stunning resort , suite was large and clean. breakfast was amazing, views are beautiful . had a lovely time using the pool . used as a base to tour the area

We stayed here several years ago and were impressed. Beautiful hotel, the food was excellent as was welcome. Now… sadly, it was different. Still beautiful buildings in a beautiful spot. The customer service is poor, the food average but expensive. The seating area near reception has been abandoned, so difficult to get served drink or coffee here, in a wonderful part of the hotel , which is a shame. Pools nice , The hotel’s wine is good. But we were overcharged in restaurant, which fortunately we noticed. All in all, a disappointing experience.

We stayed at Ilaeira for 2 nights and had a really relaxing time. The location is amazing being up in the mountains. We hadn't expected it to be as far up the mountain and had planned for it to be a base for sightseeing so for that it's not the ideal location but it'd you want to hike and relax in the mountains it's perfect. Having said that it is still very close to sparta and mystras. You can get the best of both worlds Be prepared with everything you need for your stay as its a long way back down if you need to nip to the shops. There is a restaurant on site which is reasonably priced and has really amazing food. The Lodge was big and very comfortable. So many amazing butterflies and so nice to be surrounded by nature can't beat the views.

Absolutely stunning accomodation, rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Staff were all amazing, friendly, helpful and very accomodating. Service staff at the front desk, breakfast and poolside bar were fantastic. Beautiful location, easy drive to nearby waterfront villages/towns. Wonderful buffet breakfast and relaxing pool area. Plenty of onsite parking.

Great stay, great location with very friendly service. Spacious large rooms. Highly recommend booking the boat trip this was a major highlight of the visit. The staff accommodated any request even when it was not standard. Great stay overall

This hotel was just amaizing! The receptionist who met us upon our arrival was so warm, welcoming, charming! It made our stay special from the beginning. Great location too! Loved the place! Parking is there, rump for heavy luggage is there. Assistance is there...Loved the place!

Stayed at this property recently and had a very solid overall experience. The hotel is comfortable, well-maintained, and delivers exactly what it promises. Rooms are clean, functional, and designed with practicality in mind, making the stay easy and stress-free. Service was efficient and professional, with staff responsive when needed but not intrusive. The overall environment feels organized and reliable, which is critical when traveling. Location is convenient, allowing easy access to key areas, and the general facilities are in good condition.

I was charged 5 euros per night cash upon checkout with no receipt. This was not indicated at the time I made the reservation. Also, when I booked it breakfast was included however when I checked in I was told it's 8 euros per day which was not how I reserved the room. Fortunately, I wasn't charged upon checkout.

The food was excellent, and the staff very friendly. But the water in our toilet did not flash. We had to let them know 4 times till it got fixed . We had two single beds in our room and the beds were not comfortable. I think we paid a lot of money for this room and we slept on a thick sponge with clean sheets .

The hotel is located in downtown Sparta. Direct access is currently not possible due to road construction work, but there are parking spaces nearby for no charge. We had two relatively small rooms with a connecting door as a family room with a very nice roof terrace with a great view of the city. The relatively poor rating of the furnishings and cleanliness comes from the carpet in the rooms that needs replacing, as well as the bathroom in one of the rooms without a vanity shelf and a shower tray measuring 70x70 cm with a shower curtain that is too short. Something like that is unacceptable, especially given one of the highest prices we paid in any of the hotels on our entire trip around Greece. Of course, I can't say what condition other rooms are in. Breakfast is taken in a newly renovated room. The espresso machine, however, should be replaced urgently. The service staff are friendly.
