The room was excellent! The housekeeping manager really paid attention to my request to have the room treated for dust mites, which was a huge relief for someone with allergies like me. The laundry service was fantastic too; my down jacket came back clean and fluffy. They even hung my clothes on the door in the morning, ready to wear. They offer a late-night congee service, and the breakfast spread in the morning was incredibly rich, especially the authentic Old Beijing Zhajiangmian – so delicious and perfectly chewy. The location is super convenient, right across from Beijing West Railway Station. The only minor downside was the soundproofing; I had some very excited ladies next door who were quite noisy until past 1 AM. The housekeeping manager offered to move me, but it was too late, and I was too tired to bother. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Atour's service. They even gave me a small gift when I checked out.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! We were able to store our luggage a few hours early, which was super convenient coming straight from the high-speed rail station. The room itself was huge, easily accommodating four people. My friend and I had so much space we could practically roll around in it! It was very spacious and comfortable, with two tables, and the hygiene was excellent, with complete and high-quality facilities. They didn't rush us to check out even though we woke up late, which was incredibly thoughtful and human-centered 🥹. Most importantly, it was only a little over 200 yuan a night, and it's so convenient to get everywhere. The value for money is absolutely fantastic (^_^)v! Even my friend, who studied in Beijing for four years, couldn't stop raving about this place!

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful, and I especially want to thank Nina Xiao at the front desk for her warm and professional service! From check-in to check-out, every step was handled with professionalism and warmth. Even though I arrived during a peak time, Xiao Xiao was incredibly efficient, quickly assigning both my rooms to the same floor and even proactively upgrading my room – what a pleasant surprise! She patiently explained the breakfast times and gym location, which was incredibly thoughtful. Her smile never faltered throughout, and she was proactive in asking if I needed anything. Her attention to detail was exceptional! Five stars for Nina!

Traveling to Beijing with my child, we stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for 5 days, and I have to say, a good brand hotel really delivers a great experience! 👍 The hotel's location is quite good, very close to Beijing West Railway Station (high-speed train station), making it an excellent choice if you're arriving in Beijing by high-speed rail. Plus, there's a subway station right next to the hotel, making getting around super convenient. Beijing traffic can be pretty bad, so the subway is definitely the best way to reach various attractions. Now, let's talk about the hotel's service. On our third day in Beijing, after visiting the Forbidden City, we returned to the hotel. I originally planned to go down to the supermarket with my child to grab some snacks and drinks, but since my child was a bit tired, they went up to the room first. Less than 10 minutes later, my child secretly called me, saying someone claiming to be a hotel staff member was knocking on the door. I immediately told them not to open it. By the time I rushed back to the room, no one was outside. I immediately called the hotel to request a check of the surveillance footage. The hotel took it very seriously and found that a delivery person had followed other guests upstairs. The duty manager, to express their apology, immediately brought a small gift (DoubleTree by Hilton chocolate chip cookies) to the room for my child, helped us change rooms, upgraded us to a suite, and even provided breakfast for the next three days. They also promised to strengthen supervision in the future to prevent similar incidents from happening again. While the hotel definitely bears some responsibility for such an incident, their emergency response and follow-up measures were quite thorough and showed their sincerity. I hope the hotel will strengthen its management in the future to prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing guest floors and to ensure guest privacy and safety. I will still choose DoubleTree by Hilton when I visit Beijing again.

My stay at the Beijing Jingdu Xinyuan Hotel was a mixed bag, with some aspects being excellent and others quite poor. The guest rooms and executive lounge service were outstanding, truly carrying the entire hotel, while the dining, public area service, and front desk procedures had noticeable issues. I stayed on the executive floor, and the room experience exceeded my expectations. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I have high standards for hygiene, and the room cleaning here was truly spotless. It's clear they put thought and effort into their service, not just going through the motions. The towels were disinfected, the room had a humidifier, the hairdryer was powerful and dried hair quickly, and they even thoughtfully provided a bathtub liner – the attention to detail was impressive. I stayed for several days, and each cleaning was impeccable and the service thoughtful. The executive lounge service level is very high; the management and training of the housekeeping department deserve special praise for their professionalism. However, other aspects of the hotel were disappointing: • The late-night snack was too simple, only steamed buns and porridge, which doesn't match the hotel's caliber at all. • The restaurant hygiene was poor; tabletops and corners weren't clean. The staff and managers at the entrance were chatting during work hours, showing a weak service意识(service awareness) and a lack of initiative to clean or serve. The training was clearly insufficient. • The breakfast tasted very bad; the quality and flavor absolutely did not match the hotel's positioning. Furthermore, on the evening of my check-in, while washing my hands in the first-floor lobby restroom, a male cleaner directly pushed open the door to the women's restroom and loudly shouted something, which was very impolite and made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. This clearly indicates a lack of basic etiquette and job training. Regarding the front desk: I had multiple consecutive nights booked under two separate reservations. Initially, the staff told me I would have to return to the front desk the next day to swipe my card again. Although they eventually helped me extend my booking smoothly after some discussion, I still hope the front desk can improve their training, proactively check bookings, handle guest requests flexibly, and improve efficiency.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, and the location was incredibly convenient – very close to Beijing West and South Stations, and only a 6-minute walk to Honglian South Road subway station, making travel seamless. The room temperature was perfect and very comfortable; the breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great. The front desk service was warm and attentive, with thoughtfulness evident in every detail: not only were special toothbrushes and slippers prepared for children, but the lobby also offered complimentary drinks and cookies, and the laundry room on the second floor was a lifesaver for travel laundry needs. The biggest surprise was that the hotel offers free parking! This is incredibly friendly for self-driving guests. From hardware to service, everything was impeccable, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for family trips and business travelers. I will definitely book again next time I'm in Beijing! 👍

Recently stayed at the All Seasons, and the experience was perfect! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm and thoughtful service made me feel warm. The front desk staff patiently and carefully checked in, and also introduced the surrounding travel guide. The room is exquisitely decorated and warm, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the smart devices are all available, and the details show the quality. The breakfast is rich in variety, and both Chinese and Western meals are kept at a high standard. The freshly made fried eggs and local special snacks are memorable. The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are close at hand. I especially want to praise the cleaning aunt, who replenishes supplies and cleans the room in time every day, and even the corners are spotless. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice, and I will come again without hesitation next time!

The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's just a 10-minute walk to Beijing West Railway Station South Square and only 180 meters from Liuliqiao East Station on Line 9. This makes it incredibly convenient whether you're catching a high-speed train or exploring tourist attractions. Plus, there are supermarkets and the Maliandao Tea City nearby, so you can easily shop and find food all in one go. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming during check-in. They even proactively offered free small items like earplugs and hand warmers. Even the robot delivering items was fast and adorable – the attention to detail is truly thoughtful!

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, my family and I were very satisfied with the environment, facilities, and service. We had our child with us, and the front desk thoughtfully provided a child's toothbrush and slippers. The service was excellent and very attentive; any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. The room came with four bottles of mineral water, and when we needed more, the front desk promptly sent additional bottles. This efficient service is truly commendable. The room hygiene was impeccable, and they even have a robot for room service deliveries. The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is free, which is incredibly convenient. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Beijing. It offers great value for money.

The environment here is great, very convenient for getting around, and the rooms are spacious. There are also many delicious food options nearby. The location is excellent, really close to the subway station and everything. It's a very nice hotel and definitely worth recommending.
