This was my first time staying at this hotel in my hometown, and even though I felt the price was a bit high, after one day, I can say it was absolutely worth every penny! It was even an unexpected surprise! From the high-quality service provided by the front desk and concierge to the abundant water activities, hot springs, breakfast, afternoon tea, and the overall environment, everything was impeccable – truly a five-star experience. Even on a weekday, the occupancy rate was quite high, and the cheerful laughter of children and the harmonious atmosphere of families filled the environment with vitality and joy. I came out to walk the baby on Sunday. Jieyang has been in the past an hour and a half. The first feeling on the mountain is that the air is super good. When I first parked and took my luggage, the staff saw it and gave us directions to check in. The front desk lady was also very good and had a good attitude. In the afternoon, I went to the mountain to stroll around. There was a sightseeing car on the mountain. When I went down the mountain, I could also call them to pick it up, but we went down the mountain while shopping. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant. When I was ready to go back to the room, I saw a sign of a children’s paradise. I asked the staff and said yes. Then I took us all the way. It was really intimate. There is also a gym and swimming pool in the hotel. I should come back in summer. Stay a few times The room can directly see the sunrise. I adjusted an alarm clock in the morning and got up early. At 6:30, there was a lot of clouds and mist just after dawn. After the sunrise, the sun + clouds are really beautiful. Because I have to go to work, I will leave home after breakfast. But my son is reluctant to leave and will come again next time!

The hotel is conveniently situated at a junction where you can find food very easily. There is also a supermarket nearby so we could just stroll over to grab a yogurt drink after meal. The hotel room looked dated and it’s observable from the design and the bathroom, as well as the carpets. However, the room is reasonably clean and service was sincere, friendly and prompt. I sent some clothes for laundry and the staff took the effort to inform me that the clothes would be hand washed then dried under the sun so they should be ready by evening time later on. She also informed me of the pricing, then went on to ask if I was alright with that. I like it that they are very clear with charges and there is no hidden cost. Service was also very prompt. I asked for more water at the concierge when I came back from dinner and the room service staff was already waiting for me at my room door with the water by the time I got out of the lift. The beds were clean and comfortable too. My aunt and I rested well for the two nights we stayed there. The only negative was probably the air conditioner which was quite loud. But once we fell asleep, it didn’t bother us. There is also a very cute tea set in the room which guests could utilize if they wanted tea. It would have been better if they had given us four bottles of water instead of two. Then we would have been having our little tea appreciation session more regularly.

入住體驗感非常差，我們一行人是晚上7點多到酒店的，辦理入住，一位小哥哥帶着我們去房間，到房間燈也打不開，又返回前台問可不可以換房，結果是不可以換房，衹能找個人去看看，來了一位員工修理好。房間一股甲醛味，也不通風，一晚上沒睡好，衞生間還有小蟲子。第二天去吃早飯，家裡長者家帶着兩歲多的小寶先去吃，剛進去，小寶要找媽媽，又帶着小寶到房間，等在去吃早飯的時候，門口的小姐姐就説不能進去吃了，我就跟她解釋半天都不讓進去，還説怎麼沒有跟裏面的小姐姐説一下，我就想知道，我訂了兩間別墅7個大人，有八個人的早餐，怎麼就不能去吃了。本來還準備到附近玩的，後來吃了早餐我們就走了，體驗感太差了。
