Simplesmente agradabilíssimo... nível de atendimento. Limpeza do quarto sem nada a reclamar. Vista do quarto muito agradável. Camas muito confortáveis. Banheiro com muita comodidade e itens de higiene. Espaço físico com excelente custo benefício. Passamos a festa da virada de ano em super lotação. Ainda assim atendimento e limpeza impecáveis. Excelente escolha em qualquer época do ano acredito.

Great location for those staying in the hustle and bustle of Fortaleza. The place has been renovated and has a beautiful rustic/modern decor that I loved. The breakfast option was incredible and the entire staff was very friendly!

Hotel MT good but has q to make some repairs in air cleaning and in the sauna door and the biggest problem is with Wi-Fi is MT bad

The hotel is very good, clean, wonderful food, comfortable rooms, everything beautiful and well-tracked, service is perfect, the only one against this hotel is the location that is very bad, but nothing that is absurd.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff, well located, spacious room, breakfast I thought was good, but it could be improved by increasing variety and not repeating the same thing every day.

Location OK, but the room was clean very bad, we had to ask to change the room.

Clean and tidy, there is a supermarket downstairs, and there is a delicious burger shop. The papaya for breakfast at the hotel is very good.

The single beds in Brazil are all 0.88 meters. They are used to sleeping 1.2 and 1.5 meters in the country. They are afraid of falling out of bed. But after living in a number of hotels, I found that this is basically the case. I really don't understand them. The Brazilians are so big, they all sleep in such a small bed. . .

Hotel was in a good location just beside the beach.. breakfast was very nice every morning.. good service, friendly staff.. the only thing was there was some bugs in the room.

Located a block from the beach, no real view of the ocean. Web page says no parking available, but upon further inquiry learned that 'rotating' parking is available, which means that if you snag a parking spot (valet) on check in and you do not move your car, you're good, but if you use your vehicle you might have lost your spot on return and be forced to find a (very rare) street slot or pay for optional private parking. That is a HUGE deficiency for a 19 story hotel. Room was fine, albeit a bit spartan. Towels were grey from age. Hot water marginal. Shower had slick floor and no hand holds. Wi-fi good. Mini fridge (empty) and safe. A/c worked fine. Staff appeared friendly and forthcoming, but when I requested an additional pillow, the desk clerk said he'd get it done, but never did and there are no instructions on the room phone to call the front desk. Breakfast is ok, but nothing to write home about either (no tapioca, cut up hot dogs instead of bacon or carne do sol, not even a banana, but other fruits, and fresh bread, pao com queixo without queixo . . .) Easy walking distance to the beach and several quality off-beach restaurants, such as Ghellers churrascaria. For someone looking for a reasonably priced and adequate hotel near the beach, this works fine. If needing just an overnight, look further away from the beachfront and be careful about the parking issue if driving a car.
