GGuest UserWe chose Jiuchong Lake for our family getaway, and everyone was very satisfied! The hotel's location is excellent, right off the highway, which saved us a lot of time. The Chinese garden design is stylish, quiet, and elegant – my mind instantly felt at ease. The facilities are comprehensive, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and leisure options. The staff are well-trained and provided excellent service; we were very pleased. Check-in was quick, and our room was clean and bright. The Hakka cuisine maintained traditional cooking methods, offering authentic flavors at a reasonable price. The hot spring area had a variety of functional pools, and after a soak, all my fatigue disappeared. The attention to service details was spot-on, making for a fantastic experience!

GGuest UserI came out to walk the baby on Sunday. Jieyang has been in the past an hour and a half. The first feeling on the mountain is that the air is super good. When I first parked and took my luggage, the staff saw it and gave us directions to check in. The front desk lady was also very good and had a good attitude. In the afternoon, I went to the mountain to stroll around. There was a sightseeing car on the mountain. When I went down the mountain, I could also call them to pick it up, but we went down the mountain while shopping.
Dinner was eaten in the restaurant. When I was ready to go back to the room, I saw a sign of a children’s paradise. I asked the staff and said yes. Then I took us all the way. It was really intimate. There is also a gym and swimming pool in the hotel. I should come back in summer. Stay a few times
The room can directly see the sunrise. I adjusted an alarm clock in the morning and got up early. At 6:30, there was a lot of clouds and mist just after dawn. After the sunrise, the sun + clouds are really beautiful. Because I have to go to work, I will leave home after breakfast. But my son is reluctant to leave and will come again next time!

WWeiyadanaxunyouThe hotel is a good hotel, but the location is really deserted. There are deep mountains and old forests 600 meters away from the hotel. I don't know how moved I was when I saw the hotel after turning the corner. The hotel room is square and clean. Because I lived on the eighth floor, there was no noise problem mentioned by others. Instead, it was very quiet and I slept very well. The room is large and the facilities are quite complete. The toilet and other things are luxurious. The breakfast is very good among hotels of the same price. The only problem is that I arrived at more than 7 o'clock in the evening and there were no shops around. I could only order takeout from the hotel. But the price-performance ratio is still very high.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the heart of Tai Po Market, right next to Tai Wo Commercial Centre, making it lively and convenient. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old-fashioned, it definitely maintains the quality of a luxury hotel. The rooms are spacious and grand, and everything else is great. The only minor drawback is the average breakfast offered by the hotel, but the excellent food options in the surrounding Tai Po area easily make up for it.

GGuest User入住體驗感非常差，我們一行人是晚上7點多到酒店的，辦理入住，一位小哥哥帶着我們去房間，到房間燈也打不開，又返回前台問可不可以換房，結果是不可以換房，衹能找個人去看看，來了一位員工修理好。房間一股甲醛味，也不通風，一晚上沒睡好，衞生間還有小蟲子。第二天去吃早飯，家裡長者家帶着兩歲多的小寶先去吃，剛進去，小寶要找媽媽，又帶着小寶到房間，等在去吃早飯的時候，門口的小姐姐就説不能進去吃了，我就跟她解釋半天都不讓進去，還説怎麼沒有跟裏面的小姐姐説一下，我就想知道，我訂了兩間別墅7個大人，有八個人的早餐，怎麼就不能去吃了。本來還準備到附近玩的，後來吃了早餐我們就走了，體驗感太差了。
