Great
JJunesdaughterJust needed a place to stay overnight after flying iin. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the showers were great. First time in Phoenix and it was 113. The a/c worked great. We waited about a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we called, which wasn’t a good start, but once we checked in everything else was great. We were so comfortable. Breakfast was good too, nothing unusual except that the cinnamon buns were excellent! Maybe they have them other places but we’ve been traveling and these were the best. Thought we could save a day on the rental car by picking it up the next day using the hotel shuttle, but we rented from a place that is off site ( with their own airport shuttle) so instead of shuttling twice we just Ubered for $13 and picked it up ourselves. Nice hotel. Helpful staff and really comfortable.

Cclaudia_beaupaysageI chose this hotel to watch a baseball game. It was a stylish and nice hotel. There were negative reviews on Google and other sites, such as ”small,” ”no refrigerator,” ”difficult to find the check-in counter,” and ”expensive parking.” I also inquired about parking in advance, but I didn't get a reply from the hotel, so I was worried, but there were no fatal problems. I headed to the hotel by rental car, and there was a valet parking staff in front of the hotel. It was very convenient because you just drop off your luggage and hand over the key. The next morning, I checked out around 7:00, but the valet parking staff seemed to be there from 5:00, so there was no problem. (Valet parking seems to be a regional thing, and all the hotels in this area had similar prices.) Check-in is at the bar counter. I was happy to receive a welcome drink. The room was not as small as the reviews said, and the bathroom was spacious. Please note that there is no refrigerator, water, coffee/tea, etc. This hotel is in a very convenient location (within a 10-minute walk) for watching baseball and basketball games. After the game, it's very convenient to be able to walk back to your hotel room in less than 10 minutes amidst the chaos. I recommend it.

LLok Hang SethThe room was standard and was quite clean, the drawbacks was that since the hotel was right next to the highway, it can get quite noisy at night. The AC unit in our room was also quite noisy and made a weird noise. Many of the amenities in the room was not properly refilled. Had to go down to the reception to ask them to refill a few items. Not great, average stay. There’s also a $5 parking fee for each overnight stay, which was not mentioned when we booked through Trip.com

Aajram9637Good hotel in a quiet location-- hospital area. Parking is $10 a day, however there are some street parking spots on Catalina if you're looking to save the parking cost (just pay attention to no parking zones). Carpet was a bit dirty and hotel shows it's age in some aspects, but overall it was a solid place to stay. Area felt generally safe for being in the city core. All staff were pleasant to deal with. I stayed for an event downtown. Was planning to take light rail but the station was sort of marginal so ended up driving. Much better value than the downtown hotels, especially if you'll have a vehicle with you.

PPaul OBCBasic motel in a fairly remote part of the city (not recommended at nighttime for lone females … or males for that matter). Several fast food joints nearby.

GGuest UserThis hotel is old, the facilities are very old, there is an airport shuttle bus, the staff is polite and welcoming, but it is still too expensive, it feels not worth the price.

DDadahaomianbaoThe city of Phoenix is very good, very modern, and the public transportation is good. The surrounding area of this midtown hotel is not very safe, and the hotel is surrounded by walls. It reminds me of South Africa. When I went to the Super Bowl, the prices of other hotels were sky-high.

AAiqijunThe environment is generally the same, the facilities are relatively simple, it is still possible to live temporarily. The staff inside is also fine. However, the traffic is very convenient, just beside the highway. Self-driving is a good choice.
