The hotel's service was top-notch: I realized I had left my luggage in the hotel car park over ten hours later. As soon as I contacted them, the staff handled it immediately, perfectly transporting my luggage to our hotel in Ningbo. The service was incredibly professional and attentive. "I've been to Ningbo many times, and this stay was the most satisfying. When checking in, the front desk lady thoughtfully asked us what time would be best for housekeeping to clean without disturbing us. Secondly, the room attendant cleaned the room very thoroughly; the tidiness after a refresh was almost as good as when we first checked in. The most impressive detail was that I asked the front desk for a razor the day before, and when the room attendant replenished the supplies the next day, she actually left another one for us! Such attention to detail. The room was very spacious, the duvet was very comfortable, and there were two types of pillows. The hot water in the bathroom was excellent. We ordered a lot of takeout and accumulated trash but couldn't find a bin. The security guard was super nice; he just took it directly and said he'd throw it away for us. Every single staff member was incredibly thoughtful. This stay was super satisfying, and I'll definitely be staying here again! 😄"

They upgraded our room, and it was impeccably cleaned with excellent attention to detail; you could really feel the professionalism of the room service staff. The hotel lobby was also impressive—spacious, bright, and with a wonderful atmosphere; every time I entered or left, I felt comfortable. The hotel is also very close to Songlan Mountain; you can drive right there. Highly recommended!"

"This was my second stay here. I'd forgotten which floor I was on last time, but the soundproofing wasn't great, and I didn't sleep well. This time, on the 19th floor, it was a much better experience! A special thanks to Xiao Hu and Xiao Lai for upgrading me to such a great room. My wife forgot her makeup remover in the evening, and I think it was Xiao Hu who went out of their way to bring us some makeup remover wipes. We're very grateful! I'll probably choose Longxiang again next time I'm in Xiangshan. The only downside was the breakfast experience on the second day – it was quite poor. Perhaps there were too many guests, as many serving dishes were empty and the replenishment speed needs to improve."

The bathroom was clean and tidy, with a reliable 24-hour hot water supply, and toiletries were regularly replenished. The location was excellent, with a subway station right downstairs, maximizing commuting efficiency. Besides being affordable, security and cleaning were top-notch; I returned home to a clean environment every day, giving me a strong sense of security! A must-stay for business travelers—it's economical, comfortable, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Xiangshan Radisson Resort: A Real Bad Review (Avoid for Family Trips) First, let's talk about the objective positives. The hotel's overall location and natural scenery are indeed unparalleled. You can see the sea as soon as you step out, and the greenery in the park is well-maintained, creating a great atmosphere for walks and photos. The view from the room is expansive. In terms of environment and scenery alone, it's commendable. If you're just looking for accommodation and scenery, without planning to use the children's facilities, you might consider it. However, we specifically came for a family trip with our child during the holidays, drawn by the hotel's advertised pool and indoor kids' club – two key child-friendly amenities. The overall experience was a huge disappointment. The management, cleaning, and maintenance of these facilities were a mess, completely unfitting for a resort hotel. I strongly advise families with children to avoid this place. My first major complaint is about the hotel's swimming pool. During holidays, there are naturally many guests, and many parents bring their children specifically to play in the water. Yet, the pool's water level was ridiculously low, with large sections of the pool bottom exposed, making it impossible to swim properly. Kids couldn't even splash around. The water quality was even worse: murky and unclear, with leaves and small debris floating on the surface. There was a visible layer of grime accumulated on the pool edges and steps, and up close, the pool walls looked yellow and slimy. There was no sign of regular water changes or circulation cleaning. During peak holiday periods, water quality maintenance should be a priority, but the hotel completely neglected it. Seeing the murky, dirty water, I didn't dare let my child in. We paid a high price for our stay, and the highly anticipated swimming activity was completely ruined – extremely frustrating. The second major disappointment was the indoor kids' club. Both the hotel front desk and the online page stated fixed operating hours. We checked the times in advance and arrived with our child punctually, only to find the club still locked at the scheduled opening time. There were no staff members present to inform us of any delays. After actively asking a staff member, their response was vague, and we were left waiting for a long time before the door finally opened. During the wait, our child was agitated to go in, wasting valuable playtime. Once inside, the hygiene condition was even more shocking. The entire floor mat was covered in dust, the slide crevices and building blocks were stained, and there were snack crumbs and hair scattered in every corner. The play equipment had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned for a long time, feeling sticky to the touch. The enclosed space had poor ventilation and a faint peculiar smell. After playing, my child's hands were covered in dust. The hygiene was completely substandard and posed significant health risks. The hotel markets itself as a family-friendly resort, with the pool and kids' club being core attractions for families. No matter how good the scenery is, if the management and cleanliness of these essential child-friendly facilities are lacking, it completely negates all advantages. During peak holiday periods, basic tasks like maintaining water levels, cleaning water quality, opening the kids' club on time, and regular cleaning were not done in advance. The service and maintenance were very perfunctory, offering extremely poor value for money. Families planning to travel with children are advised to choose carefully. If you want to swim or let your children play, this hotel will be extremely disappointing. I hope the hotel can pay attention to the operation and management of its family-friendly facilities, strengthen daily cleaning and maintenance, and not rely solely on sea views as a promotional gimmick."

"聞不到海水味道卻離海邊不遠，藏在小村子裏的大酒店。不起眼的原色木門進去後別有洞天。房間面積足夠大，裝修充分利用中式原木和藤編元素，安靜雅緻。備品是Le Labo，Santa 33雖然已經淪為街香，但就是高級又好聞啊，不得不愛。房間所在的小樓臨湖而立，與陽台隔湖相望是大小不一的院落，湖中有魚，偶有水鳥飛過。湖上有橋，形式不一，和院牆黑瓦一起點綴山林水景。這家酒店的庭院好美，不似蘇州園林那樣很有雕琢感的移步換景，而是因地制宜地利用山勢、水流，和當地的植物打造疏密有致的自然園林景觀並且非常有耐心地用十幾年的時間培養與木質古建完美融合的生態環境。庭院依照宋式園林設計，許多角落是複製宋畫中的景緻與意境。進入酒店先是看到一片與園外水庫相連的安靜水域，站在湖上的水榭向外看，開闊疏朗，目之所及很像安靜的水墨畫。沿着路向庭院深處走，視野越來越緊湊，林木與溪流交織，一個個院落藏在樹木深處，又是另一番景象，用“精妙”兩字來形容一點不誇張。晚餐很美味，山珍與海味，都是本地食材的本地做法。服務非常好，迎賓和前台的小姑娘們個個美麗大方，殷切卻不過分熱情，友好地恰到好處。客房服務也很好，平時看不到人，有需求卻能在最短時間響應。最後一定要誇一誇房間裏的茶具，蓋碗居·然·不·燙·手！住了這麼多酒店，有好有壞，第一次有寫評價的動力，是因為入住感受真的很愉快，眼睛、胃口、心情都有被温柔地撫慰。"
