The late-night porridge was fantastic! The facilities were good, cleanliness was commendable, and the environment was clean. Service was excellent, particularly the staff's attitude. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. The front desk staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service. Moreover, it's conveniently located near Beijing West Railway Station, just about a 5-minute walk to the hotel.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! We were able to store our luggage a few hours early, which was super convenient coming straight from the high-speed rail station. The room itself was huge, easily accommodating four people. My friend and I had so much space we could practically roll around in it! It was very spacious and comfortable, with two tables, and the hygiene was excellent, with complete and high-quality facilities. They didn't rush us to check out even though we woke up late, which was incredibly thoughtful and human-centered 🥹. Most importantly, it was only a little over 200 yuan a night, and it's so convenient to get everywhere. The value for money is absolutely fantastic (^_^)v! Even my friend, who studied in Beijing for four years, couldn't stop raving about this place!

The hotel's location is super convenient, just an 8-minute walk from Beijing West Railway Station's South Square exit. It's also about a 6 to 8-minute walk to both Liuliqiao East Station on Metro Line 7 and Wanzi Station on Metro Line 9, making getting around a breeze. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, clean, and tidy. My only issue was that the heating was incredibly strong, making the room very stuffy. I asked the front desk, and an engineer came to look at it, explaining that it was fixed and couldn't be adjusted. Eventually, I couldn't sleep, so a staff member brought a fan, which helped bring the room temperature down to a more comfortable level. Given that I was only staying for three nights and changing rooms would have been a hassle, I just dealt with it. Overall, I was impressed with how quickly the staff resolved the issue 👍. The hotel also has a gym and a laundry room, which is a big plus as it means you don't need to pack too many clothes. Definitely recommend it! 👍

The front desk staff were warm and provided excellent service. The room was clean, and the breakfast was very rich and plentiful. The subway and bus stops are just a short walk to the left of the hotel entrance. It's only two stops on bus 133 to Niujie Snack Street. Tiananmen Square and the National Museum are directly accessible by subway to Tiananmen East Station, and the Forbidden City is right across the underpass. It takes about half an hour to get to Yonghe Temple and Temple of Heaven Park, so getting around is very convenient. Because we came back late from the Temple of Heaven, they even extended our check-out time until 3:30 PM, which we really appreciated. A big thank you to the hotel's front desk!

The bathroom had a smart wet/dry separation design, and the hot water supply was abundant and stable. The toiletries were of great quality, showing attention to detail. What truly stood out was the service! The front desk staff, especially one lady, was warm and professional. Check-in was super fast, she upgraded my room, and even helped me with my luggage. She also proactively offered tips on local attractions and hotel amenities. Any requests during my stay were handled promptly, and even the cleaning staff were very polite. My overall experience was fantastic. The hotel's breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients, catering to different tastes. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. It's perfect for both business travelers and vacationers. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

This isn't my first time staying here, and whether it's for my own business trips or booking for friends visiting locally, it's always my go-to. What consistently impresses me most is the incredibly attentive service from the front desk. Every time I check in, the staff are warm, thoughtful, and their friendly smiles instantly make my friends, even those traveling from afar, feel right at home. They not only proactively introduce nearby facilities but also kindly assist with arranging transportation, which is a huge help for getting around. This level of dedication is truly rare! The hotel's environment and location are also perfect. It's conveniently located with excellent access to transportation, making it extremely easy for both business travel and leisure. Stepping into the room, you're immediately greeted by a clean and tidy atmosphere. The bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness details are impeccable, allowing for a truly peaceful and relaxing stay. I feel completely at ease entrusting my friends' travel plans to a hotel with such excellent service, environment, and location. I highly recommend it to everyone and look forward to my next visit!

Let's start with the good things. The room was as in the pictures, it was quite modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and big. The hotel was close to metro line 9, which later connects to all the other lines. The west railway station is very close, although if you have big luggage, it might be a difficult walk. The room has a mini fridge, which I think doesn't work unless the key card for electricity is inserted. Now for the biggest negative, the AC wasn't controllable, so we couldn't change the room temperature. We visited in November, and immediately when we entered the room, we noticed it was too hot, the thermometer showed 31 celsius. We tried turning on the AC, but nothing happened. We called the staff and they told us that the hotel was connected to central heating and that it was impossible to enable the AC. They told us they would turn off the heating in our room, and they gave us a table fan, which we had to keep running 24/7 blowing at us, to be able to stay in the room. Even after turning the heating off, the floors stayed warm for about 5 days, until it finally cooled down a bit. This was very uncomfortable, and sleeping was difficult. Whenever we returned to our room after being outside, the room was again at 30 degrees, because the fan can't work while we are not in the room. Another small negative is that the shower has no curtain, so the bathroom floor inevitably gets wet. Also, the staff didn't speak any English, but they had a translator app which was fine for short conversations. Other than that, the hotel was perfectly fine, excellent for the price, but the temperature thing was quite shocking and uncomfortable.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, my family and I were very satisfied with the environment, facilities, and service. We had our child with us, and the front desk thoughtfully provided a child's toothbrush and slippers. The service was excellent and very attentive; any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. The room came with four bottles of mineral water, and when we needed more, the front desk promptly sent additional bottles. This efficient service is truly commendable. The room hygiene was impeccable, and they even have a robot for room service deliveries. The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is free, which is incredibly convenient. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Beijing. It offers great value for money.
