Guest Userone of the best hotel of Chitwan area, we stayed two nights with family, we booked two rooms of jungle facing balcony, great location, on the bank of river, courteous and well behaved staffs, prompt service, rooms are well equipped with all modern amenities, restaurant has plenty of menus at very good price, front office staffs were very nice one Mr Ram is excellent, we enjoyed our stay.

All good. Hotel easy walking distance with luggage from where some buses actually stop, and the bus station itself.
Nice rooms, well equipped, big windows and a nice little balcony overlooking the back of the hotel and pool area. Comfortable beds.
Good restaurant, a little on the pricey side - but serves excellent food. I didn't use the pool but it looked fine.
Some local cafes, bakeries and shops nearby. Local transport easily obtained.
No complaints. Staff kind and very helpful at reception and in the restaurant.

I had a fantastic experience! Not only was the price reasonable and the hotel clean and hygienic, but the environment was also excellent, the facilities met standards, and the service was even more satisfying (especially the head waiter and other staff at the front desk). I would definitely choose to stay here again if given the chance. This hotel is popular with Chinese guests, so I suggest hiring more Mandarin-speaking staff.

The room was large and comfortable.
The bedding was comfortable; it was the best night's sleep I've ever had.
The front desk staff were very welcoming and helped me book tickets and contact the driver.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the place is very close to the airport.

Our recent stay at Jungle Wildlife Camp was beautiful! The restaurant manager Shiteram made sure our stay was perfect! He was so kind and considerate helping us move rooms as in our original the facilities were not working, he always greeted us when we saw him and helped us spot wildlife in the river.
From the hotel we were able to spot rhinos, crocodiles, elephants bathing, and many birds. We had breakfast at the restaurant every morning and it was lovely.

JoyheeeSuch a nice view and friendly staff! I really enjoyed every moment at the hotel.
The location is perfect — it’s right next to the national park, and I could actually see the river from the balcony. It’s also on the main street, so it’s easy to get anywhere. The room was in perfect condition and very clean. The air conditioner worked really well. The staff were all so friendly and kind.

张Facing the forest park, it is more convenient to play. The hotel does not have toiletries, you must bring your own. Only bath towels have no towels. There is a balcony. The quilt is covered with a layer of sheets, not inside, a little uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely rooms, gardens and pool. The sunset from the garden is spectacular.
The staff were lovely, they arranged our jeep safari and also took us to the bus station for our early bus. Would stay again and recommend.

Natalie trevelerPersonal is very sweet - they provide a welcome drink for free and walking with a guide for free! It was a very very nice walking - I saw a lot of animals! The territory of hostel very clean and really nice! With a lot of space for chilling out. Bungalows have a very nice view but a little bit old.
