You don't need a car for this one, 100 Feet to Main Street, 200 Feet to Downtown Mall, 700 Feet to UVA Campus and the UVA Medical Center. 200 Feet to Amtrak Station. Short Pleasant walk to John Paul Jones Arena, Scott Stadium and The Corner. We are also located very near the Zip Car Stop so leave your car at home and ride the train! But you don't have to leave the car, we have one dedicated off-street parking spot as well! Another option is the free Trolley. 2 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath Modern House, probable the absolute best location for what I was looking for; a place to stay, close to everything, but still the privacy of a house! Prepare yourself, you won't want to leave...Its Awesome! We were looking for a condo to share with our VRBO friends and stumbled across this amazing little house. About 995 square feet and so comfortable. Our home is located within walking distance of Charlottesville's most renowned local restaurants, including Mas Tapas, Tavola, and Lampo, The Local, and Junction (modern Mexican) among others.
