"The Ayers is a great hotel. The rooms are very well kept. The staff is great. Having the restaurant on site is convenient. The only complaint is the restaurant's limited menu. They don't have many menu items in general, and this visit, they were out of a few menu items. But the limited selection was worth the convenience of staying on site."

Great
LLanting(Alice)The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, is clean and hygienic, has a beautiful environment with a strong artistic atmosphere, and offers warm and attentive service. I stayed in a lake-view room with a balcony; the view from the window was stunning, with lush trees and emerald green lake water, perfect for a stroll. The hotel's beautiful environment is ideal for travelers looking to relax and unwind.
GGuest UserGood location from airport and to Disney. Does advertise a free shuttle service to Disney but this was only going to Disney for most of my trip, not the return back, which was a bit disappointing as this cost more money in taxis. First two nights staying in the room the heating only blew out cold air, was offered to switch rooms but had 2 kids asleep in there so this wouldn't have worked. Maintenance came in on the 3rd day to fix the issue.
Found a small cockroach in the morning one morning, put a glass over it and the cleaner did get rid of it for when I came back into the room.
Overall good hotel
GGuest UserI would like to commend the excellent customer service of the front desk staff especially Nike, Marilyn and the assistant manager, I believe his name is Tommy. They are very caring and went above and beyond just checking me in. Nike assisted us with our printing issues which helped us tremendously in preparing for our association’s event the following day. Tommy, helped me gather my stuff when I transferred to another room the next day due to fire alarm lights that wouldn’t turn off. That’s the only negative experience of my stay. There was a fire drill at 3am. The flashing light didn’t go off after the sound was turned off. The maintenance people had to work on the issue so I got transferred to another room. Tommy’s assistance during the move is much appreciated.
GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!
TTiaotiaoI think it's absolutely fantastic! First off, it's pretty close to the park; a taxi ride is only about ten bucks, and walking back after the park closes at night takes just over ten minutes – a real time and effort saver. Secondly, the price is simply amazing. Three nights here cost less than one night at an official hotel. Since official hotels don't offer early entry anymore, it makes sense to save some money. A taxi to Goofy's Kitchen was also ten bucks, so we got to have our first meal in the US and explore the park's hotel! 😂 The official check-in time is 4 PM, but we arrived around 12 PM, and the lady at the front desk checked us in right away – super grateful for that! We got drenched in a downpour and came into a super warm room for a great nap. The fridge in the room works perfectly, and the bed is very comfortable. My room was even next to the ice machine, which was incredibly convenient! There are plenty of outlets in the room, so no worries there. My mom said the pool was great, but I didn't go. Everything was awesome, except for the shower water pressure being a bit low (though the next hotel I stayed at also had low water pressure, is California experiencing a water shortage? 🥹).
MM348278****Overall, it's pretty good. The only downside is the noise from the airport; otherwise, it's great. Hopefully, the overall cleanliness and environment are good, and the hotel is relatively new. It's a pretty good hotel.
AAnonymous UserAlthough the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle bus to Disneyland, it's conveniently located nearby, with an Uber ride costing around $15. Valet parking is quite steep at $45 a day. Inside the room, the towels provided were rather dirty, and the bed setup was quite strange, with an excessive number of layers. To top it off, the front desk staff weren't particularly welcoming upon check-in.
GGuest UserExtremely convenient for Disneyland, with the shuttle bus stop located directly in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. We were very pleased, and my friend was also very satisfied.
AAnonymous UserHas a direct shuttle bus to Disneyland Anaheim, around 2 stops.
Overall was a good experience. Place felt safe as well, the bus stop to Disneyland was within the compound so it felt a lot safer. The hotel after this busstop had homeless people sleeping on the benches.
