroom, and tissue boxes are conveniently placed everywhere within easy reach. Most importantly, the service is truly exceptional. We didn't have to queue at the front desk for check-in; instead, we could relax in the lounge area. Every staff member greeted us warmly, making us feel completely welcomed. Our room was fully prepared upon arrival, complete with thoughtful birthday decorations, an extra bed, and a full set of amenities for three. We also received daily welcome fruits, complimentary minibar items, and sweet soup (tong sui), plus food delivery can be brought straight to your room. Even though we stayed during the Golden Week holiday, there was virtually no wait for the elevators and zero line for breakfast, which made for a wonderful experience. Although we didn't have a full view of the Canton Tower—a slight pity given the floor-to-ceiling windows—I still give this hotel a solid 5 out of 5 and highly recommend it!

Dear General Manager of China Hotel, Hello! Our whole family recently stayed at your hotel, and we had an exceptionally good experience overall. I'm writing this letter specifically to commend your employee, Katrina Lu, and also to sincerely praise the hotel's outstanding performance in all aspects. The hotel's location is truly exceptional, situated in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a restful stay. The hotel's cuisine is rich and delicious; both breakfast and other meals were very much to our liking. The overall service was professional and courteous, and we felt meticulous care everywhere. I especially want to thank Katrina Lu! We were traveling with elderly family members who are a bit slow-moving. After she understood our situation, she was very considerate and proactively helped us apply for a late check-out, so we didn't have to rush and could fully accommodate the seniors' energy levels. She was also very enthusiastic and patiently and thoroughly introduced us to nearby attractions, authentic local cuisine, and transportation routes. The information was practical and down-to-earth, greatly assisting our trip. Her service wasn't just a mechanical process; it came from a genuine desire to consider the guests' needs, fully demonstrating China Hotel's excellent management standards and staff qualities. Such a dedicated and good employee deserves strong recognition! I kindly request the General Manager to commend Katrina Lu, and if conditions permit, I hope she can be given a bonus as encouragement. Next time we come to Guangzhou, we will definitely choose China Hotel again and will also recommend it to our friends and family! Sincerely, A Satisfied Guest October 5, 2026

Fantastic stay, the room was very comfortable! Right after we checked in, the handsome front desk staff gave us a bunch of nice local souvenirs, and my child was absolutely delighted with them. When we got back to the hotel after shopping, we were pleasantly surprised to find some thoughtful herbal jelly (Guilinggao) and traditional chicken biscuits waiting for us. Since there were three of us traveling, the hotel even threw in an extra breakfast—so many thoughtful little details that made us feel really cared for. The whole experience was just wonderful, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip 👍

Came to this hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday. The front desk service was quite efficient, didn't have to wait long, and they even upgraded us to a Guangzhou Tower view room for free! The view was spectacular! We thought they'd only send a birthday cake, but they also sent a bottle of sparkling wine! I borrowed a power bank from the lobby, and when it was full, I couldn't return it myself. The front desk even arranged for someone nearby to return it for me, so thoughtful! The hotel swimming pool is also beautiful! As a vegetarian, my wife said this was the most satisfying breakfast she's ever had! The location is excellent, close to Huacheng Square, Guangzhou Library, Guangdong Museum, and there are several large shopping malls right next to the hotel, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options! It's also very close to the subway station. Overall, we were basically very satisfied!

Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and Haizhu Square Guangzhou|5.56km from city center
This trip, I stayed at the Hilton with my mother for her birthday celebration in Guangzhou. The hotel's location is excellent; it's very quick to get to Beijing Road, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, and Canton Tower, and there are many local delicacies to enjoy nearby. The hotel manager thoughtfully arranged birthday decorations for us! Since I had informed the hotel in advance that I was bringing a baby, they also prepared a crib, a separate small pillow, and a blanket for us, which was very heartwarming 🫶. The room was also very quiet, and the high-floor view was fantastic. The room amenities were complete. I especially want to thank the cleaning staff that day; because the little one needed formula, she thoughtfully prepared a lot of purified water. Thank you very, very much!! The hotel is fully equipped with a pool and gym, both of which I tried out. The pool water was very clean, located on the 8th floor, with separate shallow and deep sections. The view was expansive, and it was very comfortable to swim in the morning. There were also lifeguards on site, and separate spacious and well-equipped changing rooms for men and women. The gym was on the same floor, and the basic equipment was quite comprehensive. Working out while looking at the city view outside the window was very refreshing. The hotel's spa experience was also excellent. I chose a 90-minute essential oil massage. The environment was quiet, the masseuse was professional, and I felt very relaxed afterward. I highly recommend it to friends who are tired from their travels or whose bodies are fatigued. It was truly wonderful.

