GGuest UserWe chose Jiuchong Lake for our family getaway, and everyone was very satisfied! The hotel's location is excellent, right off the highway, which saved us a lot of time. The Chinese garden design is stylish, quiet, and elegant – my mind instantly felt at ease. The facilities are comprehensive, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and leisure options. The staff are well-trained and provided excellent service; we were very pleased. Check-in was quick, and our room was clean and bright. The Hakka cuisine maintained traditional cooking methods, offering authentic flavors at a reasonable price. The hot spring area had a variety of functional pools, and after a soak, all my fatigue disappeared. The attention to service details was spot-on, making for a fantastic experience!

The mountain road was quite open. It was just a little attention without lights. The first meal in the evening was eaten in this restaurant. I like the entrance of the oyster. The plum dish is buckled with meat. The Hakka makes the tofu very amazing. The pork and tofu here are really good, and the chef's craftsmanship is good. I want to calm down to escape the heat. I can come here in March. The scenic car master who sent us up the mountain is very talkative. He told us that when the azaleas bloom here and the tea mountain can pick tea, Qingming and Bailu seasons, the mountains and wild azaleas are very beautiful. Still have to come in the peak season, the off-season is very quiet, although the fog in the morning did not see the sea of clouds, but at night you can see the stars.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently situated at a junction where you can find food very easily. There is also a supermarket nearby so we could just stroll over to grab a yogurt drink after meal. The hotel room looked dated and it’s observable from the design and the bathroom, as well as the carpets. However, the room is reasonably clean and service was sincere, friendly and prompt. I sent some clothes for laundry and the staff took the effort to inform me that the clothes would be hand washed then dried under the sun so they should be ready by evening time later on. She also informed me of the pricing, then went on to ask if I was alright with that. I like it that they are very clear with charges and there is no hidden cost. Service was also very prompt. I asked for more water at the concierge when I came back from dinner and the room service staff was already waiting for me at my room door with the water by the time I got out of the lift. The beds were clean and comfortable too. My aunt and I rested well for the two nights we stayed there. The only negative was probably the air conditioner which was quite loud. But once we fell asleep, it didn’t bother us. There is also a very cute tea set in the room which guests could utilize if they wanted tea. It would have been better if they had given us four bottles of water instead of two. Then we would have been having our little tea appreciation session more regularly.

GGuest User入住體驗感非常差，我們一行人是晚上7點多到酒店的，辦理入住，一位小哥哥帶着我們去房間，到房間燈也打不開，又返回前台問可不可以換房，結果是不可以換房，衹能找個人去看看，來了一位員工修理好。房間一股甲醛味，也不通風，一晚上沒睡好，衞生間還有小蟲子。第二天去吃早飯，家裡長者家帶着兩歲多的小寶先去吃，剛進去，小寶要找媽媽，又帶着小寶到房間，等在去吃早飯的時候，門口的小姐姐就説不能進去吃了，我就跟她解釋半天都不讓進去，還説怎麼沒有跟裏面的小姐姐説一下，我就想知道，我訂了兩間別墅7個大人，有八個人的早餐，怎麼就不能去吃了。本來還準備到附近玩的，後來吃了早餐我們就走了，體驗感太差了。
