The room was excellent: spacious, clean, bright, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there were no issues with the room itself or the comfort of the stay. However, the level of welcome was completely inconsistent with the hotel's standard and price. First, they required a deposit upon check-in. This seems odd for a hotel of this category, especially since they simply refuse to let you in without one. Second, check-in is only until 3:00 PM. For me, that's quite late—I travel a lot, and at hotels of this caliber, I often find more flexible or early check-in. Overall, the room itself and the accommodations were very good, but the check-in process left a bad impression.

My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored. Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.

The hotel's environment is fantastic! The sea is right behind it, offering beautiful scenery and fresh air. The room was very comfortable, clean, and tidy. The staff's service attitude was excellent! Everyone was friendly and patiently answered our questions about tourist attractions. It's right next to Fisherman's Wharf and a bus stop, and across from Sands Casino, where you can catch free shuttle buses to downtown attractions and other casinos!

The YOHO Treasure Island Hotel Macau, which opened in 2023, is a brand-new luxury resort located in the heart of the Macau Peninsula, offering unparalleled scenic views. Its biggest draw is its proximity to Grand Lisboa and Wynn Macau, and its neighbor, the Macau Science Center. Most rooms boast picturesque views of Nam Van Lake and Penha Hill, providing guests with a panoramic vista that encompasses both Macau's historic center and its vibrant modern cityscape. Design-wise, the hotel cleverly blends the adventurous spirit of Treasure Island with Macau's unique Sino-Portuguese cultural heritage. The interiors are exquisitely decorated, creating a luxurious and mysterious atmosphere. Guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with high-end amenities and smart control systems, ensuring a premium stay. The dining options are equally impressive, featuring a delightful mix of international cuisine and authentic local dishes. However, as a newly opened hotel, some facilities may still be undergoing enhancements. Additionally, given its prime location in a bustling area, traffic around the hotel might be a bit congested during peak hours. Nevertheless, the YOHO Treasure Island Hotel Macau, with its exceptional location, state-of-the-art facilities, and refined service, is undoubtedly an ideal choice for travelers seeking a high-quality Macau experience, especially couples and business professionals.

So glad I chose to stay at the Grand Emperor Hotel for my second visit! I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff who checked me in – the lady was incredibly warm and friendly, and her service attitude was top-notch. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic; you can walk to all the major attractions. While the room facilities are a bit dated, they are very clean and tidy, which honestly didn't impact my stay at all. Highly recommend!

Even with Macau's generally high hotel standards and my high expectations, The Londoner Macao's Bond Suite still exceeded them. The room was brand new, and the overall quality felt top-tier. What particularly stood out was the breakfast. You can enjoy it as late as 1 PM (simply keep your room card after 11 AM check-out or provide your room number to use the benefit – I recommend arriving about 30 minutes early to avoid queues and ensure you get a table). It's served à la carte at the Food Garden, with plenty of delicious options, and the portions are huge. Our two breakfasts were easily enough for a substantial lunch for two adults and one child. The swimming pool service was also excellent; they proactively offered snacks and water, and provided a life jacket for the little one.

Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall. If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type. I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.

I spent a few days in Macau during Chinese New Year and chose The Parisian Macao. The experience far exceeded my expectations – it's definitely my top choice for a relaxing getaway and picture-perfect moments. 📍 **Location & Transportation**: Located in the heart of the Cotai Strip, it's connected to The Venetian and The Londoner by indoor walkways. You can explore all three resorts without needing an umbrella, even on a rainy day. There's a free shuttle bus directly to the border gates and airport, making travel super convenient. 🏨 **Lobby & Rooms**: The 35-meter high French-style dome mural and crystal chandeliers give you an immediate sense of being transported to Paris the moment you walk in. Every snapshot is a hit on social media! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with skin-friendly bedding and exquisite bathroom amenities. Soundproofing and cleanliness are excellent. The front desk is responsive, and you can store your luggage for free. 🍽️ **Dining**: The hotel offers a variety of dining options with different cuisines, price points, and atmospheres to suit every guest's preference. During our stay, we dined most frequently at the 'Colourful Flavor' restaurant on the first floor. They have freshly made Cantonese dim sum and Western cold dishes. The prices are moderate, and the portions are generous and delicious. 📸 **Must-Visit Spots**: Don't miss the free observation deck on the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower for sunset and city views; capture the Eiffel Tower's reflection by the pool; and take an upward shot of the lobby dome for maximum ambiance. **Friendly Tip**: The shuttle bus can have queues during peak hours, so allow plenty of time. Overall, it's perfect for couples and family trips, offering romance, shopping, dining, and convenient transportation all in one place. Highly recommended!

I really loved the blinds! The location is fantastic! My stay in Macau was amazing this time. The hotel is perfectly situated, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The amenities were complete, and the toiletries were high-quality, showing great attention to detail. The front desk and room service were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and any requests were handled promptly. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with a wonderful ambiance, and it offered great value for money. Staying here for a trip to Macau felt very reassuring, a perfect experience, highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Make sure to book early!

