From driving in Parking Lot to checking in and checking out, Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. We were able to park at hotel and walk to Knotts which was very close. We were checked in early and was sent a text when our room was ready. Since we were so close we were able to go back to the room and rest for a little while and returned to the park later that evening and closed the park down. We also went to Soak City the next day and was able to use the parking pass we paid at the hotel to use at the water park. Hotel was clean, elevators were fast. We did not use any of the amenities but will definitely return and have more time to use. The best part it was an excellent value.

The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, is clean and hygienic, has a beautiful environment with a strong artistic atmosphere, and offers warm and attentive service. I stayed in a lake-view room with a balcony; the view from the window was stunning, with lush trees and emerald green lake water, perfect for a stroll. The hotel's beautiful environment is ideal for travelers looking to relax and unwind.

I think it's absolutely fantastic! First off, it's pretty close to the park; a taxi ride is only about ten bucks, and walking back after the park closes at night takes just over ten minutes – a real time and effort saver. Secondly, the price is simply amazing. Three nights here cost less than one night at an official hotel. Since official hotels don't offer early entry anymore, it makes sense to save some money. A taxi to Goofy's Kitchen was also ten bucks, so we got to have our first meal in the US and explore the park's hotel! 😂 The official check-in time is 4 PM, but we arrived around 12 PM, and the lady at the front desk checked us in right away – super grateful for that! We got drenched in a downpour and came into a super warm room for a great nap. The fridge in the room works perfectly, and the bed is very comfortable. My room was even next to the ice machine, which was incredibly convenient! There are plenty of outlets in the room, so no worries there. My mom said the pool was great, but I didn't go. Everything was awesome, except for the shower water pressure being a bit low (though the next hotel I stayed at also had low water pressure, is California experiencing a water shortage? 🥹).

The hotel rooms are relatively new and exceptionally clean and new. Windows cannot be opened, but there is central air conditioning. It's very convenient to get to Disneyland; it's a 15-minute drive or a 30-minute bus ride, although waiting for the bus can be quite long, so driving is the best option. Valet parking at the hotel is also very convenient and inexpensive.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

I wish I can keep it short and simple but this place was just perfect. If your looking for great amenities, location, hospitality and a good price this is it. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. You’re greeted with warm cookies at check in and the entire hotel is very easily accessible. It sits right next to the highway for easy traveling and no noise in the room at all. The rooms were very clean and provided everything my family needed.

I originally booked a standard room with two beds and a sofa bed, but the staff upgraded our room during check-in. They said it had a better view and was located in a corner, so our kids wouldn't disturb other guests. However, the upgraded room only had one king-sized bed.

The biggest advantage is its convenience: the route from the airport to the hotel is clear, and dragging luggage is effortless. However, getting back to the room from the parking lot is inconvenient. The room is simple and unpretentious, but the soundproofing isn't great.

Although the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle bus to Disneyland, it's conveniently located nearby, with an Uber ride costing around $15. Valet parking is quite steep at $45 a day. Inside the room, the towels provided were rather dirty, and the bed setup was quite strange, with an excessive number of layers. To top it off, the front desk staff weren't particularly welcoming upon check-in.

We had a great overall stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we needed. The room was a good size with plenty of space to relax. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the couch was cozy, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, we did find a roach in the room, which was definitely concerning. Even though it was just one that we saw, it’s never something you expect or want to encounter during a hotel stay. Cleanliness is important, and I hope management takes additional pest control measures to prevent this from happening again. The internet also did not work on the first day and wasn’t up and running until the following night, which was inconvenient. The ice room was very sketchy and did not seem well-maintained, and the microwave in was not working properly and appeared a bit dirty. These smaller maintenance issues added up and made the stay less comfortable than it could have been. Unfortunately, we have not yet received our damage deposit back, which has been disappointing. We are hoping this will be resolved promptly. I would also recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, as the ones provided left our hair feeling very dry. Overall, it was a good stay with a few things that could definitely be improved
