The guesthouse boasts an excellent location and room facilities, and the service is warm and proactive. Since we had to go up stairs, the owner offered to help carry our luggage and introduced us to various attractions. The breakfast was also very generous.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea. Standing in the yard, you can watch the tides. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. We were originally scheduled to arrive in the afternoon, but we were delayed and arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. The housekeeper was waiting for us at the hotel and helped us check in and move our luggage. The room is quite large and clean. Any questions can be answered in the housekeeper group. It is a great experience. I will stay here again next time.

Guest UserThe room was very clean and tidy. The hotel is new and must have just opened recently. The front desk was very considerate in informing us that there would be some square dancing in the morning and provided earplugs. However, there were also lawnmowers that day, and it was quite noisy. In the end, we communicated with the staff to compensate them by sending breakfast.

RuihongyangyangIt might have been peak season, as there were a lot of people, and I had to queue for check-in. The front desk offered welcome fruits. The hotel has three buildings: Haiyue Tower and Haixin Tower. The front desk didn't explain this clearly, just handed over the room card with basically no introduction. I had to figure out the hotel facilities on my own, and ended up in the wrong building, dragging my luggage and taking the wrong elevator. It's clear that the hotel was once a luxury establishment, with excellent facilities and design. Unfortunately, the facilities are now old, and the management isn't keeping up. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard. The air conditioning worked well, cooling evenly without making it too cold; there was also a choice of pillows. Overall, the room stay was pleasant.
I booked this hotel for its infinity pool, but it turned out to be a disaster zone. The changing rooms were barely cleaned, with water on the floor making it easy to slip, so I had to be very careful. I went to the infinity pool later in the evening when there were fewer people. The water temperature was 32 degrees Celsius, turning it into more of a hot spring. The main issue was that the pool and water were quite dirty. It closed at 8:30 PM.
The breakfast suited the tastes of the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai regions, with many local specialties. There were plenty of staff, but also a lot of guests. No one seated us, and there was no need to flip a 'reserved' sign. On the first day, at the table next to us, two girls, about 12-13 years old, brought food bags and directly emptied a whole plate of cakes, bread, and fruits into them. They were well-trained and acted as if it was perfectly normal, without any discomfort. On the second morning, at the adjacent table were two young mothers, around 30, each with a 4-5-year-old child. One mother had a picnic bag filled with various food containers. After breakfast, she left with a fully packed picnic bag, which completely astonished me.
Upon checkout, the front desk gave a small gift, which was a thoughtful touch. I had dinner twice at the hotel's Cape No. 1 restaurant, and the seafood was fresh and delicious. It was a bit disappointing that swimming in the sea was not allowed.

Stayed here for a night on New Year's Eve so we could catch the fireworks. Location is good as It is a short walk to the East beach. There was a buffet dinner promotion going on and we enjoyed it. The thing we didn't like was the pillar in the room which was not shown in the photos when we booked the room. Also, the room was not so sound proof so we could hear fireworks going off all night until 3-4am. It will be a good stay in the summer with easy access to the beach.

DanlianhaiFacilities: Pretty good.
Cleanliness: Decent, but could the toilet paper holder in the bathroom be moved to the right side? It's really inconvenient.
Environment: About 200 meters from the beach, a 5-minute walk.
Service: The front desk service was quite good; they even gave our child a complimentary breakfast. Breakfast itself was also acceptable.

Guest UserFacilities: This Vienna Hotel differs from other hotels in its minimalist style. The rooms are spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and inviting view of the bay, the highway, and the sea beyond. The air conditioning is very effective. The shower is spacious, and the facilities are all new.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness is excellent, and disposable toiletries are promptly replenished.
Environment: The hotel enjoys a quiet location amidst the bustling city. There's a convenient shopping plaza nearby, along with several snack shops and milk tea stalls for late-night snacks. There's ample parking at the hotel entrance, making it very convenient. Not far from the hotel are Water World and the East Beach of Songlan Mountain Scenic Area, making the hotel's location exceptionally convenient.
Service: The service was excellent. I encountered a few minor issues upon arrival, but the front desk and the engineer perfectly resolved them.

The guesthouse is located in a high-rise building next to the Sheraton, and the room was absolutely stunning! Sitting on the balcony was wonderful!
The bedding was clean, the overall hygiene was excellent, and the facilities were all new.
It's also very convenient to get to the beach; Baisha Bay is just downstairs, and you can also take a bus from the Sheraton to other scenic spots. Songlanshan is truly a fantastic place!

As my first accommodation choice for Xiangshan trip, this homestay left a very satisfying impression on me. The room conditions are very good, the price is very high, and the rooms are comfortable. The boss's service is also very thoughtful, although quiet, but always able to help when needed. The homestay is located near Xiangshan Film and Television City and Run Bar Paradise. The overall environment of the homestay is good, the lighting is in place, and it is very convenient to go to the beach and major attractions such as China Fishing Village. I will come again next time!
