GGuest UserWe had a great stay at Kupu Kupu. It would be nice if the hotel could also offer complimentary water at the pool in the high temperatures. The pool was not cooled and the water was very very warm. Here and there the cleanliness could be better. It was a nice stay, but in the price category you can at least expect this. Thank you!

Bbekkv3I had such a great experience staying at Bunk House in Koh Phangan! The hostel was spotless – super clean and well-maintained. The staff were absolutely kind and welcoming. They even invited me and my hostel mate to join them for a badminton game, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. It felt like staying with friends!
The amenities were all available and easily accessible. The rooms were very comfortable and equipped with air conditioning. They also provided free drinking water, changed our towels daily, and were always quick to help if we needed anything. The service was exactly what you'd hope for – friendly, efficient, and to the point.
For the price, it was incredible value. I truly felt like I got more than what I paid for. I’ll definitely book here again the next time I’m in Koh Phangan. Highly recommend!

DDomingos RIt's a nice and relaxing beach, to get away and wind off a bit. The room was super clean and new, and was quite nice with a balcony. There are very few plugs in the room, and the bedside plug was obstructed by the mattress and the bed, so it was unusable.
There's a pool but it had a lot of sand from the kids running in and out of the beach and jumping directly into the pool... The beach, facing sunrise, is perfect and one of the nicest ones on the island, along with the larger one on the other bay next door. The SUPs and kayaks were old and broken. It had a very nice breakfast, which was included.
Service was good, but I was upset that they claimed the hotel was going to be fully booked and couldn't offer a late checkout, although there were plenty of rooms available on trip.com to book, and when later that day I said that, they changed the story and said my room was already booked for the next day.

JJeabrunnerThe hotel is near Koh Ma..on the first day, there is a welcome drink, delicious roselle juice...the staff provides good service..the hotel is clean..there is a restaurant in the hotel, the taste is delicious..the price is not too expensive..sit and enjoy the beautiful view..the hotel has a swimming pool...not crowded. It is a recommended hotel.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Summer luxury resort! This place is absolutely stunning from the rooms, to the pool, to the restaurant, it really is the full package for such a good price! Our room was HUGE and the bathroom was so spacious and modern! The room even had a sofa and a dressing station with a light up mirror and chair! We spent a lot of our time round the pool which had many seating areas and beds! You can also get drinks served straight to you from the bar! The restaurant had a delicious menu it was so hard to choose what to eat everyday, everything was so fresh! The hotel even helped organise a surprise sunset dinner on the beach for my partners birthday, even bringing out a cake to sing happy birthday, and they decorated the room too! We even got a transfer drop off and pick up from the hotel to the famous full moon party on the island! Not to mention the resort is also on the beach so you can even explore the sea if you wanted! I couldn’t recommend the Summer luxury resort enough, it really was the ultimate luxury stay!!

GGuest UserThe resort is outdated. The room was clean and spacious, but it wasn’t designed in a way that makes constructive use of the space. There’s very little room to put your luggage, and the lighting was poor. The air conditioning blows directly onto the head of the bed.
The beachfront is beautiful, but the bar leaves much to be desired.
As for the resort’s policies and staff, I have the following comments: they have fines for almost everything. They provide beach towels at the reception, but you’re only allowed to use them on their beach and must return them “immediately” after you’re done. If you don’t comply—fine!
The safe wasn’t working. The room was full of mosquitoes when we arrived. And they would “forget” to give us the two basic bottles of water, even though they had stated we would receive them. Water is very cheap—it’s not about the price, but about the services that are supposed to be provided.

GGuest UserHi guys. I stayed at the Pier for a few days whilst travelling in Thailand. Loved it! Great location right on the beach and the owners were lovely people. Seemed like a family run business and they really look after the guests.
I will 100% be returning again. Would definitely recommend it! Excellent.
