I had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was spotless — perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. The location is fantastic, so much so that it outweighs any minor imperfections. The only downside to the hotel is that the facilities are a bit old. For example, the bathroom doorknob showed some limescale and general wear, but everything else was great. Plus, there's unlimited freshly ground coffee!

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the scenic area entrance and just a few hundred meters from the subway station. It's incredibly convenient for getting around with all the transportation options nearby. The environment is quiet, so after a tiring day of sightseeing, you can quickly return to the hotel to rest. It's absolutely perfect for tourists!

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The entire place is spotless, and special shoutout to the amazing cleaning team on the 3rd floor—they refreshed our room daily with clean towels and perfectly made beds. The reception staff were wonderfully kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Location-wise, it’s great: about a 5–8 minute walk to the nearest metro, though Didi rides were so affordable that our family mostly used those. It’s very close to Ginza Mall with plenty of food options, and also near Raffles City Mall. Lama Temple is just one metro stop away, and the Mubus meet-up/drop-off at Dongzhimen Station is super convenient. Room fittings feel new and well-maintained. The only thing missing is a buffet breakfast, but space seems limited, so it’s understandable. Overall, an outstanding stay—comfortable, clean, and very well located. Highly recommended.

Clean, clean, clean! Comfortable, comfortable, comfortable! Very peaceful and cozy. The room was spacious with good air circulation. I was upgraded to a room with a window, which I was very happy with. It was also a south-facing room, and although it didn't have a street view, it overlooked a quiet residential area. There are many great restaurants and bars nearby. If you exit the hotel, cross the intersection and turn right, there are numerous shops, including 'Xingfu Paidang,' which was delicious. Sanlitun is also just a short walk further. Breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:00, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes with a wide variety. The cranberry juice was quite tasty, and the freshly cut watermelon was very sweet. I learned that the hotel is about to open a new restaurant, with an upgraded breakfast menu. The hotel manager invited me to see it, and it's a beautiful Western restaurant! It will definitely be a great selling point in the future. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the cleaning auntie was meticulous. They answered all my questions and were very proactive in resolving any issues. The room interior felt very secure. You need to use your key card to access the elevator to your floor, so essentially, only guests are in the guest room areas. The laundry room and garden on the 9th floor are also exclusively for guests. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of robot delivery for takeout. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that the robots had arrived and were expected to be operational by early November... I just perfectly missed them.

Traveling with friends, I booked this hotel directly through Trip.com. The Holiday Inn rooms aren't huge, but they're well laid out, and the location is excellent, super convenient for shopping districts and attractions. The coffee in the lobby is delicious, and breakfast was so extensive I forgot to take pictures because I was too busy eating! Plus, they sent a welcome cookie box to the room, which turned out to be butter cookies. Upon check-in, I also received a complimentary member's drink. All in all, Holiday Inn is my go-to choice for travel. The value for money is exceptional, offering professional service quality at a reasonable price! Highly recommend!

The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient and professional. The room design is modern and minimalist, the bedding comfortable and clean, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a quiet resting environment. The breakfast offers a rich variety of fresh ingredients, providing a great start to the day. The hotel's smart facilities are particularly noteworthy, making the stay even more convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

This is an Accor brand hotel. The hotel is well-located within the Chaoyangmen commercial district, with several large shopping malls nearby such as U-Town Plaza, Chaowai THE BOX, and Landa Mansion, making dining, shopping, and entertainment very convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station. The hotel's decor is quite minimalist, and the rooms aren't very spacious. However, the view from the window is quite nice; besides seeing the Chaoyangmen commercial area, you can also get a distant view of landmarks like Capital Mansion and the New Workers' Stadium. There's a small gym on the 5th floor, but no swimming pool. The service from all departments was very warm and attentive.