I chose a Guangzhou Tower view room for my business trip to Guangzhou this time, and it was quite to my liking. The floor-to-ceiling windows look right out onto the Canton Tower and Zhujiang New Town. Coming back to the room after a busy day to take in the night view really helps you unwind. The room is quiet, the desk is practical for working, the bedding is comfortable, and sleep quality is on point. The service strikes just the right balance, check-in and check-out were swift, and the breakfast has enough options to enjoy a proper meal even when you're in a rush. Zhujiang New Town is right downstairs, making it very convenient to meet clients. Overall, it's well-suited for business travel. The price isn't low, so I'd recommend booking the tower view room in advance.

Surrounding Baiyun International Airport Guangzhou|25.25km from city center
The location is very convenient, and you can practically watch the planes land... Which means it's super noisy, haha! It's right next to a major road and the soundproofing is practically non-existent. I'd recommend bringing your own noise-canceling headphones or earplugs. The upside is that the food options nearby are decent. There's a pork offal noodle shop called ”Xian Wu Er” that I highly recommend—I ate there two meals in a row! The front desk staff are great, and they offer a scheduled shuttle van to the airport, so you don't have to worry about hailing a cab, hehe. Thumbs up!

Very satisfied! The front desk staff was beautiful, gentle, enthusiastic, and patient. The hotel's pick-up and drop-off service was also very thoughtful and convenient. The only minor drawback was that the lighting was a bit dim; it would be even better if it were brighter. However, that doesn't overshadow the overall excellent service. I'll definitely come again.

This hotel was perfect for attending Chen Chusheng's concert. It's just one subway stop from University Town, so getting back to the hotel quickly after the show was a breeze. A big shout-out to Guangzhou's excellent management; the order was fantastic! The hotel's location deserves full marks – it's right by subway exit A, super close! 😁 The higher floor offered great views, and the room was spacious. The breakfast had delicious bread and waffles 🧇, tasty freshly made rice noodles, and plenty of fruit. We enjoyed the views while we ate. Both the floor staff and the ground floor attendants were very friendly. If you have time, you can also walk along the greenway on the island. The only downside is the price, around 500 a night, but overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway and shopping mall and easy to find. Friendly people at the reception desk. There were some drinks and items to eat at the reception area. Had a room with a large bathroom with a nice bed. The room was located at the backside of the building, not much of a view (parking lot) but quiet. Did not book breakfast, can't comment on that. I had a pleasant stay, no complaints, would choose this hotel again and can recommend it to others. A thank you to the staff.

Guangzhou East Railway Station/Wushan Guangzhou|1.52km from city center
I booked a standard room and checked in at a room on the 8th floor, but the bathroom had a water leak, so a delivery robot brought a new room card. I was upgraded to a family room with one large and one twin bed, which was spacious and came with a Kung Fu tea set. However, the door was a bit warped from age, making it difficult to engage the safety lock; I had to lift the door frame firmly to align it with the latch. The mattress was on the firmer side, and there was practically no strange odor in the room. As someone with poor sleep quality, I felt I slept okay. I checked out at 12:00 PM, but didn't realize I left a charger behind until 3:30 PM. Since I was in a rush, I contacted the hotel via WeChat and told them to keep it for someone who might need it. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I would consider staying here again on my next business trip.

It's super close and convenient from Guangzhou Railway Station—no hassle at all, even with luggage. Coming back late at night, the street food stalls were still open. I grabbed a bowl of rice noodles, headed back to the room, drew the curtains, and wasn't disturbed by any noise. Waking up naturally after a solid, uninterrupted sleep felt absolutely amazing!
