LOOKING FOR CONVENIENT AND MEMORABLE STAY IN YOGYAKARTA ? Definitely, stay in Marriott Yogyakarta. ✅️ Outstanding Service ✅️ Easy-to-access Location ✅️ Next to Mall (Pakuwon) ✅️ Big Rooms My family & I usually stay in T*ntr*m (been our no 1. option in Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Tangerang for a while), but considering NY traffic, decided hotel next to mall as safer option, and I think Marriott Yogya will be our no 1. option in Yogyakarta now. PRE-STAY Staying experience actually starts the second we finished the hotel reservation, maybe its long before we even arrive at the hotel. Most dont really optimize this. What I will highlight is Marriott really put my requests (birthday decor in specific room, connecting rooms) into the system, where everyone can check. From the one handling the WhatsApp to the receptionist the day we arrive, Ilham. And they execute my request really well. I've experienced some that forget my request and ended up decorating the wrong room, or not facilitating the request, even though they said they will facilitate. *see pic 8 - 11. It doesnt have to be expensive, businesses have to calculate the cost and margin. Whats important, for me, is put some effort into it. Its part of making the stay memorable. STAY I love it when : - the moment we arrive, the staff helps us by opening the car door, w/ the smile and greeting. Not from just one person, but every staff did the smile and greeting. - Ilham texted that the other room is ready. Most just rely on guest will be the one to follow up, but not Marriott. - we asked the way to mall entrance, the staff took us to the entrance, not just directing w/ hands. - they put anti-slip mat in shower area (pic 6), such a functional addition for safety. Because aesthetic needs to meet w/ function. - we went out at 8.30 in the morning for culinary & coffee around Yogyakarta and put the cleaning sign on, but forget to call, just to communicate that we want the room cleaned while we're out. 2,5 hours later when we're back, those 2 rooms are neat & tidy. Some hotels dont notice the difference those make for guest(s). These, for me, really help building the memorable staying exp. What more could I ask, Marriott Yogya 🫰🏻❤️ thank you

Overall okay, worth the price rate. The staff is helpful and friendly, the restaurant is good, everything is delicious. I book Deluxe room,with big bed.and it is satified me. I recommend this hotel to any one planning visit Jogjakarta

Overall good. Location: strategic, many bakpia shop near hotel. close to my fav Gudeg Yu Djum. Staffs are helpfull and responsive. Note: parking lot cannot properly accomodate if the hotel is crowded or full of guests

Hotel is not bad. Location is accessible,  But cleanliness wise still can do better. The Toilet , bathroom and balcony is not clean even after doing room service,  Furnishing is a little bit outdated. The room smells musky  The bellboy manning the drop off is not that good cos seeing me struggling with my luggage in the rain, he did not even offer to help despite having an umbrella. Did not even help us to open the door. Me and my partner struggle to bring our luggage up the slope, in the rain and drenched. Im not sure why, but for the 4 days 3 night im there, the doorbell didnt even offer to help or assist..  For a top 10 hotel in jogja, the bell boy can do better with service wise. But the Front desk and concierge is very friendly..

Great location near the mall Really enjoyed the convenience of being so close to J-Walk. The hotel has a bit of a vintage feel but is well-maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. A good, reliable choice for a stay in Jogja! Good for business trip!

This classic four-star hotel is strategically located in the city center, close to malls and a university. It has a swimming pool and a children's play area. The breakfast is delicious.

The hotel is quite comfortable, both the room and the bathroom. It's just that the room is far from the elevator... maybe because it's in another tower. Strategic location.... there is parking but a bit behind the hotel. There is a pool on the rooftop, there is also a small garden where you can chat while looking at the view of Jogja city from above. Fast service.

Here’s The property is quite old and is no longer under Sheraton management, which is noticeable throughout the hotel. The toilets and ceilings feel outdated and in need of renovation, and the same applies to the air conditioning system, which doesn’t perform up to expectations. That said, the staff are very cooperative, friendly, and always willing to help, which is definitely a positive aspect of the stay.

Very good very enjoyable to stay in very calm and quiet area three pool which is very clean both for children and adults.If you are a lover of morning walk then that’s the right place for you excellent service throughout

I Booked 2 bed Room for 3d2n at the end of 2023 … i enjoy while staying here the room is Wide Enough parking Space many and There is kfc in front of hotel ..i wish i could be there someday
