The room was spacious and the location was convenient. The front desk service was excellent. However, the shower pressure wasn't great and the temperature was difficult to adjust, feeling a bit like an instant water heater. Also, the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

This newly opened B&B has a cafe and restaurant, and the facilities are excellent. The grounds are clean and tidy, and there's a huge lawn, perfect for pets.
After a stroll around the area, I felt this B&B had the best facilities. It's high-end, well-managed, and completely hotel-level! It's my style, highly recommended!

Let's start with the positives:
1. The panda-themed family room was clearly thoughtfully designed, with all sorts of toys, a tent, and a slide bed. Our baby didn't even need to go to the kids' club on the basement level; they had a great time right in the room.
2. When we called the front desk for things like adding a bed rail or extra blankets, the response was prompt. Given that it was Dragon Boat Festival and there were many families with kids checking in, this really shows the hotel's room service is on point.
3. The room had an excellent view, with a panoramic sight of Yanqi Lake.
4. After checking in, the hotel provides a parking pass, allowing direct access to Yanqi Island, which was very convenient.
Now for the complaints:
1. Regarding the room layout, the living room area surprisingly only had two power outlets. One was for the coffee machine, and the other was hidden inside the TV cabinet. Charging a phone was impossible in the living room. There were no power outlets near the writing desk either. I really can't fathom how the room was designed.
2. The bathroom faucet took about 20 minutes to get hot water, which was incredibly wasteful.
3. The bathroom's sliding door was broken, and the toilet seat was also damaged. The facilities are quite old.
4. The two beds in the bedroom (one large, one small) were placed side-by-side. After the baby fell asleep, to avoid disturbing them, we had to stay in the living room. However, the sliding door between the living room and bedroom offered very poor sound insulation.
5. The most frustrating thing was the toiletries. I actually found shower gel with a production date of 2024... and the toothbrush was incredibly difficult to use. Overall, the hardware quality was even worse than Atour hotels.
6. We went to the Chinese restaurant on the second floor for dinner, but there were no seats available. We ended up eating in the hallway (Picture 2), which is something I've never encountered in a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, both in the Chinese and buffet restaurants, the staff were generally older and lacked professionalism, making it seem like the hotel doesn't prioritize its F&B services.
7. Parking management was poor. Both the above-ground and underground parking lots were open to anyone without guidance, so people just parked wherever they wanted.
This is my first time writing such a detailed hotel review. All in all, even considering its prime location next to Yanqi Lake and the Dragon Boat Festival price surge, over 3500 a night is just too low value for money.

The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the No. 101 Middle School. Although it is close to the highway, there are few cars. They also gave us a thoughtful reminder before check-in. The room was very clean and the hygiene was very good. The front desk service was very thoughtful and careful. Although we were woken up by the alarm on the morning of the second day of check-in, the housekeeper explained it in a timely manner and gave us many gifts (cleaning and care products, bear towels, key chains, etc.) to express our apology. The children were very happy. We can actually understand that. It was a pleasant stay. We will choose again.

The room was a bit dated. While the staff were quick to verbally acknowledge requests, actually getting items delivered was very slow, and they often forgot altogether.
Initially, the room I entered had an odor. I went downstairs, and the front desk smoothly switched me to a new room that didn't smell.
However, that night I discovered the duvet cover was dirty... I called a staff member who said there were no new duvets available, so they could only change the duvet cover.
On the second morning, I asked for a disposable bathtub liner. It wasn't delivered all morning... When I asked the front desk, they said they were too busy and even questioned why I didn't call multiple times to ask. Apparently, it was my fault for not hounding them enough.

I went to Yanqi Lake for a meeting. The hotel is close to the conference center. Although it is in the villa area, you can call a taxi to enter the community and park at the door of the hotel. It is convenient. Although the breakfast is simple, it can fill your stomach. It is still good for emergencies. Seeing that the price is similar, I booked a standard room with a larger space. In short, the price-performance ratio is good.

The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. If you get a lake view room, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Yanqi Lake without even stepping out. The Chinese restaurant offers reasonably priced and very delicious food. The highlight for me was the lakeside walking trail – it's perfect for a leisurely stroll. There are benches along the lake, and on a breezy day, sitting there, gazing at the emerald lake and distant mountains, you instantly forget all your worries. It's truly a great place for a relaxing getaway.

🌿 The homestay is surrounded by green plants with aerosols, and the fairy atmosphere is floating! Here, the room type is rich, the An Manor is private and quiet, and the party is lively and the Zisu Courtyard is selected 👍🏻
🍶 In your leisure time, you can go to Zhiguan Pottery Museum to experience the hand-drawn work, and you can go to Kapibala Paradise to feed the deer. If you are tired, you can go to the group compound. The donkey meat is superb.
📍 It is not far from the Mutianyu Great Wall and the West Lake by car. During the day, you can visit the surrounding scenic spots and return to the small courtyard at night to lie flat. The thief is comfortable.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are all new.
Cleanliness: Overall quite clean.
Environment: The restaurant environment is elegant, the temperature is comfortable, and breakfast is quite rich. The pool is excellent; I went two days in a row during my two-night stay.
Service: Ania contacted me a day in advance to introduce the hotel's services. The package I bought also included tickets to Hongluo Temple and Qinglong Gorge, which are about a 20-minute taxi ride from the hotel. She also followed up on my stay experience during my time there. Overall, it was great and a good choice for a weekend getaway.

Staying here while driving, the hotel's parking is very convenient. Just remember to grab a parking ticket each time you leave to get free parking. The service is great, and bottled water is replenished promptly.