This was my second stay at Studio City Macau. I originally chose it hoping my kids could experience the indoor water park, but due to a packed schedule, we ended up not going and focused mostly on shopping. The hotel's location and amenities are definitely convenient, but the weekend premium is just too high. This time, the Celebrity Tower room cost nearly 2800 RMB. Compared to my previous stay in the Star Tower, I didn't feel any corresponding improvement in service despite the room upgrade. The overall service was quite average, definitely not up to five-star hotel standards. There was no attentive service, not even basic turndown service. It felt very procedural and impersonal. Honestly, if you're just going for the water park, you could totally stay at another hotel with better value for money and just buy individual tickets to the park – it would be more cost-effective. This hotel might be acceptable when prices are under 1000 RMB on weekdays, but paying almost 3000 RMB for one night really isn't worth it; the value for money is pretty low. I made a spontaneous decision when booking because my child had SATs, and there weren't many rooms left even three weeks in advance. If you're taking the SATs at the Escola Kao Yip exam center, I'd recommend New Oriental Landmark Hotel. It's just a short walk through an underpass to the school. I redeemed points and only paid a little over 600 RMB per night, saving more than 500 RMB – excellent value! It's in the old district, so it's not as bustling as hotels in Taipa, but it has King Cafe downstairs, which is perfect for kids rushing to an exam in the morning. Compared to many hotels in tier-3 and tier-4 cities in mainland China, service is becoming increasingly thoughtful and personalized. In contrast, these major five-star hotels in Macau still have a significant gap in service awareness and warmth. My overall experience was mediocre, and I wouldn't particularly recommend it. Just choose according to your needs. I also want to specifically mention the deposit issue. I checked in on March 14th and authorized the deposit via VISA. I've been back in Shanghai for several days now, and the deposit still hasn't been refunded. After inquiring with Ctrip, I was told I'd have to wait a month for it to be returned. This is the slowest deposit refund I've ever experienced in all my hotel stays, both domestically and internationally. Many places no longer even require a deposit, yet this hotel, with a 2800 RMB per night room, still charges a 1000 MOP deposit and has such a slow refund process. It's truly inexplicable and greatly detracts from the overall experience. And speaking of last year, we stayed here in February too, and compared to the New Year decorations last year, that moving red zodiac snake installation was absolutely stunning and created such a great atmosphere, whereas this year it was just a plain white carriage, much more uninspired in design. There was none of the thoughtfulness or highlights of previous years, and the overall impression was significantly worse.

AAnonymous UserVery perfect stay here. The room is spacious and provide free drinks and completed amenities. The staff is super courtesy. Our room was cleaned twice a day even without request. They refill the coffee and water and other amenities , exchange new slipper for us everyday. Surprisingly the staff help to tie up my messy cable. They provide lavender pillow spray with comfy sleep at night. No any fault i can find here.

GGuest UserI booked two rooms and left a note requesting them to be next to each other. The front desk staff actually gave us adjoining rooms on the 37th floor, which was great. I think the main draw of this hotel is the 'novelty factor,' and it definitely delivered. Everything in the minibar was complimentary except for the hard liquor, which was a nice touch. We ended up leaving a lot of it untouched... The toiletries in the bathroom were sufficient and easy to use. The bathtub, though seemingly irregularly shaped, was actually quite spacious. Soundproofing was also good; it was very quiet at night. The only minor issue was regarding breakfast. When booking, I couldn't clearly tell if it was custom delivered to the room or a buffet, as it wasn't clearly marked on Trip.com. This led to a lot of discussion at the front desk. The in-room breakfast quality was good, and you could select items and delivery times on an iPad, but it naturally couldn't compare to the variety of a buffet. The buffet required an additional payment of around 368 per person, so it depends on individual preference. Everything else was great. The price from Trip.com was basically the lowest available. It's definitely worth experiencing.

GGuest UserAn absolutely five-star experience! The W Macau is stylish and trendy, with incredibly attentive service! I was really impressed with my stay at the W Macau - Studio City. The hotel's location is fantastic, right inside Studio City. Downstairs, you'll find a mall, a Donki supermarket, and all sorts of dining options. The light rail station is just a short walk away, making transportation and shopping super convenient. The room design is incredibly stylish and modern, very bright and chic. The floor-to-ceiling window, facing the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower, offers an absolutely unbeatable night view. The room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries had a really premium scent.

JJieyuThe room was nice; I booked a sea-view room. My daughter and I used to come here when she was little. Back then, it was quite new, with a beautiful and very comfortable environment, and it was called The Westin Resort Macau. Originally, The Westin Resort Macau opened in 1993 and was renovated in 2004. In 2013, it won the Silver Award in the 'Macau Green Hotel Award.' In 2020, it was rebranded as the Grand Coloane Resort. Now, under new management, the attention to detail in the decor is not as good as before, and it hasn't been redecorated, so it feels a bit dated. However, its unique location, right by Hac Sa Beach, makes it perfect for a family vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The original hotel architecture and garden design still retain that holiday vibe. I'll definitely come back, hoping for some improvements, especially with the details.
