"Everything was great. Service at the front desk was efficient and friendly. Our bathroom light flickered a bit but it was not a big deal. Bed was clean and comfy. Had some loud guests in the middle of the night, but again, it happens. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the ladies handling the food line were friendly and very sweet to us. Thank you. "

"Room was clean and nice. Not as quiet as I would have liked and the fire alarm constantly going off didn’t help. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very friendly."

Great
GGuest UserThe room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. This hotel is in a great location, the room is clean and comfortable, the service staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast selection is rich and delicious. The overall stay experience is very satisfactory, great value for money, highly recommended.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location for events at the Lenovo Center! Our room was spotless. My main concern was the bedding. The heavier blanket looked just like in the picture. When I asked the hotel staff about it, they said it’s a feathered blanket, and when it gets wet, the feathers stick together, causing this appearance.
MMBooGreat gym, beautiful pool, beautiful common area, this is a really great hotel with nice amenities! They have convenient laundry for guests. The only thing missing is I wish I had been some bottled water provided in the room and I wish they had been daily turn down service, but maybe that is because of the pandemic? It was all great otherwise.
GGuest UserThe hotel is too stingy! The water flow is deliberately adjusted to be very small, as thin as a pencil, and it takes half a day to rub the towel. The water tank in the toilet was also working intermittently, and the sliding door of the shower room would slide open automatically when closed, so I had no choice but to use something to hold it up. I don’t even know how the four stars came about? Maybe it's just that the external environment of the hotel is good, but it's just fake! Will never stay at this hotel again.
GGuest UserThe location is great, the bed is big and comfortable. It is close to a movie theater and Target, and some shops. The front desk is very friendly and gave us some good tips on what to do and where to eat. The bathroom mirror was odd, at night I saw this mysterious red dot inside of the mirror, I was a bit scared. After calling the front desk, I realized there is a built in TV in the mirror. A bit weird design.
SStephen SimmsThe hotel and service was excellent. Jessie the young man that checked us in was so nice and professional as well as Marie when we left the next day. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in Raleigh.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Everyone I saw. I had a smile on their face. I will definitely come back when we visit this area again.
GGuest UserFabulous Customer Service! Team members like Jamel make you feel welcome and he was so very helpful. He was so friendly, we had no problems. The hotel was packed but he made sure that my young adults and I had rooms right next to each other. It meant so much as we came in from different Cities. We had a marvelous trip to Raleigh.
AAnonymous UserIt was not a bad place to stay, though we only ate three times for breakfast, 1 the last day which was free due to plane cancelation so they gave my daughter and I free breakfast but the other two times were 1 comp'd that a friend received for three people in which the other was paid for by a friend. Needless to say, I got charged $45 for one day of the breakfast which likely was because the waitress made us put our room #, though she said she understood our meals were comp'd. Sadly even after calling the hotel, speaking to one person who then sent me to the finance manager whom I left a message with but still hasn't called back in almost a week. Frustrating to say the least.
