Pros: • Complimentary parking for hotel guests. • Supper is provided at 11pm, which is a nice added benefit. • Complimentary snacks included when upgrading to the Executive Room. • Excellent location — the hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall. • Front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and they willingly share food recommendations and nearby attractions.

Is a building by itself, friendly staff and big room. It has good water pressure and a laundry room on level 3. Need to drive or call a grab to go to eateries. For the price is ok to catch a grab out. Only negative part is the TV not many channels. Some channels will only start at certain time. This is 3rd time staying here, and I have also extended another night here Nearby have a bakery called Shake and Bake. Can try there

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The room furniture is slightly old but still ok to stay. The staff are friendly & helpful. The location is great, surrounded by mall & eatery. There is a market behind the hotel. Walkable to Taiping Lake. Hotel very near to sightseeing places.

Newly renovated room on 8 floor. Very decent room and breakfast for the pricing. Parking outside the hotel . Good location near to airport and petrol station. Hotel is under renovation but still is decent enough. 41 RM for breakfast for 1 pax seem cheaper than booking online which is for 2 pax and higher price.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay the room was comfortable and service was good. However, the parking area could use more space, and the water heater needs improvement as the water turns from hot to warm after some time.

The room was a bit of dusty on certain parts such as under the dressing table inside the toilet, window. The hot water shower doesnt seem to function well as the cold and hot water is just the same. However, the staff was very helpful as on the earlier stay, the room air conditioner doesnt seem to function well and the assists us for that. The room was decent with good view. Other than that, we had a good stay and breakfast was goooddd too.

I had a wonderful stay at M Roof Hotel in Ipoh. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location is great — easy to get to Ipoh’s famous food spots and attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities and the overall design, which felt fresh and stylish. Definitely good value for money.

It was an okay experience staying here. Easy and quick check-in. Basement car park is available at RM2/day with multiple entry. Validate your TnG card at the counter during check-in. Also, you need to pay for tourism tax RM3/night/room. Cleanliness could be improved especially the toilet. Booked two Standard Queen No window, when i checking in, the staff ask whether want to upgrade to standard queen WITH window or not with extra RM60/room, if dont want to upgrade the two room will be separate in two floors. Then my boss say yes have to upgrade so easier for us to discuss work. After we get in the room, we saw this little cockroach on the floor. And the bigger problem is the so called window is blocking. And because of this window, the noise from the opposite Bistro is annoying to disturbing my sleep. The basin is clogged.

Hotel is just a 5min walk to ipoh parade! Close to airport too (about approx 20mins) housekeeping was good! The hotel staff were friendly too. Shoutout to the malay guy in charge of the eggs station at the hotel buffet location as he really put his heart into frying every single omelette!
