LLucas SimasSimplesmente agradabilíssimo... nível de atendimento. Limpeza do quarto sem nada a reclamar. Vista do quarto muito agradável. Camas muito confortáveis. Banheiro com muita comodidade e itens de higiene. Espaço físico com excelente custo benefício. Passamos a festa da virada de ano em super lotação. Ainda assim atendimento e limpeza impecáveis. Excelente escolha em qualquer época do ano acredito.

AAlex.NascimentoEverything was wonderful, the hotel was clean, new, and modern, the room had white LED lighting and a hairdryer. The pool was large with a jacuzzi next to it, and the breakfast was great, well-served, and included healthy vegetarian options. It's close to the beach, although not the best location considering the surrounding area below the sea dredging line, it's very easy to walk to the beach. The reception staff were excellent and friendly, the cleanliness impeccable, and the hotel is beautiful.

GGuest UserAlthough it was a good hotel, some problems occurred in my hostel. On a day of cleaning my room, I received a dirty makeup towel, probably makeup by color, and that was very unpleasant. They could also have more food options in the morning coffee without gluten and without animal milk, and the hair dryer is also bad, and they could improve.
However, it is a hotel with excellent location, staff and a good general structure.

苏苏I stayed in this hotel for five days and finally was forced to change the hotel. The people in this hotel are very friendly, but the front desk staff can't understand English, let alone Chinese. I first stayed in this hotel for three days, and then because of business uncertainty, I booked it day by day. Two days before I left the hotel, the hotel threw out my things and put them in another room. I asked them why, they said that my room was reserved by someone else. This situation didn't even tell me.

SSHICHENGThe single beds in Brazil are all 0.88 meters. They are used to sleeping 1.2 and 1.5 meters in the country. They are afraid of falling out of bed. But after living in a number of hotels, I found that this is basically the case. I really don't understand them. The Brazilians are so big, they all sleep in such a small bed. . .

GGuest UserLocated a block from the beach, no real view of the ocean. Web page says no parking available, but upon further inquiry learned that 'rotating' parking is available, which means that if you snag a parking spot (valet) on check in and you do not move your car, you're good, but if you use your vehicle you might have lost your spot on return and be forced to find a (very rare) street slot or pay for optional private parking. That is a HUGE deficiency for a 19 story hotel. Room was fine, albeit a bit spartan. Towels were grey from age. Hot water marginal. Shower had slick floor and no hand holds. Wi-fi good. Mini fridge (empty) and safe. A/c worked fine. Staff appeared friendly and forthcoming, but when I requested an additional pillow, the desk clerk said he'd get it done, but never did and there are no instructions on the room phone to call the front desk. Breakfast is ok, but nothing to write home about either (no tapioca, cut up hot dogs instead of bacon or carne do sol, not even a banana, but other fruits, and fresh bread, pao com queixo without queixo . . .) Easy walking distance to the beach and several quality off-beach restaurants, such as Ghellers churrascaria. For someone looking for a reasonably priced and adequate hotel near the beach, this works fine. If needing just an overnight, look further away from the beachfront and be careful about the parking issue if driving a car.
