Hotel location is good and you have so many nearby restaurants and shopping centres. Hotel staff also really friendly and helpful. Room sizes are not much spacious but you’ll get all modern technologies in it. Our room is fully smart and clean. However we booked room with windows and we found out this window is open to one of rooftop corridor. So this is not good for your privacy and all people can see your room and bathroom as well.

I booked this hotel on a whim, and I didn't expect such great value for money! Location: It's right across from the Chaoyang District Government compound, on a quiet inner street. While not super close to the subway, it's peaceful, and there are several shopping malls within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby too, and it's a short taxi ride to many spots. 👍 Facilities: The hotel entrance isn't grand, but the lobby decor is quite nice. I booked a standard room, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The bedding and mattress were excellent, all drinks at the minibar were complimentary, the water quality was great, and the cleanliness was good. The bathroom, including the toilet, was high-spec and smart – a big thumbs up! 👍👍 Dining: I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast for two was included at this price point. The breakfast restaurant is spacious and the quality is really on point – a huge bonus! 👍👍👍 Service: The hotel service is excellent. Accor's management of the Mercure brand (via Huazhu Hotels) is really well done. Everyone, from the front desk and restaurant staff to the general service personnel and even the elevator operator, was incredibly nice. Another bonus! 👍👍👍 I'll definitely be back and will recommend it to friends.

The room was spotless, and the bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable. The water pressure for showers was great, and the heating worked well. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the breakfast buffet had delicious food. The location is super convenient, with bus and subway stations nearby, and it's quite close to Taikoo Li and Sanlitun. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it for a few more days in the same room.

The front desk service was excellent, there are many great restaurants nearby, and they even upgraded my room. The room facilities were fantastic, seemed newly renovated, and the cleanliness was good.

The location near Ritan Park is super convenient for getting around and dining. The room heating was excellent, the layout was well-proportioned, and amenities like the TV worked great and had a clear picture. The bed, especially, was incredibly comfortable – on par with hotels costing a thousand yuan or more. The downsides were that the towels weren't changed during my three-night stay, and I only received two extra bottles of water. One day, the bathroom trash wasn't even emptied. The first two nights were quiet, and I slept well, but on the third night, the hallway was very noisy, possibly due to more guests. Overall, it was quite good and offered great value for money.

This stay was a last-minute decision because my flight was cancelled that night. We're not familiar with Beijing at all and it was so late, we didn't know which hotel to choose. Luckily, I've always liked the HUAZHU brand, and I figured it wouldn't disappoint. The overall experience after checking in was excellent! First, the service was incredibly thoughtful. From my initial phone call to checking in at the front desk, the staff were all very enthusiastic and efficient. Second, although the room was small, the facilities were very new, with plenty of power outlets and ports. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the water pressure in the bathroom was great. I particularly loved the 'hand hand' wooden smoky-scented toiletries. The soundproofing in the room was also excellent. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, especially for an overnight layover. It's right by the Airport Express and Sanyuanqiao subway station, just about 200 meters from the exit. There's also a large shopping center, Phoenix City, nearby with many high-quality restaurants. The only minor issue might be that the heating was a bit too high and couldn't be adjusted down. But considering the city, location, convenience, and both soft and hard amenities, I can easily give it 5 stars! Highly recommended!

We spent 4 nights here and our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and refreshed daily. There was coffee in the lobby 24/7. The breakfast spread was large and they had something for everyone. Highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Beijing

A very satisfying stay! The lobby is spacious and the environment is excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in. The room was well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the smart controls were a nice touch. The room was also spotlessly clean. Highly recommended! I especially want to highlight that the ladies at the front desk provided exceptional service – they were enthusiastic, polite, and truly excellent.

Great value for money! The hidden corners were thoroughly cleaned, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and hot water supply was excellent. The room layout was well-designed, and the interior didn't feel old-fashioned at all. The complimentary bottled water and snacks were a thoughtful touch. If I get the chance to visit Beijing again, I would definitely choose to stay here!
