JJunesdaughterJust needed a place to stay overnight after flying iin. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the showers were great. First time in Phoenix and it was 113. The a/c worked great. We waited about a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we called, which wasnât a good start, but once we checked in everything else was great. We were so comfortable. Breakfast was good too, nothing unusual except that the cinnamon buns were excellent! Maybe they have them other places but weâve been traveling and these were the best. Thought we could save a day on the rental car by picking it up the next day using the hotel shuttle, but we rented from a place that is off site ( with their own airport shuttle) so instead of shuttling twice we just Ubered for $13 and picked it up ourselves. Nice hotel. Helpful staff and really comfortable.

KKimifWe celebrated 2 friends birthdays over a weekend trip. We had to pay extra to guarantee connecting rooms but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful with several pools and a water park with a lazy river. The only downside was the bathroom floor and shower area could have been cleaner. But Clara Jane was at the check in desk, she was in training still but did an amazing job helping me. She sent a follow up card to our room and birthday treats for my friends. Great personal touches that mean a lot!! The restaurant choices for dinner were limited as one of them was closed for a few weeks.

From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportâperfect for exploring the city.
The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the USB charging ports and the coffee maker in the room.

PPrincess CroixThis is such a cute hotel that really feels like an oasis in the desert. The ambiance and vibe were all really great. The staff was extremely helpful. I enjoyed the welcome popsicles and the pool was great. The room was fairly clean and the tv had good options. The comforter kind of freaked me out as it looked like it was growing mold (see photo), but I just tried to think it was the cotton in the comforter all bunched up, at least that made me sleep better.

GGuest UserElevator was broken near my room the entire time so I had to walk to the car outdoor elevator. It was a long walk and it was extremely hot. AC system also could not compete with the heat. I couldn't get my room under 74 degrees. Sweated all night. But the rooms were very nice and spacious and clean. I guess I'd recommend when it's not over 100 degrees.

GGuest UserI think even Japanese people who can't speak English can stay with peace of mind. It is also close to the airport connecting train station. You can walk during the day, but I think it's best to avoid it at night. Be quiet and use ride-sharing or hotel transportation.
