GGuest UserThe rooms are good no doubt. But the service is very poor. In the evening we went to their garden restaurant for dinner and all stewards are standing at the corner and chit chatting. No one bothers about the customer. When we order something they give another thing and they argue rudely with us. Morning breakfast complimentary. They just give one item and then after 30min they just pop up and ask for another thing. Like this they want to control the cost. Not worth the money we spent there

GGuest UserIt's about a 10-minute drive from major tourist attractions like Mysore Palace and close to Mysore's affluent Gokulam neighborhood.
Disappointing aspects include the lack of towels provided during my one-night stay, the limited Western breakfast options, and the poor quality of the kids' zone.
I was satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and service.
The price was half the price I paid when I booked just before my trip compared to a month ago, so I canceled free on Trip.com and rebooked.

GGuest UserRooms were neat and clean. Not very spacious but mostly comfortable. I have taken an option of complimentary breakfast but the hotel staff provided the breakfast only after asking few times and after telling that i will raise issue with mmt. Their main problem is they don't have restaurant. So at first place they should not give option of breakfast while booking itself. Other than this, our stay was very comfortable in the room. Location is also very central. Definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms were neat and clean. Not very spacious but mostly comfortable. I have taken an option of complimentary breakfast but the hotel staff provided the breakfast only after asking few times and after telling that i will raise issue with mmt. GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this lovely boutique hotel - Atrium in Mysore. The ever smiling staff took good care of our stay and more than anything they are very hospitable and take extra efforts to make your stay comfortable. Right from the check-in to check out it was a great experience. The food at their Swad restaurant is very tasty especially the breakfast spread we enjoyed it a lot. Kudos to the management for ensuring I had a memorable stay. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mysore.
