Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. The dinner in the Avli restaurant is still a real pleasure even if we haven't had the opportunity to dine outside because of the very rainful weather.
9.2/10
Great
GGuest UserThis is an excellent hotel located right in the old town of Rethymno. It was easy to explore the charming streets on foot, and the central bus station—perfect for day trips—was just a 10-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to share local tips and recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast offered a classic continental selection, including fresh eggs, sausages, bread, pastries, and fruits. Everything was fresh and satisfying. While the swimming pool is on the smaller side, it was a lovely bonus and a great spot to cool off after a day of sightseeing.
I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Rethymno.

GGuest UserGreat location, nice rooms (we were treated to a free upgrade). Nice breakfast with fresh orange juice served in the courtyard. No parking in immediate vicinity, but you can usually find a free spot close to the sea. Quality of tea served on the premises could be improved, same for toiletries.

王王The hotel is a historical building with more than 600 years of history. The experience is very good. The RECEPTION is very friendly. We caught the plane early in the morning and gave us breakfast the night before.

DD1179****Hotel location is OK, very close to the beach, 20 minutes walk from the old town. But the hotel facilities are too old and too general. The advantage is that you can cook by yourself. After playing in Greece for so many days, I really want to make a hot noodles by myself, so I went to the nearby supermarket to buy ingredients and make it myself.

AAnonymous UserI tried to contact them through Trip.com but never received a response. We booked the junior suite, and it didn't state anywhere that it had two floors, which was very bad. There's poor lighting and no window on the upper floor. To top it off, the air conditioning unit is half a meter from the bed, so the noise makes it impossible to sleep. It's poorly soundproofed; there's a nightclub opposite, and you can hear everything. The cleanliness was very mediocre, and so was the breakfast. The only things I would highlight are the kindness of the reception gentleman and the location. But I wouldn't go back. However, the food in the restaurant is good.
