GGuest UserThe location was lovely and the staff were very professional and friendly the lobby was nicely appointed and the restaurant was amazing. I was put in a room on one of the lower floors that seemed a bit older and looked out into a garden or some kind. The room I was given was directly opposite the elevator, and the noise was incredible from the hall and from the laundry facility above. The bed was comfortable, if a little too firm for my taste, but clean. If I were to stay again I would request a different room for sure. The elevators were also mostly out of service resulting in long waits to get anywhere. I gave up and took the stairs twice. It would also be nice if there was a drinks machine with the ice as I would have loved something besides coffee or tea.

Comfortable, close to attractions, convenient for eating, will stay again in the future Room: newly renovated, with kitchen for cooking, comfortable mattress Location: 5 minutes walk to City Hall, beach, and restaurants. The hotel is across the road from Beacon Hill Park, which is very convenient. There is a small ranch in the park, which the children like very much. Parking: $10/day Service: The front desk is very enthusiastic, a Shanghai girl, who recommended us attractions to visit nearby

流流水无情8373The hotel location is very good, just downtown. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. The suite is large, the bed is a king size and a sofa bed needs to be pulled out. There are tableware and knives in the kitchen, but there is no chance to use them. Breakfast is American style, with toast, waffle, pancakes

SSusanI had to book this room at the last minute late at night after a cancelled flight then had to zip back to the airport in the morning so I didnt have time to enjoy the ammenities but it looked awesome. Fireplace, spa bathtub, and balcony with a view. Just lovely. The front desk staff at both checkin and checkout were both so kind and helpful.

GGuest UserTop notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom. Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled. Nonetheless, looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again. Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for.
