I've stayed here several times, and I'm always satisfied. It's right next to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping super convenient. On New Year's Eve, they prepared chicken congee, red bean congee, and soy milk – they were all incredibly delicious! The breakfast is always satisfying and plentiful. The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful and offers great views.

Basically the hotel is ok in term of location and service. If they can improve below 2 items then it is even better. a. Breakfast choice. Maybe i stay at monday but its choice is really limited. b. Swimming Pool. If the close time can be extend to 10pm instead of 7pm then it is good.

A new apartment hotel in Ipoh. The facilities provided in the room make you feel at home. It's a bit scary if you're a woman and alone, since this hotel is a new hotel, and there aren't many visitors during weekdays. When I stayed, I was the only occupant on that floor. The safety bar function for the parking lot is not yet function. The hotel could probably provide a place to hang clothes since there is a washing machine. Overall, this hotel is comfortable and the location is also close to Ipoh Parade, and near AC Mariott. The food ordered at the cafe is also delicious. Reasonable prices. Looking forward to stay at this hotel again in the future. Suitable for family.

The common and room interior design, decorations and furnishings are artsy. You will be drawn to snap a lot of photos. It's location is about 15 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes drive to the old town area. There are 2 nearby kopitiams selling delicious local food and good Ipoh white coffee. You can have a good breakfast there to start the day. Hotel staff were nice and always smiling. Stayed in the hotel in December 2025.

The hotel is spacious, though the pool is a bit small and located on the ground floor outdoors, with vehicles somewhat visible from there. The bathroom is also quite large, and it's generally pretty quiet. The lobby environment is also good.

The location was very strategic for me and my buddy. The amenities were excellent. The rooms were clean. The ambience were nice. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially the staff named Rebecca. She was so helpful and kind. Please forward my appreciation to her via her Supervisors. thank you. overall, I had a pleasant experience.

This hotel truly offers a special atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond; our names were even on a welcome board! We were upgraded and treated like VIPs. The general manager clearly fosters excellent hospitality. Even a waiter moonlighting as a village trekking guide made our experience unforgettable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. If you're looking for authentic warmth and connection, this is it!

The location is superb just walk to the amusement park. There are too many cards to bring along. If could simplify will be the best. The fridge wasn't cold enough and the towel smells.. the sponge used for washing dishes as quite gross I don't really dare to use much. Other than that, the stay was great. The kids love it.

The sink stopper was broken and wouldn't open. The bathroom door kept closing on its own because the floor was uneven. Other facilities were old. Most importantly, the bar downstairs didn't close until after midnight, and the noise was unbearable. After the bar closed, a Harley Davidson motorcycle gang came out and kept making noise until past 2 AM – I couldn't get any sleep! 😂 Of course, if you're a heavy sleeper and don't need quiet, you might not mind this. I wonder if the rooms on the other side of the building would be quieter.
