This is our favorite hotel from the trip! If I ever get a chance to go back, I'd definitely stay there again. The staff are incredibly lovely and friendly. The hotel breakfast is excellent – if 10 is the highest, I'd give it 100! Even during the low season, they maintained high standards for everything. The room was fantastic. We stayed in room 703, a four-bedroom unit, and it was super comfortable. The view was beautiful, and the room was clean and very new. I loved every square inch of it. The whole family voted this as the number one accommodation of our trip!

This 5-star hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the ski slopes. The rooms are beautiful and well-appointed. There are both public and private onsen, which can be booked for free. The breakfast is good and high-quality. If you visit during the low season, you can get a discount of up to half the usual price. There's a parking fee of 2000 yen per day.

This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

The staff at Park Hyatt are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The front desk ladies are not only beautiful but also very meticulous and considerate, especially kind and warm towards children. This time, I'd like to extend a special thanks to the hotel's reservations department for taking care of a returning guest like me by promptly upgrading our room, which made our trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's ski valet is a major reason why we ski here; it saves so much effort when you're tired from skiing. Last year, I remember there were enthusiastic staff members who helped with putting on and taking off ski boots; it seems that service isn't available this year. It would be even better if it were! 😄 Thank you! 🙏

Wonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

My stay at Hilton Niseko Village in Hokkaido was very convenient and enjoyable, especially for skiing. The hotel has excellent ski-in/ski-out access, with the gondola just a short walk from the ski valet. This made it very easy to start and finish a full day on the slopes without any hassle. The surrounding snow scenery was also beautiful. After skiing, I really enjoyed relaxing in the onsen, which was one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food. Although the rooms are a bit dated, the overall experience was comfortable and the location is perfect for a ski holiday in Niseko.

For dinner, I'd suggest exploring nearby restaurants for better value and variety. Its location is truly a 'hidden gem' – secluded yet convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the ski village's commercial area, which even in summer has a pleasant buzz. For those driving, it offers privacy and convenience. Guests without a car can easily connect via the Hilton hotel next to the ski slope, ensuring clear and efficient transportation. Niseko, beautiful year-round, truly transforms into a ski paradise in winter. The hotel's exclusive gondola serves as a 'private access lane,' offering genuine ski-in/ski-out convenience. Paired with a master-designed night illumination show, it adds a romantic touch to the snowy evenings. Compared to other popular ski resorts, this area feels more tranquil and private, making it especially ideal for families or discerning travelers seeking a premium experience. Undoubtedly, the standout features are the exclusive ski-in/ski-out gondola and the resort's appealing atmosphere, perfect for both summer and winter. The off-peak season, priced at nearly half of peak season rates, offers outstanding value. It's highly recommended for guests who value tranquility and appreciate meticulous service – whether it's a summer escape from the heat or a winter ski adventure, guests will find a double delight of comfort and serenity here.

Fantastic environment just in front a ski resort with stunning view. Good carpark space for guests. Just happened it is snowing and the view is like a paradise. Rooms are on upstairs 1 floor, do request assistance from the helpful staff to assist you. All the staff is friendly, handsome and beautiful. Try to offer some Japanese food as that's what we expected, for breakfast and dinner. The cafe is beautiful, needs more marketing exposure.

Stayed at the Deluxe Villa in WE Hotel Toya Dusit Collection and it was honestly one of the nicest stays during our Hokkaido trip. The villa was extremely spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a very modern Japanese style. What surprised us most was how big the villa actually was — it came with 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets, a large living room, dining area, laundry room, and even 2 floors. It truly felt more like staying in a luxury private house rather than a hotel. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway near Lake Toya. We especially loved the warm wood interior, tatami-style seating area, huge windows, and cozy living space. The bedrooms were comfortable and the entire villa was very well maintained.

The room was perfectly satisfactory in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and size. The view was also breathtaking, I absolutely loved it. My only minor complaint would be about the short-haired female staff member at the front desk who provided Chinese-language service. Her attitude was very robotic, especially during our New Year check-in. She responded to guests mechanically, completely devoid of any warmth. Speaking the same language, it was quite off-putting to encounter such a cold demeanor. Thankfully, the hotel's other staff members, who spoke different languages, managed to salvage what could have been a poor start. The chef even came out personally to thank guests after the dinner service, and the buffet chef patiently helped us reserve a table for the incredibly popular buffet when we met him. These experiences truly reflect the quality and professionalism of the hotel's management. Additionally, the cleaning staff were very polite and always greeted us. It's just that particular Chinese-speaking female front desk staff, for some unknown reason, always seemed to have a displeased expression while standing at the reception. Sigh. The hotel's shuttle bus service to and from New Chitose and Sapporo City is very convenient, but you need to book it online in advance. There are both free and paid options, depending on your pick-up location, and the earliest departures are quite early. The buffet was very affordable, and the front desk reminded us that Marriott members get a significant discount. Being a ski hotel, facilities like the onsen pool and shops only open after 2 PM.
