From reception, boarding, housing facilities, room service, dining and more. They are all five-star or above, and the highest is 6-star service. The only disadvantage is that the room size is relatively small.

Anonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay at the Inbal Hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is fantastic and made it easy to explore Jerusalem. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend the Inbal Hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem. We would be happy to stay here again!

We received a room with a air conditioner that didn’t work
The temperature was unbearable
The hotel offered to switch our room at 02:00 am
Needless to say it was a sleepless night.
The staff was friendly, but no one offered to compensate us.
Breakfast was good, so at least we had that.
We expected more from a 5 star hotel.

章There are many varieties of breakfast, small snacks and red wine are provided free of charge in the room, there is a free bar on the second floor, the room is quite large, the surrounding environment has restaurants and shopping malls, and the room is relatively clean.

Booked for my line manager, and overall, it seems to have been a good choice. The hotel has a solid reputation, and the feedback was positive. It offers a comfortable stay, professional service, and a calm atmosphere. While I didn’t stay personally, everything appeared to go smoothly and without complaints.

The hotel is centrally located in the city.
There is a view. Breakfast is plentiful.
Just the smell in the bathroom in the room was not good ..
Other than that everything is fine.

It is convenient because it is a short walk from the light rail station.
It was disappointing about the facilities in the room, such as there being no chair in the room and the handle of the hair dryer getting hot when used.
The quality of the breakfast buffet changed depending on the day, but the vegetables and fruits were fresh and delicious.
It was nice to be able to leave my luggage on the last day.
I would like to use it again when I come to Jerusalem.

The hotel was clean. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor - which I cleaned up. All in all it was fine. But - it was almost impossible to find. I went to the address - and I don't see a thing that resembled a hotel. It turns out, you need to walk through a rusty gate and down a flight of stairs (below street level). It occupies just a small space all on one level. If a lady from the hotel hadn't seen me on the street looking confused, I'd have never have found it.
