"Our stay was pleasant with all the attentive and kind staff, I even got my coffee changed! There were live singers singing old classics to add to the holiday cheer. The Sands resto staff were very accommodating and the manager even replaced my bland coffee. The front office informed us of the 20% discount promo on our arrival date. I just wished we get to receive the promo discount, too.😊 The hotel housekeeping staff were very kind and polite. They replaced my defective electric kettle and gave me addnl bottled water for the inconvenience. They even provide nightcap treats! Sweets! ❤️ The hotel needs upgrading though. The shower had no hot water."
